I just received an absolutely thorough installation of a replacement roof system on my home, using quality products and professional installers. From start to finish, and even in follow-up, Reitzel built a roof I can definitely count on. I had two items of concern several days after the work was done, and the staff immediately addressed them both, meeting me at home at a convenient time to demonstrate their commitment to keeping their promises. It all came down to a man keeping his word and standing by his work. I unequivocally recommend Reitzel for their roof installations.

I highly recommend Reitzel Home Improvement Services. We have used them twice in the past 5 years - and both times, they were the ONLY company that took the time to figure out our roof and gutter issues and then repair them appropriately. Marc Reitzel has always been highly responsive when Ive called or texted, and he usually comes out to meet with me within the week. His team of workers have been excellent both times, arriving promptly and completing the work exactly as described. Im particularly thankful for Reitzels help with our gutters in the front and back of the house - I cant tell you how many other companies have been out here trying to fix our issues, and they all failed! Reitzel installed gutters on my house. Partly because the house is old and nothing is built to standard, the installation was more difficult than it could have been. Add to that, one can only check to see if a gutter works correctly when it rains, and at the time, we only had sporadic showers. So after several phone calls and return visits, the gutters are channeling water away from the house, just like they are supposed to. I would give them 5 stars for the service, but I subtracted one because it took so many phone calls and return visits. Thanks especially to Nito.

I have been using Reitzel Home improvement for quite some time. One of the few contractors Ive found that is 1) RELIABLE 2) HONEST 3)PROFESSIONAL 4) FAIRLY PRICED. My only complaint is that they dont do electrical, plumbing and everything else I need!!!!!! Intend to use them whenever I have something that falls within their wheelhouse!!!

Responsive and professional. I had a roof inspection and subsequent minor repair completed, and had a ridge vent installed in one area of my roof. Also had window metal trim (brick mold) repaired and 15 windows recaulked. Looks like a top-notch job. Recommended.

The workers arrived and started the job to replace my attic fans. Came at 8:15 and were done by 10;15 They aso repaired some of my shingles blown off from wind. They cleaned up any debris.I am totally satisfied with the job done. I recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.t

Alan and his team of roofers did an excellent work replacing my townhome roof and fixing associates issues, all in one day! They were very courteous, took great care in cleaning up and protecting my property and neighbors property. Reitzel handled my irate neighbor very well, even though he had no cause to complain. The team was excellent, from the first moment they arrived to when they left after dark, and returned the next day to ensure all was taken care of properly. I would highly recommend them for any roofing issues and replacement.

I had a rep from Reitzel come out to provide an estimate for some work. While the rep was here, he took pictures of my house, which was odd given that I was asking for work on the shed. The rep explained that it was in case I wanted to call in for an estimate in the future for additional work on the house. Ok, whatever.After he provided the estimate, high$$, we discussed that he would get back to me with additional options, at a lower price point.A week later.....chirp, chirp.... email sent to remind for the need for additional estimate info to help guide my decisions.Today, I got an email back stating that they would not provide me with the info as I was not planning to do my job within 30 days. Yet, they could not even do the work in the next 30 days. They also stated that they would need to come back out to provide an estimate when I was ready. ---?? Why do you need to come back if you took all those pictures, I mentioned earlier?Poor customer service from my point of view.TP

Colin Cook was the repair technician that showed up to repair a few areas on my roof, was on time and ready to go. Very professional, explained what he was going to do, gave me an update midway thru and cleaned up everywhere and probably some areas that were not his responsibility. He gave me a full detail of what he completed and also some helpful homeowner maintenance tips for keeping a sound roof. Very polite and professional. Would use again. No surprise cost.

This Company replaced a pergola on my deck as well as some rotten deck boards. They power washed and then painted the entire deck and pergola. The gentlemen who did the work showed up on time, were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this Company.

I was extremely satisfied with the work and professionalism I received from the Reitzel Home Improvement company. They were very responsive to my roof problem. Migael the roofer was very informative. Explained what he was doing and why. Kept me informed of his progress and answered all my questions in a very professional way. Upon inspection, his work was exactly what I requested. He cleaned up after himself and left the work site better than he found it. Hopefully I’ll not need their services to soon but if I do I’ll ask for Migael.

