Maribel went above and beyond helping me today with a LiveScan. I had filled the form out incorrectly and instead of sending me away to reprint at home, she reprinted the form for me. She helped me fill out the information correctly. Very kind and patient. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

I have been a customer of this location for years. I use them for my business address. I have never been happy with their services but today I had to write a review. I ordered two hams and a cake for Thanksgiving. Honey Baked Ham sent them to my business address instead of my home address. By the time I realized it, Postal Annex was closed. I had 14 people coming to dinner and no hams. I was really upset that they did not bother to pick up the phone and call me to tell me that I had a HONEY BAKED HAM (WRITTEN ALL OVER THE BOXES) delivery (BEING THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING). I tried to contact them via email as well as contacting Maribels friend at the store next door. She refused to reach out to her to help. I am really disgusted by their customer service.

Ive had a mailbox at the Business Park Dr. Postal Annex for many years, and the service is always excellent. How the woman who works here keeps track of all those packages is amazing. She is a one-woman show and also wraps packages, sells merchandise, and is a notary. She works really hard, is efficient, and is always polite, even when things get very busy. I have found she is always there during business hours, six days a week, except rarely, she takes a holiday weekend off. I wanted to post this review to counteract some of the reviewers that I think are being too harsh and complaining about issues that I havent seen (even visiting every other day for several years). I am sure that this annex is better and more efficiently run than many similar places. Great job!

I have had a mailbox at this location for three years. I think that the owner is very friendly and helpful to everyone. I feel confident with the security of my mail. Customer service is excellent.

I like this Postal Annex. Very clean, neat, reliable, organized, Maribel is always friendly has warm smile and greets customers when they walk in. I highly recommend everyone to used this Postal Annex!

Do not use this place!!She has charged me for my returns to Amazon - when I had prepaid labels on them already!! This happened on my the first ever return I made to Amazon, so I didnt know it was already paid for under my Prine account.She has also overcharged, by double, for certified letters I have mailed. From here on I will use a real UPS store or post office.*** This place is crooked and should be turned into the BBB!***

Doesnt open at stated time. Its 20 minutes past opening and no one is here.

Does not open till 9:15 - 9:30 although it says opening time 8:45 am.

Decent service, but I always feel a little dirty coming into a postal annex. Is that normal?

This place is never open! The door and website says that they open at 8:45, and Im out front at 9:05, and its still closed. I have gone at other times in the day (around lunch, at the end of the day, etc) and have come across the same problem. Out of the 4 or 5 times Ive been here, I think theyve only been open once.
