Theyre always very nice but theyd charge for each breath of air you take in their store if they could. $3 for them to open an email Id like to print (plus printing fee, of course); $1 per 6 piece of packing tape.And theyll quote incorrect shipping times so youll pay for the most expensive shipping method. You can check on their website how long something will take to get from one region to another but the woman behind the counter seemed trained to lie about how long it would take.But they havent lost any of my packages yet, so thats a plus.
I have spent countless hours waiting here for my items to be shipped. The people here do not know what they are doing, and I am tired of spending so long waiting for 30+ minutes to ship a package that should take less the 5 minutes

Called and the guy IMMEDIATELY placed me on hold. I had a simple question with a yes or no answer. Tried again, same thing. I will drive 10 minutes away for better service.
I’ve been to multiple UPS branches and this is the the first one that’s charged me $3 for sending them an email. The email consisted one print out, which was obviously also charged. Pretty strange, but the employees were kind.
Miguel was rushed, talking fast, and hard to understand. When I asked for a receipt he complained that I didn’t say yes when he asked me if I wanted one earlier. The truth is, I had not understood his question. Had he not been so rushed and talking so fast, I would have probably understood that he was asking me if I wanted a receipt. Very rude and made the whole experience uncomfortable.
I use the E. Vista Way location all the time for random little things . Don’t hardly ever mail anything so I don’t really know what to expect. Not so super friendly in there. One day I ended up getting a box for $15 win this place is right next to a Albertsons that has them for free??? I just thought it was shipping cost??? Another time I went in there with the letter to the IRS the IRS doesn’t have any address it is only the street name, city and zip. I looked around for a while couldn’t find it, then I noticed that all of the other towns that had IRS addresses were the same. Told them I don’t think this has an address number ?? Head girl who I see training others tells me well if it doesn’t have an address # then it will not get there and it will come back to you so make sure that you have the return address.. Really ??? So I go back online searching for address another 10-15 minutes can’t find anything. Guy in the back hears me telling her I’ve looked everywhere. He comes out and looks at the zip code on letter then he tells me yeah it’s ok zip codes that start like this never have a address #. After I went home I looked it up and sure enough he was telling me the right story why did the head lady who is training people not know this?? Seems like the blind leading the blind??
The customer service is so rude here. I really hate that it’s so difficult for them to do the job they applied to do😟
Claims to take Amazon returns but when you specifically select no packaging for a return this place constantly makes you buy packaging.

Only giving one star because I have to. Store hours say they open at 8am this morning I sat there until 8:25 still no one there. Either update the store hours or make sure employees show up on time.
The guy working today is fantastic. Works well under pressure and is very well mannered. I’ll come back just because of the service.

The staff is very combative and off-putting they try their hardest to turn away business. They challenge their customers evey step of the way. This is a very convenient location for my home and work, but I will not return.

Every time Ive used this location, everyone has been nice and helpful. Yes, if there is only one employee it can be a wait but it usually moves fairly quickly.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! They will not help you even if you have proof that UPS delivered your package there. My package was signed for by Xena. All of a sudden my package is no longer there!! When I go to pick it up. The terrible person at the front of the store said it wasnt there and dont be mad at her. HELLO!!! You are UPS does it not say the UPS store on the outside of the building.I will not be returning here. I made an awful choice deciding to use this place as a shipping location. I was better off taking my chances with a porch pirate then leaving my items at this location.
Store is understaffed at peak hours, extremely hot w/ no ac. I was given an estimate for delivery based on the selection I made for shipping. Brought my packages on Saturday, its end of day Tuesday and they all still show Ready for UPS?! Um excuse me, I was told this should be delivered by Tuesday, and isnt this effing UPS?! Why are all of my packages that I paid $37 to ship not moving?!

I went there to return some stuff I bought online... I had the return label, just needed a small box to pack it up and they charged me $10.50 just for a box which was 7 inches by 10 inches approx..... dont have any option to give a 0 star rating... I always used to go the ups on south Melrose drive, tried them first time.... never ever go there......
Terrible customer service. There is a guy name Richard there an older gentleman. Who was extremely rude to me. While I was on the phone talking to the owner, whose name is Sue, he mocked me, and talked over me while on the phone disputing the prices that were quoted by the owner in person when I met her and there was definitely a missundertanding, but The owner seemed nice, but seemed to giggle it off when I told her what was going on with Richard. She didnt seemed to handle the situation well, but when we came to resolution and she made a decision to give me my mail she asked to for me to hand the phone back to him. He told her she was making a bad decision and he advised her not to proceed. It was very upsetting. I looked at him and said excuse me I dont appreciate this at all. After he got off the phone with Sue he gave me my mail meanwhile nodding his head in dissatisfaction with her decision. It was very strange. The dispute seemed to be finalized and I came back and paid what I owed and went on my way. I was told that when the contract ended of January 2019 that I would pay $60 for the 3 months. I called yesterday to check if o had mail, like I often do, Richard answered, and he explained to me that the payment was due on the 26th and I said okay, I get paid on Wednesday, which is tomorrow and he said thats fine Ill make a note but made it very clear to me that payment for the new contract is due on Wednesday in full plus $25 for the key and total was $120 for the 3 months. My response was that I was told $60 and he explained to me thats the price and I said ok. When I come in on Wednesday. He said okay and told me I had no mail, he continues to be rude. I spoke to my Husband and we made a decision on whether or not we want to continue to do business with this place considering the ordeal Ive had. Well, today I went to check mail and the young lady there, whom Ive encountered on many occasions has always been nice to me and vice versa and I always make small talk with her. Well, today i went in to check my mail and she tried to explain to me the contract is ready for renewal and I told her Ive already spoke to Richard and arranged to come in tomorrow with the payment for the new contract. She kept trying to explain to me and I said theres no need to continue because I am aware and have arrangements for tomorrow and that in just here to check my mail. She got flustered and said okay Im calling Sue and I said look i want mail and she quickly got even more flustered and said I cant give you your mail until this is paid and I said excuse me I need my mail. She didnt like that I was not leaving without my mail and I asked several times to call Sue or give me her number. And she quickly said Im calling the police Ive heard about you. And I was shocked!!! I said look this is ridiculous you cant keep my mail and Ive already told you that Ive arranged with Richard to come in tomorrow. I never got my mail and ended up leaving. I tried calling numerous times after I left and there was no answer. This is the worst experience I have ever had. As a paying customer I was treated horribly by Richard and its apparent this Richard guy has gotten away with his awful customer service. And this girl was obviously given terrible information. So Im at the post office now asking questions and was just told they cant refuse to give me my mail because its government however not sure how the rule applies if Im a paying customer with UPS. I have already decided not to proceed with this store and will go somewhere else.

I arrived 4:57 pm today Saturday April 10 and it was already closed I think they should put in the application closed before 5 pm and it does not close soon so as not to drive there and find the gate closed thank you very much
