Scheduled a repair the yesterday and was able to get my iPhone screen fixed immediately today. The service was great and quick. The only issue I really have is that my button on my phone is a little stuck and the fingerprint reader isnt as responsive. Both work but takes more effort to use. Altogether I am pleased. Great work to the technician!

People were friendly and helpful. Liked the $10.00 discount for scheduling online. Dropped my phone off at my scheduled time and it was ready in 30 minutes as promised.Nice to know I can rely on them for my electronic devices.

Unfortunately dropped my phone and cracked the glass on the back. I had the pleasure of having Ryan fix my phone and am so satisfied. Thank you to everyone at this location they were friendly professional and made a bad situation of having dropped my phone a positive experience. I highly recommend them all around.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They quoted me a price of $220 to repair a broken screen on my Samsung Galaxy a50. They were $100+ over the average price I was being quoted and $135 over the price of the Repair shop I ended up using. Iphone repair spot is located only a couple miles away from this place and you can literally have two phones fixed and have extra money for what this battery shop charges.

I was very happy with the customer service. Garrett was able to fix my Note 5 right up with a new battery. I would definitely go back with any other phone repairs I might need!

Had a Samsung cell phone battery changed out. Apparently appointments dont really mean anything. Had to wait longer than expected. Otherwise decent price, great warranty. Good service. Hopefully battery last a while.

Started using batteries plus about 6 months ago, as I needed a custom battery and cable assembly, they made it for me in one day (should have taken 3 days ) as I had machine breakdown. I now use them for all my battery related needs, the staff are always helpful and really friendly .

Garrett replaced my iPhone battery in about 20 minutes! If I’d gone to the Apple store they would have needed to send my phone elsewhere and it’d be a week or two. Great job, and friendly service.

Turn around for 18V battery was one day, usually I wait a week to a week and a half.Employees very courteous and helpful. They have gone to a new program on their computers. The old one was very slow but this one is worse, causing a long line of people trying to buy. Very frustrating for customers and employees.

THe guys were very knowledgeable, kind and got me in and out in 45 minutes. Very impressed.

Had a battery replaced in a Galaxy Note5. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They locked my phone so I had to take it to my carrier to get it unlocked. Phone takes a 3200mA battery and they installed a 3000mA. I let all that slide, until I realized I can no longer make or receive phone calls unless I use the speaker. Total time, with wait time ~4 hours.

Well, having never had an iPhone before, I didn’t know the protocal for getting a new battery for one at Batteries Plus. I’ve been in the store numerous times. Anyway, Sat. 8/4/2018, I got to the store around noon. They were VERY busy. I’d like to THANK Jay and the tec (I apologize, I didn’t get his name) for getting the battery in my iPhone 6 in record time having told me that I may have to wait two hours!!! Great costumer service. I went in for a Screen replacement and was taken care of that same day.

All was well until I picked up my phone and saw that the protective plastic cover on the front had basically been melted. They offered no fix or even apology. If they had warned me, I would have taken it off.

Good job and excellent customer service. Went to get my Samsung galaxy s8 plus front screen fix. Perfect, but the technician broke my back screen. Its ok they got it fixed for me.

Called in for a quote about fixing my iPhone had a broken aux cord inside and at first they said the price range was either 10 or so. Came in they said it was 20 and I had to wait while you can clearly hear ppl in the back talking.
