The lady that answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I had a simple question about getting someones vehicle towed. Due to the vehicle being on public property, there was nothing she could do. I asked if she could point me into the right direction and SHE HUNG UP ON ME! She sounded frustrated from the get go like she didnt want to deal with anything I was asking. HORRIBLE phone etiquette! She should be fired!!! 😡This was the Vista location by the way

AAA Emergency Services sent NK Towing to tow our wrecked car. The loss of our 22yr old vehicle was the most heartbreaking but we were able to find a very good home for her. ❤️Our technician Richie was AMAZING! He was early to the site and his truck and equipment were immaculate. Not only is he professional, friendly, personable and obviously very well experienced, he has a kind soul. His ability to empathise and generate a safe and everything will be ok environment in what can only be described as devastating, is one in a million! ❤️🙏🏼 We were very fortunate to have had him as our technician and NK really do have a very special team member on their crew! Thank you so very much for taking care of us.

Took my perfectly good Costco car battery and claimed I needed a new one after I claimed it was the alternator and I just needed a jump. He tested both and insisted it was the battery, big surprise, it was the alternator. Have tried contacting them to receive a refund and they have yet to respond.

I just called them to help me get off the side of the road, pre informed her that I was not from California and to bare with me if I seemed lost ..but she rants something about not driving that far to where I’m broke down and hung up on me! This is what’s wrong with the world now nobody cares anymore! TERRIBLE COMPANY AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It was 10 oclock at night and my daughter has a wreck. I called AAA and got the run around. Then they put me on hold. After being on hold with AAA for almost an hour i decided to hang up and call someone local. I tried the first company but the young lady couldnt communicate well so i moved onAbout now im getting a bit frustrated. So i called the next company on the google list, NK Towing. I got a guy who answered by the third ring. He said he could have a guy out within just a few minutes. Actually i expected us to be waiting for a while but he was there really quick. I mean in about the time it wouldve taken to drive 2 blocks he was there.The drivers name was Daniel. Super nice fella for sure. Very nice and very professional!!!! It was very affordable and Daniel was someone who i could definitely trust. He got the xar on the flat bed safely.So i must say i was very pleased with NK towing. Hopefully i will never need them again but if i do i know who ill be calling.Nice to meet ya Daniel!!

We use AAA of So Cal when we require towing of our vehicles. Driver /Tow truck operator Eric Martinez of NK Towing responded to our location approximately 25 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive. He was professional, timely and courteous.DriverHe prepped our car for towing and cleaned up the huge mess left by our blown oil line. Because he arrived early at our location, he was able to get our car to our mechanic prior to the shops closure for the day.We appreciate everything Eric did to assist us in getting our car to the shop.

They 🤥 lie lie lie I was in a car accident they told me dont worry about anything your insurance company will be able to pick it up sure enough they would not release it to my insurance company I had to drive all the way back over there took me a day to get back over there and it was just unbelievable and then after I released my car my insurance company calls me back and tells me all they still wont release your car they need a written hand note these people are rip-offs to never let them take your car I give them zero Stars

We were just traveling 76E when your tow truck driver almost ran us off the road. Truck number 46 carrying a white SUV (cant be 100 percent sure of the type of car.) Was in right lane we were in left, he didnt look or signal just came over. Thank god we were able to slam on our breaks and swerve to avoid him. We them got into the right lane. He proceeded to turn his lights and siren or horn (it was a continuous sound) on then proceeded to drive after us. Your driver was definitely not driving in a safe professional manner.

UPDATE: The operations manager for this business called to apologize for the instance described below. He also said they had policies in place regarding masks, gloves and COVID response that were unfortunately not followed at our home, but he would be using the experience to reeducate his employees. As a business person I appreciate this effort, and it was the right thing to do. I hope it leads to change, and you have a better experience.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Triple A sent NK Towing to our home to help change a tire that had a screw in it. The driver asked us to take the spare out ourselves. Not a problem. When I asked him to stay at least six feet away while we got the tire out, because we are social distancing, he got angry and aggressive continuing to come towards me to the point I had to shout. The employee was asking why we were wasting his time to change a tire (we didnt call him, Triple A suggested we have the tire changed before driving the car), and didnt I know he would be touching the tire. Finally he walked away for the 10 seconds it took me to get the tire out.Not only was the driver aggressive and rude about being asked to social distance, he wasnt wearing a mask which is required or gloves. We were unaware of NK Towing before, and it sucks to give a bad review during a pandemic when everyone is struggling, but this was just an awful experience that more than just awful was an interaction that put us at risk unnecessarily. If the driver would have waited the moment, or been prepared to follow common guidelines for a business this would be a totally different review.

