My cats had knocked my laptop off the table and, being lazy, I continued to use it until it structurally was inoperable. I took it into Ben and asked if it was terminal. He said, no, he could fix it. He called me within a couple hours to let me know he had located the parts he needed and to give me an estimate of the repair cost. That was one week ago. I picked it up today and it is like a new computer. Ben replaced the parts that needed to be replaced, cleaned it up physically and internally. It is fast again and looks like brand new. This is the second time I have visited Ben to ask for his help. He is honest, thorough and I highly recommend him no matter what the problem, Im sure he can fix it.

I had a problem with my computer. I called them at Modern Tech Computers and they said come in and we will fix it. I went in and in 2 min flat they diagnosed my problem and fixed it. My video card fan had siezed and it was shutting down my monitor and my computer. They didnt make me wait to fix it because I told them I was desperate to have it working. SO, he fixed it immediately. I was so thankful. They are family owned and operated and very nice people. Thanks again for your help. I am very greatful.

Owner tries to tell me dozens of Microsoft Technical bulletins are incorrect by treating me like an idiot. His only solution is reformat the computer and buy a new $220 license from Microsoft. Current OEM pricing is $135.99, eBay price is $40 for the same software.Predatory pricing, arrogance and inaccurate information led me to post this review for others.
