Bad service at all, the rep I had could not give me the Paper that my dealership required, and he lied saying that it was inside the flyer he gave us, and then he said that he could not print it, he had no knowledge about deductibles and I had to explain him instead. I do not recommend this place to anyone and the prices are to high. Muy caros mal servicio y no saben lo que estan hacienda.

Estela has been helping me with all of my insurance needs for years. She has been very responsive every time I need her. I have called her needing something on the spot and she has helped me right away. Over the years with her, she even reviews my policy to see if there is a better deal for me and my family. We own four cars and Estela has always given me the best rate by far. I love that if I am unable to go into the office in person she can assist me over the phone. She also speaks Spanish and has helped my parents.

I called ahead and stated that the Escondido office was not answering their phones nor had they returned my call from earlier in the week. Estella, who answered the phone, seemed very sympathetic and urged me to come to her Vista location and repeatedly stated she could help. I packed up my paperwork and headed to Vista, my family came along too. We arrived and I asked for Estella. Roberto told me she has gone home for the day and she’s the only one that could help me. He stated Estella is the manager of the location and yet she cannot be reached. This is a very unprofessional operation.

Sadly I must end my policy with Adriannas insurance . Didnt get the results of this company I wanted. Waiting time is ridiculously and wish I would have had better customer service. Some staffs were friendly. On the other had estela the supervisor was unprofessional talking about other cases instead of handling mine. Plus spent down time on her phone intead of informing me with my case information. Waited 45 min to nothing being done. Please step it up so you wont lose more customers. PLEASE do not go to vista location managerEstella doesnt care about anyone but herself. I am very upset and anger she doesnt meet customers satisfaction not so hard. I enjoy providing good customer service. Not too hard just go an extra mile for our customers. Now I know why it has more negative comments than positive. And theres fake profiles among some

When i was teenager i heard of adrianas insurance and i think this company its very popular and famous i never ever tought one day i would of work for this company and form part of the team not like agents but diferente work duty.i always feel the employees here attend me well and most of all repect its never absent at this place or company.no complaints.

Liars, Scammers. They charge a big brokers fee (mine being $200) was told this money would be refunded after I decided to cancel (would have been fine is not refunded, but they said it would which was a lie). Looked back at papers, it was all untrue information like how long a person had a license, age, etc.. if I would have had to claim, it would have not covered my vehicle because all the information was false. Dont go here. look somewhere else!!!!!!!

Adrianas Road Side Assistance has the worst services ever !!!!!!! Im not the person to ever write reviews, but this is really grinding my gear!!!!Ive been waiting for a tow truck for the past 3 hours !!!!! ( matter of fact ! Im writing this right now while Im sitting here in my car waiting for this service!)I kept calling their dispatch team and every single person I spoke with said it will be another 20 minutes!!!! I was told that every single time I called, may I remind you I called about 6 times! I will never use their road side assistance ever again, it will be my first and last time! Very unprofessional! Dont tell your customers your going to arrive a certain time and not show up!

Maria, formerly of the Escondido office and now in the Vista office, is beyond helpful, and just as cute...both good reasons to come here.

This agency is too irresponsible and does not show sincere concern in solving the urgent matters of its clients. They assured my husband that they would fix his earring quickly and it has been more than 10 days and they do not give him an answer. We will never trust this insurer that does not insure anything again! More than anger and frustration. I will not recommend this company to no one.