I just witnessed this tow truck service (Ford F150) service vehicle today Aug 8th. The driver was passing traffic on SR 76 From the right hand turn lane to bypass slower traffic on two occasions. So it wasnt that this person was turning too early. Ill get to that. Passing traffic from a right hand turn lane is a traffic violation! Weaving in and out of traffic, ok. Maybe he has an emergency, whatever. But rest assured as a AAA member they should be stripped of that status. OK back to where he turned. This person turned LEFT onto Douglas and made his way to Keyport st. Great job NK

When I went to drive my F150, the battery was dead. I called AAA and they sent NK Towing to my aid, with an expected arrival time 30 to 40 minutes. To my surprise, it was less than 30 minutes. Charles thoroughly tested my trucks battery and electrical systems and ended up replacing the AAA battery that was still under warranty.Charles was both courteous and efficient. It was a pleasure doing business with him. NK Towing should be proud to have individuals like Charles working for them. Keep up the good work.

Called them from a AAA call to have my car towed and they said the driver was 4 miles away, the driver took about 20 minutes later. Once he got there the driver took the longest time to hook up the car, I wont be told he was taking a long time to make sure it was safe, it was due to a slow worker taking his sweet time. After that he got lost at the destination point and I had to drive out down the street to flag him down and guide him to a shop that has never had issues having cars delivered.Overall the driver was something else and dont recommend using them or at least that driver.

I had a bad experience with this company. In all truthfulness, it wasnt their issue initially. It was AAA who misquoted me. I asked AAA three times on the phone for the exact total I needed for the Battery Service as I was going to pick up cash. I had a dead battery in my RV which was parked down on the street from where I live and I had the street sweeper on the way so it was a time-sensitive matter and I needed to make sure there were no mistakes once dispatched. They quoted me 131.99 TOTAL 3x. I asked the tow truck guy 131.99? he said yes, put the battery in, got all ready to go and then handed me a piece of paper and asked me for 145.03! This kind of behavior from both of these companies is USERY. There is a reason I called for a quote. I could have gone to Costco who quoted me, $126 including tax or batteries + When AAA quoted me 131.99 TOTAL it made it worth it for me to spend $6 extra for them come put it in vs me driving over to Costco and picking up the battery myself which I had time to do. I based my decision on this quote! I am a single mom, who just spent $145 of my rent money on a battery for an RV that I am selling but needed to move for the street sweeper. Now I understand that none of this is anybody elses problem but my own, but you can see the predicament Im in and why I went out of my way to make SURE I was getting the best deal and making a good decision by going with AAA. My complaint with NK Towing is their lack of customer service. They texted me to say they would be arriving at 10:10 a.m. then they called at 10:12 a.m. to say they would be 7 more minutes. Since they needed my dead battery, why didnt they tell me that when they had me on the phone? Same w/ AAA. I told the rep that I took my battery to OReilly who tested it was dead. Why didnt they tell me right then that I needed to have the dead battery to get the new one from their service? I had to go back to OReilly while the tech waited to get my dead battery. With NK, the fact that they could not just bill me the extra $12 knowing where I live is ridiculous. Or that they couldnt have had some kind of deal that they could work out with AAA misquoting me and give me a $12 discount on that battery and somehow fix it on the back end with AAA since they were the ones who misquoted and their texh misquoted me is just bad service. I have been a member of AAA for 32 years and have always received great service. The last 2 times Ive had to call them, which is only thankfully a handful of times in 32 years, Ive only had to deal with them a handful of time, nonetheless, the last two times the service has been downright horrible and both b/c of the towing company. I am in the customer service industry. We go above and beyond for our customers. It is not our job to judge them, it is our job to give them excellent customer service and apparently in most businesses nowadays that just does not exist. I am extremely grateful that I work for a company that cares about the customers truly and that gives excellent customer service to people and goes above and beyond to meet our customers needs and to actually have satisfied customers. We have customers who have been with our company for over 30 years and there is a reason for that. I have been with Triple-A for over 30 years and have not had a problem save for the last two times, again b/c of the towing company. My direct complaint for NK Towing is they could have worked with me better as a customer. They could have somehow worked with AAA to help fix the problem. I did my due diligence as a customer to get a quote, to go get my cash to be there ready and do everything I needed to do to make this simple. Lastly, Nina on the phone said This is too much information and put me on hold because she couldnt deal with me as a customer. They need a better customer service representative in their office. I deal with difficult customers all of the time and you dont just abruptly interrupt someone and put them on hold when they are standing on the side of the road being charged $13 more than they were quoted

