They replaced the screen on my husbands phone and it works perfectly. They made sure it worked right before we picked it up and and it has been a few weeks and no problems yet!

Does not respond to questions. I submitted a question via website that was necessary to answer before visiting for the repair. After 2 weeks there was no response, so I sent a new message. Another 2 weeks and no reply. So after 1 month, they cant be bothered to send a simple email. Found a different local shop and got everything taken care of in 90 minutes.I cant make phone calls due to a disability. They do give a phone number so maybe that works better but not for me.

I made an appointment to have my iPhone battery replaced. The process was fast, painless and professional. They asked me some diagnostic questions and offered me two battery options with their corresponding price and warranty which helped me make an informed decision. I had a fear that I would be without my phone for a day or two but it took them only an hour and then my phone was as good as new! The gentleman who took care of me was knowledgeable, patient, and personable. Even with a mask on I was able to appreciate his smile expressed in his eyes! Would highly recommend this business!

Very great work! I had issues the first time I went but I returned it and they fixed it again free of charge. The staff was really friendly and they even remembered my name. I recommend them 10/10. The location is also nice since it’s right next to In-N-Out!

I went in to get my broken screen fixed and the guys were very honest. They told me to put a claim in with my cell phone provider insurance to save me a ton of money. Going in I was prepared to pay full price. The guys working explianed If I have insurance on my phone, I shouldnt have to pay full price. After all that they ended up not having my screen in stock. I explained I would really like to have my phone repaired today. So the guys working volunteered to call around to different locations to see if they had my screen in stock. I appreciate the above and beyond customer service, and will recommend this place to my family and friends.

He fixed a phone screen for me once, and then I broke it again and he fixed it again in a timely fashion. A year later I dropped my new iphone SE and brought it in to him. Instead of doing the repair and charging me, he suggested I take to the Apple store directly as it may be covered under the warranty. He was right! It was a classy move and definitely earned this 5* review. A lot of shadier places would have just done the repair and made themselves some money. This guy is honest!

I shattered my iPhone 6 screen a week ago. I checked many repair shops without finding a place that could fix the screen without a special order and long wait times. I understand the phone is old but it works and I just needed a new screen. A Verizon rep suggested UbreakIfix. I called, Stephen checked inventory and, yes, they had a screen. I drove over and within an hour my phone screen was replaced and a protective screen was put on. Josh suggested a new phone case since my other one had obviously not protected the phone screen when I dropped it. Both Stephen and Josh were amazingly helpful, both wearing masks (for covid) but able to convey smiles and gracious support for me. The price was more than reasonable especially since I expected it to be higher because of the immediacy of the repair. Great customer service! I highly recommend this business.

I just picked my Samsung phone up from Mike. I dropped it off this morning. And had it back within a few hours. Mike did a great job even doing a diagnostic on it first to make sure when I dropped my phone it didnt cause any other damage. These guys are great and fast. I will recommend them to anyone that asks me if I know anyone that does a great job on phones!!!

Was having issues with my Pixel 4 XL. Google support had recommended that I take my phone to them as they are official partners with UBreakiFix.It was easy to set up an appointment on their website. Staff was friendly and easy to talk to. Walked up explained my situation and they were able to get me situated.Gave me an estimated time frame of when they believed they would have the phone fixed and they delivered! They fixed my problem within the same business day.If I ever have issues again Ill be sure to head over to them again! And if you have any issues dont hesitate to head over to them!

I dropped my brand new phone in water and it was all but lost. The guys here were super helpful and friendly. They were clear with what they were able to do and kept me up to date through the whole process. They were able to save my phone and made my life a lot easier dealing with this issue! I had a wonderful experience here and would recommend to anyone. My phone broke after my screen cracked and I was able to get diagnostics and a new screen for a great price...all within 2 hours. He even gave me a screen cover for the new screen which was nice. Great service!

2-4 hrs for a cracked screen maybe up to 7 hrs he didnt want to work on my phone since I was catching a flight later I was hoping for 2-4 hrs but couldnt guarantee it

I have an original Pixel XL with a battery that was dying after three years. They were able to replace the battery and its as good as new...no need to buy a new phone! Great service and quick repair.

I went here today to have the screen replaced on my galaxy note 8. Very helpful. They replaced my screen in less than an hour. Very inexpensive compared to other stores around. Hopefully I will never need to have my screen replaced again but if I do this is where Im going.

This is a new location for uBreakiFix however they know how to repair phones. Got pixel battery replaced for the list price and it went well. They were sympathetic of an existing crack on the screen. Amusing and interesting gang of fellows working there.

I had my iPad Air screen replaced here. All the guys there are very cool and helpful. As I was being checked out Robert gave me quite a few tips on how to prolong my device and other helpful info. I will come back... only if needed though ;)

This place is awesome! I highly recommend it for repairs. They fixed my ipad quickly and checked to make sure everything functioned properly while I was there. The last place I went to wasnt as efficient like uBreakiFix. I hope I dont have to be back soon, but if I do I would definitely use them again.

Mike knows what he is doing and is excellent at what he does. I had brought my iPhone 6s Plus in and was able to get it fixed. He got me in way sooner then my scheduled appointment (because I got their early) and it didn’t take him long to fix; 30-40mins. We had an issue with my Touch ID only because Apple tried pulling or trick but I was able to take it back and he took a look at it and didn’t give up on trying to fix it. He was able to fix my Touch ID and my screen that was cracked and had such great attitude! I appreciate everything he did and the time he took for my iPhone....Thanks mike! Highly recommend!

UBreakFix VIsta was very helpful in fixing my sons phone. I was worried about not being able to fix the screen since the glass was so badly broken, my son could not access his home screen. Apparently it takes this place 2-4 hour to replace a screen on a Google pixel. I had a technician come to my house and got it done in 10 mins sitting on the couch. On top of that the person who called me to set up the appointment was rude. Not impressed at all.

Do not go here. I mistakenly took 2 phones here because they were a cheaper place, and now both the screens dont work. They are not cracked but certain spots on the screen dont work so I basically cant use them at all. Also if you manage to keep the phone from breaking the screens they use have a yellow tint and are not high quality resolution screens. You will save yourself in the long run if you just fix your phone with a quality company.

Me and my aunt had been dealing with Verizon wireless which left us with a very bad experience.. Verizons protection plan basically has you contact a third party repair facility and they pay for repair.. well like I said the process to get the replacement started was a complete disaster at Verizon.. HOW EVER. When we came to Ubreakifix we were greeted by Colton he was extremely friendly and helped us with our issue promptly.. the customer experience we received from Colton was enough to turn our bad day into a good day so I cant thank him enough.. Ill definitely keep your guyss info in my book for recommendations on where to go for cell phone repair in the future...... Seriously thank you for turning a bad experience into a good one at the end.. obviously Verizon has some work to do.. but.. you guys dont 🙃
