Wow! Aloha West Insurance is amazing! They take time to really get to know their clients. Everyone in the office has years and years of insurance experience and is able to draw on a breadth of insurance products tailored to my needs. I am not a number and it is clear they care about my business. They are easy to get a hold of on the phone and respond quickly on emails. Kelly is a superstar! She must work 24x7 because no matter the time of day, she emails me back immediately and is just a fountain of knowledge. It is clear that doing a great job providing the insurance protection her clients is very important to her. I also love the occasional hand written post cards and thank yous from the office. These personal touches are so cool.

I typically do not write reviews, but had to in this instance as I cannot say enough wonderful things about Aloha West. I originally found them because of their affiliation with Dave Ramsey. Like most people, I find insurance-related issues exhausting and endless. Aloha West is a rare exception that took the pain out of the insurance policy hunting process. I originally worked with Megan Doan to find a commercial insurance policy and was beyond pleasantly surprised. Megan was positive, warm, extremely professional and efficient. I chose her over 2 other companies because of her exceptional skills, lightening speed in answering my emails/questions and her genuine demeanor. Megan genuinely cared - which means the world when it comes to your own business.A few month later I ran into questions related to a health insurance policy. I called the office and was connected to Steven Webber - little did I know that Steven was the owner of the company. Once again, nothing but an exceptional experience. Steven was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and positive. He spent HOURS helping me resolve a problem with an application. On top of that, he was very down to earth. I was shocked to find out that he was the owner of the company, still helping people with medial and agonizing application questions! That says a lot about this company.Aloha West exhibits the charm that old private offices were once renowned for - exceptional skills, incredibly pleasant and positive staff and people who genuinely care and are there to support you. That means THE WORLD when dealing with delicate and stressful questions/concerns related to the insurance of your home, your belongings, your business and the health of your loved ones. I would give them 6 stars if I could! I recommend them to family, friends and anyone who expresses insurance policy needs/concerns. I will always seek out Aloha West for my insurance policy needs.
