Not only is this company unprofessional but they also lack adequate customer hospitality. please take your business else where :)

I hired these guy to come fix a water pipe and clean up the damage. So I let them in the house and told them what needed to be done. An hour goes by. Not too much was done. 2 hours went by I saw the owner and a worker were smoking on a glass pipe and the fumes were strong. I can’t believe this guy was smoking meth or whatever it was at a customers house. Without too much argument I told them to leave and not come back. They were a bit aggravated and moody after that so they got the bit of tools and gear and left. When I went into the basement to further inspect the work that was done. I checked inside drawer where I put clean clothes and saw the clothes were all moved around. Also a knife I keep in there was also missing. There wasn’t much value to it. I did not want to call them and have contact with them. I had another company come do it and the job was done quickly. Can’t believe how some people run their businesses.

Being a family ran business I suggested to a friend to use All City for a flood job. They gave nothing but great comments on all aspects of the job. As the son of the owner I am glad to hear that the homeowners were treated with nothing but the most utmost respect and that professionalism was displayed during the full restoration. I was also informed by the homeowners that the job well repaired and everything was moved and replaced fully intact during the renovation period. Would highly recommended to anybody who needs not only 24 hour emergency flood response but also for the variety of different services offered.

Had an issue at my residence regarding mold . I reached out to a friend of mine and she said they had a company All City Cleaning and Restoration that did some work in the past for them through a property management company. I called them out they assessed the damages, gave me a written estimate Prior to starting work I reviewed the Estimate and decided to hire them based on their professionalism, they performed excellent services from start to finish I highly recommend this company.

Definitely Set the bar for the industry standard for professional and customer services and competency. Im only calling on all city for my cleaning and restoration needs and I would recommend them to anyone that needs the best service and work

I would recommend this company based on the years of experience in the industry their professionalism as well as communication helped us in our situation we did not have to make an insurance claim They were able to assess the damages write up a protocol and execute it in a timely manner.

Sean/Shawn (the owner?) hired us to do some waterproofing at a home he was working on a few years back. After dozens of unanswered and unreturned phone calls (his mailbox is forever full), he still has not paid for our services. Im assuming he made even more than what he owes us off the Home Owner for our service. Very sketchy and unethical business practices. Would NOT recommend this company.Update: They now claim to have never hired us directly, so please see attached unpaid invoice made out to All City, with notes from all the times Shawn claimed he would pay us, and then started screening our calls. There was also no dispute over our work whatsoever. We take that very seriously, and I would have notes if there was a problem on the job.
