DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED!!!! Please don’t come here, they will rip you off. They charged me $280 for a job they didn’t do. They had 1 job, and that was to take the primer I had on one side and make all the car look the same. They didn’t even touch that part of the car. Like Okay dude. Then I asked about it and the guy starts yelling at me, that we didn’t agree on that. I had seen him last weekend and I agreed to come back for that same reason, to buff my car and polish. Also, the car was not all clean for $280, not worth it. I’m going to complain to the BBB. You’ll hear from me soon.

I recently got my Truck washed here; it was a brand new truck after they finished. All under 20 minutes, I think I found my new spot to get my truck looking great again. Highly recommended.

I always get such quality service. My car always shines like new and I love that the ameral that they use in the interior does not stay super slippery and sticky. I do not go anywhere else for a car wash or detail and prices are very reasonable!

I take this little beauty in and believe me shes very important to me. The work is good the price is okay and customer service is improving.

You have seen me before if you’re the guy by the register all the time collecting the money. I have taken my personal vehicle (grey explorer), my work truck and my wife’s old car there. I would come in and talk to you about it if I thought it would change anything. I normally wash my own vehicle. When I don’t I use to take it here. Now I won’t. They put scratches on my hood. My vehicle also smelled funny after they were done. I think they used old dirty rags or something on my car to wipe it down. There is also a white scuff mark on my passenger fender I think I can maybe buff it out. The scratches I know I can’t buff out. They are small but too deep. I know every ding or scratch on my vehicle.

Went for the $38(ish) cleaning. Great job on car overall but the inside of my windows were more clean when I got there than when I left. Its like they smeared armor all on the inside of the glass. Also, its a newer car and they used super glossy armor all on the inside, lost that new car look. Would have preferred the matte finish amor all.

Excellent job on my car. I also got the wax job. The young sons were both working behind the register. The most respectful and friendly young boys I have encountered in a very longtime. The staff is always friendly. Best car wash around when I am up in this area.👍🏾

This was the first car wash on my brand new car. With only 790 miles on it, took it to Romeos. Huge mistake... They put a ding on the rear hatch door. I brought it to their attention and of course you can easily guess what they said. No it didnt happen here. They also said they are not responsible for anything to cars EVEN under their care . Terrible business....They wouldnt budge at all to solve this. So I had a paintless dent removal specialist fix it for $125. I will never go back to Romeos with my 4 cars. I will also make sure to pass on the details of this incident to all my family members here in Vista. They will lose FAR more than $125 in lost business.Beware to anyone dont go to Romeos.... Use Santa Fe Carwash or Super Star Car Wash Express.

Dont waste your money. I got the #5 wash, spent $22.00. They couldnt seem to dry my 4Runner. They did not even open the back end to dry it, it still hard dirt as well. I never leave bad reviews, I had to with this place. Not friendly people either.Peace.

Great care wash in Vista, been around for many years. Its rather and hit or miss here. Sometimes the service is awesome and sometimes its just okay. Friendly staff though.

It can get very busy especially the weekends where lines can be over 20 minutes not including the wash. The car was clean if missing a few spots, if youre looking for a quick clean then this is not the place for you. However, if youre looking for some place where they do fine-detailing then this is a good place to visit.

They know you for a while Nd try to give discounts.. Problem is you pay them more and they do half the stuff that they are supposed to. Save your ticket so that they can honor the DISCOUNT and finish the job

The inside of my car looked exactly the same. I paid for full service. They told me it would be the inside and outside. My cars exterior looked fine. But the interior, was exactly the same! They didnt vacuum, wipe down the dash, clean the ashtray or shake out the mats. They didnt even take any of the garbage out!! When I called to tell them, the guy on the phone had a bad attitude and was rude to me. He didnt solve the problem or help in any way. They were unprofessional and way over priced for the crappy job they did. Lazy workers who do a half ass job to just get it done and over with quickly. I will NEVER go back here again. -5 stars

They have the best customer service you wont leave unless your happy, and Ive been coming here for years and they treat me like family if I catch a spot that wasnt done id tell them and they would be more than happy to clean it up, Ive detailed my car here before it came out just like the dealer ship would hand it to you so I bring my friends here and all my friends thank me for the job they do I highly recommend you to take your cars there

Romeos Carwash sucks dont waste your money here! They dont dont clean good they always leave the inside dusty they just throw everything in the trunk and they dont dry the cars either. The workers are lazy!

Its my favorite car wash place. Ive been a loyal customer for 2years now. The owner is awesome!! Ive experienced Him jumping in to dry my car as well if he notices youve been waiting a lil over a few minutes. The employees are great and always so nice. Ive had them offer me free freshener. An over all great experience everytime and Im writing this review because Im actually on my way to get my car cleaned up! ★★★★★ and the prices are reasonable!

Even though Ive already had bad experiences here, I decided to give this place another chance and once again they did an awful job. They talked me into getting the Deluxe wash for an additional 2 dollars to get the tire dressing. Well they forgot to put the tire dressing and they did not add the air freshener. I didnt notice when I left because my tires were still wet. I noticed once I got home. I called to report this issue and the store manager was super rude and started yelling at me, he wouldnt even let me talk. Waste of $20.00 ! Dont waste your time here!

Very bad EXPERIENCE... I came for the first time and they did an AWESOME job. Came in a week later got the same wash as my first time there and they did a TERRIBLE job compared to the 1st time they left it half assed they didnt Vacuumed right they didnt add the armerol that I paid extra for the inside and outside they were in a hurry to finish.. I can see that they didnt care I was unhappy told them they should care for new customers becuase this is where my family recommended me but after this I have told my family to not go anymore... too bad they lost my business And my families too try at youre own risk they will probably do a good job the first time then its garbage jobs hopefully they better them selfs or competition will take their business elsewhere......

Someone had broke something in my mothers car. When confronting the manager he was rude and said they werent going to pay for it to get fixed because it was already broken. My family wont be going there anymore.