I give 2 stars because of the prices. I was quoted $75 to pick up and $10 a mile to go 7 minutes down the street. I decided to call Primos Towing and got my truck towed for $75 total.

Working for NK was great. Amir whom I worked for taught me very well. He didnt have as much going on as he does now. Being a Highway Hero is important to me and with AAA certified standards and ownership that goes the extra mile to make sure we are well informed and prepared to handle each and every call. I cant say enough about NK because what he does in the community and as a professional speaks for itself.

I ran over a screw and got a flat tire while I had 3 restless children in the car with me. I made the phone call to NK towing and they came and rescued us quickly. The driver got there in less than 15 minutes he was very nice plus got us back on the road ASAP.

NOT AN OPINION JUST FACTSAAA sent them as a third person party towing companyNK towing pick my car up and drop it offThe driver spent over 3 hours TOTALING my truck trying to get it off the truck then left it in the middle of the cul-de-sac with the window down and all my belongings in itBefore they picked it up........my truck turned on and it drove Perfectly fine the city we had stopped in before finishing the route the very next day someone stole my shocks....NOTHING ELSE WAS DAMAGED OR BROKEN... again still drivable but I didn’t wanna hurt the vehicle any further......After they dropped it off my vehicle no longer turned on and it was completely non-drivable there was transmission fluid all of the cul-de-sac and the shaft to my differential was in my passenger seat there were a few dents the size of my arms and a few scratchesI replayed the video footage from the security cameras showing him turning on multiple times trying to put it in reverse that’s damaging the transmissionIt’s been almost 2 weeks now and I have no truck I’ve called them multiple times and somehow Regina It’s always not in the office even though I call at different times of the dayThe one time I do get a hold of her she has no answers for me and tells me She will for sure by the end of that nightIt’s been two days so I call again and guess what she was there so after hearing this I’ll let you guys decide if that’s a tow company that you want telling your vehicle like I said I stated only facts no opinions I’ll let the readers I have the opinions hopefully this helps and there be no more victims

This place is a complete scam. The lady at the front office was super rude. In order to take out our car we had to show our registration card. We told her it was in the car. She said she checked 3 times and she couldnt find it. Three hours later and $50 dollars less we show proof of registration. When we finally get our belongings from our car, guess what we find OUR CURRENT REGISTRATION! We show it to her and the lady has the audacity to tell me its your fault for being so mouthy SMH, she hustled us into going to her friends business to get our registration card. WOW, IF I COULD THIS PLACE NEGATIVE POINTS I WOULD!

This Tow Company is a POS scam artists!!!!! They work with Tri City Security Patrol to rip people off. I left my Car parked in front of my House and they towed it away for no reason. I called them right away and they told me it will cost me $260 to get my Car out. How the hell can this company charge this rate to Tow my Car 5 miles to their Yard? The Tow Company and the Security work with each other to rip people off. They give Security Officers money for every Tow that they get. I am reporting both to the State and will be taking them to small claims court to recover my money.

The drivers give untrained opinions on automotive problems & causes ... my customer was wrongfully advised by one of the drivers that my shop was the cause of the problem with their corolla He stated that our shop probably left something loose ! causing the customer to take the car elsewhere to be fixed when it had nothing to do with our workmanship .therefore causing us to lose our customer !
