Extremely displeased as the service was fast but the quality was awful, my oil levels were way over the max fill line and a used shop rag was left inside my engine bay resting against my exhaust. This could have potentially life threatening if it hadn’t been caught as soon as it had. Needless to say I will never do business with another valvoline branded oil change ever again.

Incredible service at great prices. Staff was polite and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I came in with my F150 and got an oil change several months ago (approx Nov last year) and got my tires rotated, but the factory lug nuts on F150s have aluminum caps that break and/or strip very easily. The manager Chris was very understanding and spent 45 minutes getting my stripped lug nuts off, rotating my tires and putting them back on. As per his advice I bought whole metal lug nuts and returned today (03/13) to get another oil change and get my tires rotated once more. Chris remembered me and was gracious enough to green-light the process (even though it should probably have been referred to an auto repair shop), and Hugo painstakingly removed my almost completely stripped lug nuts and replaced them with my new ones. Very satisfied with their service, I recommend them highly. Thank you!

F this place. 1 month later my car was marking low oil... my car is brand new and should not be burning oil so the only explanation is that they didn’t put the right amount of quarts in. Never had that problem until I went here. In addition, my mother just went. She had her transmission fluid changed 20k miles ago (I did it for her) and they were telling her she needed it changed. This place is full if it and just wants to finesse you for your money. Don’t trust them when they say you need this and that.

This place is top-notch, over $80 for a synthetic blend oil change. More than Id like to spend, but this place is above and beyond. Also I was in and out of this place in about 20 minutes. You really cant complain.

This place is top notch. You drive in and they quickly take care of everything. I drive a manual and it had been a little sticky and the guys here went thru extra steps to check stuff they dont normally to help me find the problem. And they normally check EVERYTHING, lights, windshield wipers, air filters. I find car maintenance generally pretty boring and long but this place is SUPER QUICK and I know when I leave that my car has been fully checked out.

They were quick and it was a good price. Julio was the CSR helping me. Guy went above and beyond even letting me know he noticed an exhaust leak that I should be aware of. Made a lifetime customer now with his excellent service.

Great professional customer service no complaints there. Price for an oil change however was the highest I have ever paid in the 13 years I have had this car. Dealership has better deals that include a tire rotation.

Oil change was great BUT:1) They don’t rotate tires as part of their oil change service price they give you :(, so my husband won’t be using them. I guess that’s an extra service2) The employee who came up to my window DID NOT WEAR A MASK 😷

Yes, very fast and professional service. You dont even need to get out of your car! Very impressed. There were no customers at the time I went, which was Sunday afternoon, but that didnt matter to me. The prices are comparable to other service stations and they know that. I would recommend them if youre in a pinch for sure.

Valvoline not only saved my car but my eyes!Lol I was driving over when my eyes got sunscreen in it of all things. I was practically blind and super embarrassed as I could barely pull into their shop. The workers were immediately super kind and let me wash my eyes out before even asking what I needed. After that, Justin was super nice and helpful with my car and they did everything while I was sitting in my vehicle. He kept me engaged with everything they were doing which made me feel super safe and that my car was in good hands! My cars oil was changed super fast and efficiently! Throughout the entire process there was a focus on safety and communication. I never felt like I was being duped, and they were honest and gave many options. Good service and the team was great but pricey. I also smelled oil burning on the exhaust for two weeks afterward as well. Heres the bottom line...I have to use Valvoline to keep my engine warranty intact, but do you get more for $50 as you do at the $24 places? Not by a longshot. I just dont see the extra expense.

They told me what other services they offer. But they were not pushy about having to get everything done. I felt like they knew what i needed and took care of me. Thanks a lot. Actually really like the service. They do a good job and let you watch and just sit in car as they perform the work. Think they are pricey. But you get what you pay for.
