I dropped my iPad on the cement and cracked the screen bad! Found John after a google search, called him up and 20 minutes later he picked upmy iPad for repair. It was kinda weird to hand my iPad over to a stranger but two days later he dropped it off and it looked brand new. John asked me to inspect it and make sure I was satisfied before he left. Two weeks later my iPad still looks and is working great!

I had a very difficult experience. John came out and replaced my daughters cracked iphone 7 plus screen. 2 weeks later under freak circumstances that screen along with the protective screen cover cracked. I contacted john about it. Apparently, this type of thing is not under warranty however john was nice enough to offer to come out and do the repair again for the cost of parts. Luckily. I live very close to him so it wasnt a far drive. I was very upset about this situation but the kindness shown to me went above and beyond. Thank you again.
