I recently got a notarized document for a minor to travel and the service was great fast and easy. The notaries there are very knowledgeable about what theyre doing and follow notary guidelines per California law. Great customer service!

Notary makes up her own rules. Does not read or follow document instructions set up by government agency. Tried to change serialized document in order to charge invalid fee.Yes, under certain circumstances you may notarize the signature of a minor. California does not directly address notarizing for minors. They won’t provide any tape and sell theirs for a ridiculous price. They also charge a “convenience fee” to use a credit card!

I go to this location because its close to my home, but the last two times Ive gone in the staff look bothered to cut their conversation short to assist and worse yet, they do not wear their masks over their nose. I am always polite, but the more I think about it, I may just go the regular post office next time. At least they are kind and aim to keep everyone safe.

After being charged ~$6.95 credit card convenince fee, I decided to check online if that was legal. Sure enough it is quite clear that in California it is only leagl to charge a credit card convenince fee or surcharge if you are a public utility. This is not a good business practice and it is illegal.

Today I came in because I needed to print out a document for my dad that was on my email. I was having a hard time getting it to send to the email for Postal Annex to be able to print it for me. I wish I got the name of the employee. She was so pleasant and so patient with me. She helped me figure out how to send the email to their email to be able to print the document that I needed that day. I was on my way to an appointment in which I needed that document ASAP. I can’t put into words how amazing she was and helpful also so caring and sweet that made me feel like it was also important to her as it was for me to get it done. If I could give more then five stars I would. I recommend this place 100%.This is my second time using Postal Annex for printing documents and has always been an amazing experience here. Customer service is on point and also they go that extra mile to help their customers. I usually never do these type of reviews or surveys but I wanted to take the time and tell my experience, I wanted to show my gratitude and let it be known how amazing the employee was to me! A lot of people don’t like their job especially on a Friday and aren’t happy to be working, She was the complete opposite. She was eager and happy to help me and took her time but was it was a quick task.She made me feel so comfortable and at ease knowing it was going to get done. In my mind I was giving up not knowing how to figure it out myself then when she took over to help me, it seriously made my day so much better! I wish I had her name to make it more personal and let her manager know how great she is. It was Friday Feb.28,2020 at 3:54pm when my dad and I came in to get that document printed. Hopefully they can obtain her name by that information and give her the appropriate praise.Thank you again for your help!

I have been coming to this annex to ship out parts that cannot easily or inexpensively be replaced. The staff here always makes me feel welcomed & ensures that my parts are in good hands with them. They always make sure to get me the best deal they possibly can & go above and beyond in making sure my parts are safely/securely packaged. Since I started shipping my parts through them, my packages have been delivering on time & have been received in the same conditions they were originally shipped in.

I have to share my experience with everyone. I go out of my way to go here because the service that Kris and her staff offer is superior. Customer service is so key and that is what separates great companies from mediocre companies. Kris and her staff really care about her customers and it shows. From printing, notary, and anything else you may need Kris will get it done. I cant say enough about this Postal Annex.

Rented a uhaul over the weekend. This was the second location I visited to try and rent one. This location is an authorized dealer and it was super quick and easy to rent and return. Just had to wait 15 minutes for the customer in front of me to finish shipping his one package. It wasnt his fault, the store owner was trying to negotiate some trade of his services for free shipping or something. Thanks for holding up the whole line store owner. Maybe you could have taken this customers business card and you could have called him when you store was slow. Also, I needed to print out my UPS shipping label. They charged me $2.25. For printing a shipping label. I could have printed that at Kinkos for $0.18. Please dont try to tell me that is what it costs you to print. I find this pricing ridiculous since this is a UPS drop off center. Go somewhere else, the prices here are stupid high and ownership doesnt care about their customers.P.S. the owner just responded to my review here. The owner tried to tell me they were helping the customerin from of me, and the customer was shipping a fragile item. 1) this was over a year ago, and you just responded now. You are going to try to tell me you know exactly who I am and exactly who the customer ahead of me was? Come on. 2) I was listening to the conversation. The conversation had become a negotiation of trading services. I know this was what was happening because, again, I was listening. 3) I also observed the package the client was shipping, and it was all wrapped and done so dont tell me you were giving extra care to wrap a fragile item. So you have just added lying to your bad service and bad prices. I will never step foot in your store again, and I encourage everyone who reads this to do the same.

The staff is always super friendly to me. But this is the second time I have packages go missing. The first time was around the holidays and understandably they are backed up. The package was not scanned for over two weeks and I could not track.The second time happened last week. I dropped off packages on on 2/21, it’s the 27th today and they still haven’t been scanned so I have no way of tracking them. Holidays are over, I hope they turn up but I find it extremely weird. I’m stopping by later today to ask but the first time around they had zero answers I’m not expecting any different this time.

Ive used them in the past and they seemed to be understaffed but I was recently there and talked with the new owner. They have doubled their staff at the counter and the service was great. Their prices are more competitive then all the local UPS or FedEx/Kinkos prices around.

24.95 for a Large Flat Rate USPS box. They pocket $6 off that. But the crazy line @ Vista Postal Way is pushing 70 peeps and longer wait than a Disney ride. You gotta bite the bullet. At least @ this location they have a pizza & beer restaurant next door, so you can drown your sorrows after getting gouged, that is, if you have any $ left.

Freaking Horrible.... sky high prices.... for example.. to mail a regular mail.. that cost to mail in the regular mail 2.50... they charge over 5 dollars.. that freaking expensive ....

We dropped off a package with a FedEx label attached at 3 oclock in the afternoon. The package didnt go out until the next day. They didnt tell me that Fedex had already picked up and that it wouldnt go out the same day. When we called the next day for clarification we only got the runaround. Ill never go here again.

HORRIBLE!!!! They charged $19 for a flat rate box. That is $7 more than what it typically goes for. DO NOT GO THERE.
