Christina sent us emails asking us to give her a good review which I find strange. Also I will review that every time we try to pay rent, the office is often closed with a be back sign and they never return at the time posted on the door and this has happened more than 5 times. It’s becoming easier to pay online because the employees are never there.

Christina was very helpful today when I went in to make the payment. She was very friendly too. Storem is always clean and well secured. I feel safe leaving my possessions with them.

After checking the website drop-off locations, confirming they are open, I drove to the Vista drop off and was told by Peter that their site is full. He then told me to go to the San Marcos location and speak to Eric. He tried to call but nobody picked up. I drove there and spoke to Eric. He stated that upper management had told them not to accept e-waste. These drop off sites are associated with Storeem Self Storage. There is no indication on the related web sites, nor is there signage in either location indicating they are not accepting e-waste. Once again, the consumer pays the price in time, gas, and trouble for the inconsiderate practices of these kinds of businesses. Consumer beware.

My husband and I drove to Storem to see what units were available and get some pricing. KENNY was awesome! He took us in the golf cart to view the units, gave us pricing, and answered any questions we had. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The facility seems well maintained and we loved the option of the drive up units. We ended up reserving a unit for a reasonable price. Thanks KENNY!

A few weeks ago my wife and I needed help disposing of some old electronics we were able to find online that the office had a drop off site and Cristina was extremely helpful and made it quick and easy.

Very kind and nice people. Only problem was they were away from the office 3 times when I was there the three times I was there they were away. I had to wait other than that it were very very nice and refunded money on boxes offered water and ride to your storage.

The other day when moving Christmas decorations from my storage unit we experienced a delay (3 hours) in our moving truck.During that period, I spent some time with Stephanie and Doug. They were friendly, polite, courteous, and very professional. Storage is clean and gated as others time limits on in out, payable online and over the phone was offered at truck for move in one time never got to use it. They no longer offer this. But storage is safe and has upstairs units and downstairs units. Danny.

They close at 5:45. After 5:45 you will not be let in by your access code. Other than that the place is good. I would give 5 stars if they had better hours.

I been storing here for almost 2 years now and out of all the associates Mr Kenny Morales has been the best one here so far and has always been very helpful he always has a smile on his face and I love that. Thank you storem for this associate.

Do not store a car or boat at this property. I had my boat stored there and a pond arriving to pick it up I found that my boat had been hit by a car. Nobody bothered to call me and informed me of this they waited until I showed up, and their answer was oh yeah that happened a couple weeks ago. When I asked if I can get the security camera footage they replied with no unless I had a court order because of the client privacy.

The best part of my experience with StorEm was the excellent staff member I worked with - Stephanie was incredibly helpful both reserving and renting a unit, and closing my account once everything was moved out. She showed me the unit beforehand, so I could determine if it would fit my needs. She setup my automatic payments and sent invoices electronically. She was helpful with closing out my account and pro-rating my rent for unused days the day I moved out.Also, the location was perfect, close to the freeway and near my new house, and the price was reasonable.Two things StorEm could improve - 1) the gate closes too early (6pm) for me to get there after work on a weekday 2) the website needs to be updated so all the links work properly.Stephanie gets 5 stars! StorEm as a business gets 4.
