I like the business but think that there should be a limit to the number of bids a person can make on same like items. People on a limited income dont have a chance when someone who has a lot to spend bids on 10 to 20 of the same item. Thats just being selfish. How about letting other people have a chance to buy something? For example there were like 25 icemakers up and the same person bid on almost all of them and won because no Odyssey else had the money to bid as high as they did. How about setting a limit to 5 or something so others can win too. I know people will say its not their problem if you dont have the cash and they do but lets be fair so others can win something they normally wouldnt be able to get. Just my opinion.

Did have good prices on some things. The employees were helpful, but corporate should look into having better communication with customers. Recently purchased items missing pieces or broken. They do not call or remind you of items youve purchased nor do they have anyone you can contact by phone at some locations. Ive recieved much better customer service at the other local auction houses.

Jake, Kyle and the gang are top notch! Always friendly and helpful. If I have to wait a minute, as they are serving another customer, they are always apologetic. I enjoy the items that I purchase on this site.The Visalia crew have to be the best in the company!!

This review is for the Tulare location and the owner owns this location as well. But DO NOT BID AT THIS LOCATION. I drove over 300 miles with the intent of getting a “factory sealed” product for my home use. After my 6 hour+ drive... I opened the package to find that the charging station was defective and found a return slip from a guest with their personal information included (name and address). When I contacted the Tulare location via email since they do not have a phone number, they requested I return it to the location. I am not driving another 400+ miles. I have been a bidrl customer and have never had this kind of service. Will not be returning EVER to this location.

Love the concept of it, bid online then pick up at warehouse. Unfortunately this location is understaffed and slow. Many times the workers dont notice your standing in line waiting they have loud music. Cant bypass this process so..
