I would highly recommend using Sherlock again. The repair technician who came to my home (Red) was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I’m one of those types of home owners who likes to know what is going on every step of the way and Red patiently explained ever step in his evaluation process. He made me feel very comfortable about the entire process. Sherlock also has a very friendly team working at their office. The staff members I spoke with on the phone while scheduling and following up on my appointment were phenomenal! As I hope you can tell I’m a happy customer. I have been using Sherlock ever since I moved to Escondido 4 years ago. They helped us repair our 25 year old system multiple times while we saved up for a new system. When we were ready to get a new system they went over all of our options so we could make an informed decision. The install process was quick and everyone was so respectful and did a great job. Billy, Anthony and Panda did an OUTSTANDING job removing our old ducts from the 1960s, and installing new ducts, thermostat and a central air conditioning unit for our home. Jonathan was incredibly thorough, showing us pictures of all his findings and walking us through them.Jonathan was able to have an HVAC replacement consultant from their firm (Nate) come out that same day two hours later, who performed his own analysis and worked up several options for us to choose from. Sherlock was able to schedule us for a full HVAC replacement (heating and air components ) the very next day!The installation technicians (Victor and Billy) showed up on time the next day, and completed the entire installation in a single day! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly polite and respectful of us, our pet, and our property. Red was very knowledgeable about our a/c system. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He explained what he did, verified that we understood and explained in detail if we did not. We signed up for their VIP program since our systems are aging. We will use Sherlock in the future.

Anthony did a great job and explained everything every step of the way. I was able to get an appointment the next morning to evaluate and on and off valve for sprinkler system. Also replaced the valve that regulated pressure coming into the house. He will be coming back to replace Water heater and also to put in 2 new faucets in both of the bathrooms and replace several shut off valves that are tight.

A/C stopped working last night. Called Sherlock first thing in the morning. They were able to get someone out by 1230 in the afternoon same day. Josh, the technician was awesome. He figured out the issue, went to grab parts nearby and had my A/C blowing cold air agian by early afternoon. Definitely use them if you need somthing done.

Very honest and straightforward. They fixed what needed to be fixed, gave me options about what things they should fix while they where here since I have a double system, each unit the same age so the 2nd would be failing soon. As opposed to Anderson who told me my capacitor was broken and told me I should spend 6000 dollars to replace my entire system.

I very HIGHLY recommend Rod and Wes and the rest of their team for all of your plumbing needs! The initial job was a simple shower/bathtub reno installation, but thankfully with Rod and Wes expertise it was uncovered that our 50+ old plumbing system was in catastrophic shape and was in need of updating out of cast iron asap since a majority of the lines had begun to completely deteriorate and leak underneath our slab foundation. None of the previous plumbers that we had been bringing in to inspect and fix issues here and there since we had bought the home a couple months ago had even picked up on the severity of the situation, but Rod and his team were very knowledgeable and thorough and helped us understand all of our options for moving forward. When the time came to tackle this huge project, we felt very confident that we were in good hands and that the job would get done in a timely, professional manner. Rod and his team went above and beyond, and really impressed us with their professionalism, great responsiveness, hard work, and expertise. They did an awesome job, and we will definitely hire them again for any future plumbing needs!! Also, they offer a military discount-so that was a huge plus. :)

My water pressure was very low and neither of my showers had much pressure. Dean quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced cartridges, and had me up and running. He is such a nice, polite young man. He explained everything and cleaned up his work area before he left.

Second was because during our initial quote appointment, Neil made us feel confident that we would get exactly the result we wanted. He made sure every single question was answered and that by the time he left I had all the information I needed to move forward with the project.On install day the team showed up right on time and Neil stopped by to make sure the project was getting started correctly and he clarified with me and the technicians what the plan was before getting started. Billy was the lead and I could tell he had done many of these installs before and he knew what he was doing. His assistant Josh seemed a little newer to the company and Billy was very thorough in explaining what their next steps to Josh were before moving forward.They were quick with the install, cleaned up after themselves, were extremely respectful of my home and my space, and I now have a beautifully installed mini split!I overheard Josh saying I want to do this for the rest of my life and I love to hear when people love their jobs - it says a lot about the company! Jonathan arrived as he had texted. Check the problem I was having, but found out the air flow was fine. My register was not opened enough. Did a tune up on ac/furnace found issue with furnace regarding carbon monoxide. Advised to replaced furnace. It’s a old furnace. Thank you for alerting me of the possible danger.

AC installation. It took a whole day but was a lot of work. They guys (Billy, Matt & I think Dylan?) that installed it were professional, friendly and very respectful. They worked through lunch and made sure the job got done right. We are very happy with the service. Highly Recommend.

Had a very difficult time with the Technician. Quoted a price of $312 for a $70 part. This part was easy to pull out and reinstall in minutes. I just had another company replace the exact same part for $55 + 35 installation. I agreed to do it reluctantly as I needed the air conditioning to work with a two week old grandbaby in our house. Once presented with the bill, the price went up to $402. When I questioned the price switch the technician got angry and told me to take it up with the office.What a way to handle a customer and a repeat customer at that!

Sherlock delivers again! They installed our new HVAC system about 2 years ago and today they came by for our next maintenance check-up. System is preforming extremely well still. Our technician, Red, was great! Super professional, showed up on time and walked me through everything he was working on.
