Very friendly. They do live fingerprinting scan thats so cool,vary in price from $45 to $79 depends wut u need it for. So great to know it if u need it for a job or to enter goverment buildings..

Came to the store and it said it was open and all the lights were on but the doors were locked. I tried calling multiple times but just kept getting sent to voicemail.

Went in to get my cars registration renewed and I was in and out in 20 min with no appointment in the middle of Covid, definitely not going back to dmv waiting lines. 😂

If you think they cant help, you are wrong. Go in, theyll let you know if they cant do something. I had a complicated request and they were able to help. Real Lifesavers.

The wait wasn’t long BUT I was quoted about 120 dollars more than a similar company in Escondido for the same service. They also were not social distancing or wearing masks. That is unacceptable. For those two reason, they lost my business. Keep looking is my advice. Pass this place over.

DO NOT GO HERE. UNSAFE. No masks. No safety protocols for the public. They are harmful to Vista locals.

Their fee is rather expensive ($90!) But dont let that scare you away. I was in and out for a title transfer in 10 minutes, on a Saturday no less. The lady who helped me was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. Think of it as paying for stress relief and quickness and youll see that its worth it, though still just a tad expensive.

I called at 1030 on a Saturday (3/24/18) morning and asked if I could come in between 12-1230, the lady on the phone said yes and that she would be there for me to register a vehicle I had just purchased. I show up at 12:15 to find a sign that says “Out to lunch until 1pm.” Okay, no big deal.......I returned a few minutes between 1pm. There were 3 of us waiting outside for them to open back up. At about ten after 1:00 the other two people left. I waited around until 1:20pm and also ended up leaving. Poor business operations.Instead, for all your auto registration needs just head down the road toEB AUTO REGISTRATION at 2456 S Santa Fe Ave. Luke there will hook you up and take care of you. He’s very friendly and will be there when he says he will be there!
