Really bad customer service . Their either unprofessional or dont answer at all and have no voicemail . Last time I called a really lost woman told me that umm shes with a customer can she call me back like um. Maybe if you sounded like you could even handle my request. Really bad training skills . Makes the Latino community look like a joke .

Went in to get an insurance quote for a 97 Avalon for CA state minimum liability with and sr22. Was quoted an even 600 bucks for 6 months. She took my payment info and I was given a contract to sign. I asked for an itemized list of the charges and I was told I could “start filling out the paper work while she got that printed”. I waited until I saw my itemized list and found the policy itself only cost 292.xx and they were charging a 308.xx “brokers fee”. I asked why my fee was more than the policy itself. After a few shady text messages, picture messages of unsigned paperwork, and a phone call to “the owner”, I was offered a 100 dollar brokers fee. I pointed out the predatory sales tactics they were trying to use and asked why I wasn’t offered a fair price to begin with. After some BS back and fourth talk I said I didn’t want to be a customer based on his ethical standards and to cancel my charge. I was told by the owner that he didn’t need my money and that I was crazy for passing up the deal. I went to pick up my ID and payment info off the table as well as the paperwork with my information but the agent snatched up the paperwork with my info on it and I was told that I was a threat and needed to leave. Save yourself the trouble and risk. I hope this review helps someone save their time and money.

Robles Heidy seemed to be a nice person but she turned out to be unprofessional by not providing me all the details about my insurance. Also, according to her my down payment HAD to be $500 but as we were talking she brought it down to $300. In end, it turned out to be that my down payment was ONLY $80, so she kept the $220.I also provided her my license for her to enter my information. She did not put my date birth correctly and according to the papers that she provided me at the end, my wife was born 99/99/9999. Wow. I called her to change it and did not do anything about it. So UNRESPONSIBLE!!! I had to do it myself.Poor value, I ended up with the insurance I do not want for my car and now, if i want to change it I have to pay $75.Please, DONT SIGN ANYTHING, or provide them your account information without them showing you every detail.Or just don’t go there at all! This place SUCKS!

The Manager Jesse Knows How To Treat His Customers!

I had Fiesta Insurance for over a year and Im very satisfied with them very competitive rates on the insurance they accommodate to your needs. Their Customer service is excellent at least on this location that I have been, they have well trained people to assist you the good thing I always seen is that they acknowledge you as soon as you walk thru that door compare to other places theyre well trained. Done my taxes there too very satisfied with their assistance, and their schedules are great for anyone that has a crazy work schedule. Totally recommend them give them a try you wont regret it, and they give you $25 if you refer someone to them.

The staff were always helpful. Good pricing but some of the insurances companies they work with have poor customer service.
