I walked in with a prepaid package (its not easy to find this business - look in the back by the dumpster). Rude woman asked me whats up. I told her Im dropping off this package and its been paid for. She wants $5. I didnt select buyer pay for shipping on Mercari to be charged fees on top of shipping. Mercari should not list them as a carrier where you can drop off your prepaid packages... Because this isnt free...

If I could have no stars would be best. They are a complete scam. For a package that cost me only $17 foot 2 day delivery these guys wants to charge me $200!!!! Please just use the postal service next door, they offer great costumer service and prices. Please avoid this place unless you like to over pay for your parcels.

Fast and easy service on days the post office is closed. More convenient and less of a line. Plus you dont have to deal with the depressed mean postal workers - instead you get some rad rock music and a funny chatty store attendant.

We do not use this place often, but when my wife has to mail something she goes here. Today, while mailing out some gifts, the gentleman behind the counter with the long white goatee strikes up a conversation with my 7 YO daughter. He asks her about Xmas while he is processing my wifes packages. He tells her that he is Santas brother and asks what she wants for Xmas. She stated she wanted and art set. He finishes the processing of the packages and then reaches over and hands her an art set. I dont mean water colors and a sticky note, I mean a sketch pad and art pencils. She was ecstatic and giddy. This really made her day and shows that even during a pandemic we can all still be nice to one another and live the xmas spirit. It was not about the gift, it was about the spirit he showed by his example. Kudos to you un-named Santas brother.

This is the only location I have ever been to that charges a fee to drop off prelabeled FedEx items. Im fairly certain that is again FedEx rules.

Full service with an awesome attitude!! They helped me repack my box with bubble wrap and taped it up because I was overwhelmed. Clean and organized!! Snacks and refreshments to buy as well. Hidden gem!!! Great prices on their P.O. Box as well, with 24 hour access and a regular street address not a P.O. #!!! Highly recomend!!!

This place charges you 3 dollars for shipping additional over an already paid shipping package. He says its a state imposed fee. No such thing. Beware of this place.

The guy was really helpful. I needed to send back some books and he was patient with me and assisted me in packaging my books. If I need to any further assistance I with postal service I will definitely be back .

The people that work here are helpful and efficient. Ive had labeling issues, but was still able to get my package. My postal delivery guy does a good job keeping everything following smoothly. If you try having conversations with people, these people can handle it. On the other hand, Im always flustered and in a rush, so I only say what I need to and they send my mail. Im glad this office makes it easy to get everything done. This is the least eventful part of shipping my mail.

Horrible service! The gentleman with the long gray hair and beard was extremely rude! Raised his voice at me and look like at me like if I was crazy for asking for a piece of tape told me one piece of tape 5 bucks! If I wanted to leave my package it would be $10. I walked in with a prepaid package. I get it cost of doing business is going up but, your service your demeanor your attitude towards anybody that walks in the door should be just a little bit nicer and kinder with a better greeting if you don’t like the business you own shut it down!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!

A community staple. This place has been there 30 years! A family owned business that is worth supporting!

Place could care couldnt care less to do a good job. The man is rude and some ex con probably and speaks down to people over the slightest questions. They dont bother to get new ink for their stamp so anything sent certified from them wouldnt be legitimate if say used in legal paperwork. They charged $13.50 for certified when the Post Office would charge $4.05. Theres no justification for such poor work for such hyper inflated prices.Theyre inpatient, greedy, and cheap. I couldnt think of a worse combination.

Id give this place a 0 save your money and go across the way to the real post office the older man was rude and started making excuses for why a package has taken a month month to get to me in Kansas and hung up on me on purpose I called back and he finally looked up my package location after having to make multiple calls he then has the nerve to ask if Im at a university I then ask again when l will receive my package and started blaming the hurricane its been a month!! Then he starts to blame me and ask if Ive checked the mailroom in a rude voice...Im not going to check every single day so he finally said its been delivered I hung up after that AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

This shipping center has TERRIBLE service and is very DISHONEST! We took a package with a FedEx label there and first they charged a $3 drop off fee(which is fine) then we were told it was not pre-paid and so was charged $16 and they put another tracking # on it. Come to find out it had been paid for and they were just taking advantage of our ignorance. We contacted FedEx but they were unable to assist us because the prepaid label was being tracking and in process and the additional postage paid had nothing to do with them. This particular shipping center is not even authorized by FedEx! When we called this Postal Centre of Vista they were incredibly unhelpful and rude even cussing and telling them they will not give a refund.Please do not take your packages to this office you will be RIPPED OFF!
