Spoke with Yesenia as my main point of contact. She seemed friendly and quickly responsive on her phone and via text. She gave me reasonable quotes for cleaning my three bedroom house. I was surprised when only one woman showed up for the appointment. She was the only staff to arrive and complete the task. She cleaned my kitchen stove well (it was in a poor state due to previous tenants) but she ignored other areas I specially told her to attend to such as the window sills due to mildew and dust buildup. She left in a hurry after three hours of work. From what I saw she did her job thoroughly. But after closer inspection, there were many areas she missed including the areas I asked her to focus on. I brought this up to Yesenia and the person that was once polite and respectful turned the situation on the customer and blamed me. She thought it was my fault for trusting that her workers do quality work and for not inspecting every inch of the large house when I am currently the only resident. This is not a company that puts the worries and needs of the customer first and all they seem to care about is getting their money and as soon as they have it, they disregard you as a valuable customer. I will not be returning or recommending their services to anyone and will be warning others about them as well. Businesses like this put other growing businesses to shame and create a bad stigma so people are less willing to take a chance and help them grow. Unfortunately I will be keeping to businesses with a proven track record in the future.
