This is by far the best lube shop that I’ve ever been to. The shop is clean and the staff is very friendly. Furthermore, the service is always professional and timely. Very kind staff, Mango and Nico are excellent! They made me feel very welcome and mango has a very relaxing voice/energy. Harold also helped me and he is funny/charming. I came around 9ish in the morning and got served quickly. Got an oil change, a fuel injection clean, and a new air filter. They know there stuff! 💕

Ive gone here for a few years, and theyve always treated me wonderfully. Sean especially has had some of the best customer service around. The PR guy too (I forget his name). Theyve helped me ever since I brought my old truck, and now I bring my new car.

Their Covid-19 friendly service allows you to stay in the car while they work on your car. It was much more comfortable and informative than sitting in any waiting room!Glenn did a great job with my oil and fluids!

I have frequented this Jiffy Lube on and off for the past 10 years. I have gone twice in the past 3 months and even with all the new requirements with covid 19 they still make it such an easy transaction. Always so friendly clean knowledgeable timely. I will not go to any other jiffy lube. This one is the best! Highly recommend!!

I’ve never had to wait in line. I drive right up get my car serviced while waiting inside. Then go about the rest of my errands. Super efficient.

The oil change itself was fine, a little on the expensive side, but fine none the less. Constantly upselling people on things they dont need is extremely annoying. My wife went while I was working and they convinced her she should pay over 100 dollars for 7 dollars worth of fuel injector cleaner.

Came in to get my oil changed and left with more news. They checked my tire pressure and filled it up, let me know how all my liquid levels were(brake fluid, anti freeze, etc...). Do not use jiffy if you are using 100% synthetic oil they put it to the very bottom of the dipstick every time very unhappy with this practice just to save $10 on oil. I used this place for 20 years and Im done.

I love the idea if the drive thru oil change but had to have my car off and AC off so it was really hot in there. They dont clean the windows anymore or vacuum the price should be a bit cheaper to reflect that. Other than that I will still continue to go there

Ive been using Jiffy for 25 years. I will never come back to the business again. Never seen such unprofessional attitude and mechanic before. Lazy Rude and doesnt know anything. Avoid this one like the plague!

After my girlfriend and I went out to our car post-oil change, we found a massive pile of greasy food/sludgy material all over the passenger seat. They then tried to put the blame on us and did a piss poor job of cleaning up the mess. Would not recommend if you value your cars interior.

I’ve been taking my car here for years I recently found out they did not put all of the screws back on my car skid plate now my wife had to drive far away and is dragging the skid plate down the freeway causing sparks this is because of their laziness not putting all of the screws back on the skid plate when they’re done changing the oil I do not recommend this place to anybody
