Extremely courteous! Was able to fix my device within a few hours. Was very upfront and honest with me about possible issues before hand and reminded me after payment what to look out for and how long I had as well as providing the paperwork for the work he did on my switch.

The guy ordered the wrong part. Had to wait an hour then return on Monday To get the repair completed. It was an honest mistake however they had my phone back in 45 minutes and the nice guy at the counter explained the issue and suggested a few items to protect my phone. I appreciate that he went the extra mile to help solve the issue and offered a full refund if I wanted. They gave me a free screen protector! Super cool of this guy to help make it better. Will definitely return for any further repairs I need in the Future.

Had my tablet screen replaced here and that portion of service was satisfactory. Upon dropping the tablet off, the repair person was told that the charging port also needed repaired because my charger wasn’t working. Needed to be jiggled in order for good connection and charging. Received my tablet back and was told charging port was checked and was running fine. As soon as I plugged my “brand new” charger in, I got the same issue...not charging unless jiggled or wrap the cord around the device. This clearly told me that the port had not been checked properly as stated by service person. $170 later, still have port issues. Probably won’t be returning here

The bottom of my phone was having issues and I took it to them to fix it. And what they actually did was, switch the speakers. I found out days later. Because I always use the bottom speaker for higher volume.

Very good and professional service.I brought my iPhone 6s to Vista Repair Lounge when I started having problems with the camera. The technician in the store was professional, knowledgeable and quickly found out what was wrong, told me how much it would be to get it fixed and fixed it.

I walked in with the glass back of my Galaxy S8 cracked. The staff was super friendly and the lounge area was pretty cool! I was quickly quoted and within 30 minutes, my phone was good as new! Excellent customer service and pricing was great! I will definitely be coming back here for any other repairs.

- Not able to set realistic expectations.- Friendly service.- Fair pricing.We needed the screen replaced on an LG G6. The hardware had to be ordered. Estimates for delivery were wrong by several days.When hardware arrived they didnt call us as they said they would. We had to call them. We got there and the tech offered a repair time of about 1 hour.An hour and a half later we realized he had no help and was handling walk-ins. This made it impossible for him to finish our repair.Four hours later we got a call that the hardware they received to make the repair was broken and theyd need to ship that back to get a replacement.A lot just didnt add up with that statement so we demanded our deposit money back.

I have an old iPhone 5s that needed a new battery. I called a few places and Repair Lounge had the best price and the location was convenient. The repair happened within an hour of calling the store. The tech was friendly and helpful. I would use Repair Lounge again. Its been about 10 days and so far the battery is working well.

I definitely recommend going to get your phone repaired here. My phone screen was cracked like a spiderweb in two places and my screen was glitching out horribly when I brought it in. Their prices were fair, they told me upfront when to expect my phone back, and they fixed it in the expected amount of time. It works and looks like new! And they also put a screen protector on my phone and carry more in stock to hopefully stop such incidents from occuring. The people I worked with are not only skilled, but friendly, easy to talk to, and honest. This is a great place to go to.

Fraudulent Advertisement!My mother went to have her iPhone 7 screen replaced at Repair Lounge in San Marcos and was told that they have Original Apple screens that will NOT void her warranty if she ever needed to use it.A few days later her home button stopped working so not knowing that this may be related to the screen replacement she went into the Apple Store. They took a look at her phone and turned her away because there was an aftermarket screen installed, which has now voided her warranty!Im enraged over a company who claims to have Integrity (written on there wall when you walk in) yet will deceive customers that they have Original Apple screens that will keep them in warranty.Unfortunately, now my mom is in a bad position and we are unable to do anything about it.I have done some further investigation and I wish my mother had come to me first before trusting this place. It takes minutes to find out that only Apple Store themselves, selected Best Buys, and Simply Mac can offer Apple parts.I hope that other people read this and hopefully educate themselves before falling into there scam.This store disgusts me.

I went in to have my damaged screen replaced and Rich asked me where my SIM card was. The phone has worked for 10 yrs and suddenly my SIM card is missing with all my information. So now I have a phone Ive had forever, and it doesnt work because all of a sudden the SIM card is missing. Im very angry. Im going to file a Police report tomorrow

Went in to see if I could recover lost data on my phone and was given a certain estimate, I then refused and was told that they would do it free of charge if I just gave them the phone. The person working the front that day seemed persistent, right off the bat I could tell they’re about just trying to make money, not about helping. I then told them I just wanted to sell the phone for parts and was told that I would get a third of they were going to charge me for recovering data. IF YOU WANNA GET FINNESSED I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE :D
