DONT DO IT! if you are thinking about walking into this place!! Please save your self the headache and DO NOT do business with these people. I recently had a form that I needed to sign in the presence of a broker. The manger there refused and sent me away. I called my insurance carrier to inform them what happened they apologized and said she was wrong. Freeway insurance customer service also confirmed that the manager ELCHIN FATEMI was indeed wrong for turning me away. I called their location asking for their district managers information and they initially refused to give me his contact information. There is plenty of insurance brokers in the area! There is one in that same shopping center inside the food for less! there is two others right down the street! Just dont do it! horrible follow up, no customer service and lack of insurance knowledge.

I had a good experience at freeway insurance on 9/20/18 I was helped by Stacy hardman she did a great job on helping me get a lower rate insurance for my 2 cars I recommend anyone going with her attitude is awesome as well. And got me in and out real quick.

Stay away! I signed up in June, was quoted a down payment of $120, called a two weeks later to cancel my policy, stop auto pay and asked to be billed my invoice. All to which the employee agrees to do. Then 2 days ago they charged my card $247! Their only explanation is I owed them a down payment?! After I paid a down payment?! I work in a billing corporate office, once a customer says CANCEL or STOP PAYMENT the company is not authorized or legally allowed to make any further payments. I never received my invoice or even a simple phone call. The employee that signed me up quoted me the wrong price apparently so they assume it was ok to charge me for that employees mistake! Absolutely absurd. Spoke to someone today who says yes my policy is cancelled but I owe that money so all they can do is submit it to a high manager and give me a call back? I couldn’t even get a phone call before they charged me, now they expect me to wait so they can investigate THEIR employee mistake. Definitely doesn’t sound right at all. Especially when I didn’t receive a charge in July, but now in August?! Now I have to escalate it to a charge back from my bank for a fraudulent charge. If your smart stay as far away as possible from this company and better yet do not give any card numbers! I will be reaching out to the better business bureau!UPDATE: Received a call back finally! The woman I spoke to was very nice and concerned. She’s working to get my issue resolved. Will update once it’s fixed!UPDATE: Today I received a refund. It was a hassle but thankfully the woman I spoke to the other day got right on it. Thanks for fixing your mistakes freeway!

They are not honest. Please stay away from them even though they might make you feel like you are getting the best deal out there. First, they charge you a fee every time you want to make a change to your policy. I went there to add a new car to my policy, and they would not do it. They lied to me by saying that my new car could not be added to my old policy because it is an expensive. I called the insurance company, and they said that it was not true. Freeway did it because the girl was trying so hard to sell me a new policy. Instead of adding my car to my old policy, she insisted on trying to sell me a new policy while even though I already have an active policy. I called their supervisor to notify him about the situation. He told me that yes they could add my new car to my old policy, but It will cost me $200.00 just for processing fee without the extra insurance amount. He told me that It is better to buy a new policy. I know that they are bunch liars always finding ways to force to buy unnecessary stuffs. I did not buy a new policy. Once my policy expires, I will never use them again.

Zero stars Bunch of crooks. They are a bait and switch company! Dont go there! Nancy Ramon, the girl who helped me told me it was going to be too expensive to add another car to my current policy and just start a separate policy for my new car. She later asked me to speak someone on the phone named Irene to get a better price as she would waive some fees, but I would still have the same coverage, same company, same roadside assistance so I was yes lets do it. Well I noticed that Nancy started whispering to Irene and going back and forth on the phone. Nancy then started to print out the policy and asked for payment which we handed over our card. Then she asked me sign the policy and the I noticed a different company name and asked what happened. She said that the quote Irene gave me ended up not going through and without consulting me they changed the company and dropped the roadside assistance benefit as this company did not have it. Her excuse you get what you pay for. Never once took responsibility for not telling me about the important changes. When I asked for a refund she said it would take three weeks for corporate to mail me a check with my money and it would just be easier to keep the bogus policy they sold me. The manager Damaris was no help as she did nothing to help me and refused to give me any information regarding her supervisor. I was referred to call customer service. Never going back!Just as an update Nancy Ramon, never cancelled the policy that I didnt want and now the company wants to charge me $50 to cancel the policy in addition to days the policy has been active. It looks like Im not getting my money back. Dont ever hand money to this company, because the chance you will ever get it back is grim. Now I understand why they tell you to wait three weeks to get your money back, because they dont cancel it and they get their kickback make money and screw the customer. Unethical company.

Complaint has been submitted to DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE (CONSUMER SERVICES AND MARKET CONDUCT BRANH) and Better Business Bureau. If our case cant be resolved another complaint is going to be submitted to NATIONAL INSURANCE CRIME BUREAU. After the complaints if there isnt a solution next step is filling a lawsuit. Everything can be avoided, Freeway Insurance made a huge mistake. All they need to do is pay what is owed to us.

They are a bunch of liars. They tell you anything for you to sign right then and there. When you get the bill for first month including deposit its not at all what was discussed. I was told I could make my deposit in payments...when I made the initial payment that day then my monthly bill had the rest of the deposit included. I had to make a big fuss about it because I was lied to for them to honor it. Also if you need to change method of payment they claim it takes 2-3 months and you have to come in and pay and get charged all types of fees.....horrible with i never had to do business with them

The manager Damris fixed the problem another agent from another branch had creted. With in a few hours my policy was active againg and i even saved more then i excpected. Would defeintly recommend the vista branch. Both mananger and satff very professional.

This organization is not professional nor honest. she turned her iPhone to play music and put it on low and started to go over my policy, i told her to please turn it off.Followed by this unprofessional conduct i asked her what the payment was for, she had mentioned it was based on a certain percentage over the year...ok what is that...o its based on a certain percentage...again how do you calculate that....she didnt know.Found out they took allot of funds down that they shouldnt have and i was pulling tooth and nail trying to get it explained

I was contacted saying I could receive a lower rate for my insurance-which I took them up on. 6 months later, the old insurance company I had sends me a letter stating I owe them for the premium! Freeway was suppose to cancel my other insurance but apparently never did! When I called them about it, I was hung up on.

Zero stars I am deceived I make my payment annually for x reason I could not renew my annual payment but I made a monthly payment later I tried to make the annual payment and it turns out that it could not be according to them if I wanted to be it it increased me a lot of $ 1150 at 3600 it was a lot of good money because they got me another insurance for 1300 annuals I said ok this time but in my previous insurance I had a debt of 25 dollars call and it turns out that it was not true because the annual payment with them was 1220 annual and the only way so that my payment went up it was for dui accidents or something like that and none of this happened because of that I will not continue with you liars by the way I have witness names documents that I prefer to omit for respect for your work but they should be honest k no