Being a military family we have owned and improved quite a few homes in the years. The majority of our interactions with contractors and home improvement businesses have been difficult and at times disappointing for a variety of reasons. But, working with Reitzel was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! We worked with Reitzel for 3 projects so far-exterior shutters, door replacement, roof/vent repair. Each job was done RIGHT, in a quality and timely fashion with professional workmanship. This company took great care of our family home. What I liked best was the follow through to make sure that we were satisfied with the end result-in my experience, very few companies care seriously whether you are happy with the finished state. Reitzel does. I cannot say enough what a pleasure it was to work with Reitzel! I will definitely go to them for any future projects or repairs with full confidence that the job will be done right to high standards.

After it rained for 2 weeks straight, I called Reitzel Home Improvement to give me an estimate on a leaky roof. We scheduled an appointment and they came out within a few days. It happened to be raining that day too, go figure. The contractor started in the attic and then walked the roof to take photos. They came back inside and had photos and an estimate ready for us to discuss. We paid $100 deposit. They said it may be 2 weeks until we could schedule so I was pleasantly surprised when 3 days later they called and asked if they could get started. The quality of work was great and the crew was professional and very considerate. I would highly recommend.

I am a repeat customer of Reitzel and they continue to deliver great service at a great price. They came out the next day to inspect the damages and complete the estimate. They prioritized my repair and had a technician (Miguel) onsite asap to start repairs. Miguel was polite, professional, detailed oriented and did an overall excellent job with the repairs and clean up. The quality of Miguels work is great and I am very pleased with the repairs.

Reitzel has been great to work with. They repaired a leak at my rental property earlier this year without me having to make a trip to the home. When my garage flooded in my new home choosing them was a no brainer. Marc came out quickly on a busy weekend to access the issue and diagnosed the problem and scheduled my appointment within a few days.Miguel completed the repairs and did a phenomenal job. He called before his arrival, showed up on time and was ready to work. He was friendly and very professional. Miguel and Nito did a fabulous job completing all of the repairs that I had contracted for-roof repair, air vent replacement, front door molding repair and painting, etc. They were both so professional, highly qualified, and communicated what they were doing. I was so impressed that they showed me the pictures of my roof after repairs were made. No more leaking now! I will definitely use Reitzel again and will recommend this company to others.

I had my roof repaired 2 years ago by someone else and it was still leaking. Reitzel came out and went above my expectations. I had 2 big leaks on the roof and my whole back wall was leaking since the roof was replaced. They stand behind their work and take pride in what they do. Miguel repaired my chimney and then resealed all of my vents before the became a problem at no additional charge. The guys that replaced the wood under the vinyl, re sealed everything that wasn’t done correctly on the installation. They left no mess! Overall I feel relieved knowing I won’t have another problem for years to come!

After the storm dumped more than 6 inches of rain it was discovered that we had a leak on a skylight in the bathroom that we are remodeling. Upon inspection I could see it had been leaking for awhile as plywood near the skylight was wet and rotted. My contractor referred me to this company and have been very pleased with everything. Miquel the installer is fantastic. To do this job by himself is amazing. Highly recommend Reitzel for any roofing needs.

We had a leak in the roof that was causing a puddle in front of our main door we use. They were on time, quick, and professional in fixing the roof. A couple months later we noticed puddling in front of the door again, we called and they were out within a day. After talking to Shane (who is amazing) we realized this was caused by wind driven rain and it had nothing to do with a leak. Not only did Shane come out on his PTO after facing a family emergency, but he was kind enough to get up on the roof and clear our gutters out. He explained that was the issue and took care of it for us. Shanes customer service was above and beyond.

Reitzel Home Improvement did a complete renovation of our upstairs bathroom about a year ago, and were thrilled! They were on time, courteous, and conscientious of keeping our house clean. We have had an awesome experience working with Marc and his team. Our newish roof had so many repairs from shingles flying off, and it was just a routine I was beginning to expect when winds were heavy. Marc investigated heavily and found the source of the problem. He explained everything in terms I understood, and even showed me videos of the shingles condition from when he was on the roof. We are currently trying to repair/replace our roof after a storm damaged it. Mr Reitzel,was very responsive . He called before the appointment to tell us he was on his way and showed up on time. He climbed on the roof and explained what he thought needed to be done and gave us an estimate. Shortly thereafter, it poured and the roof leaked.. We got in touch with him on a Sunday and he came out and tarped the roof quickly. I was amazed that he came out so quickly and on a Sunday. Excellent service and responsiveness!!

We had Reitzel repair a significant roof leak from poor new construction about five years ago. They were not the least expensive or the most expensive estimate we received, but they were the most thorough and professional. Reitzel Home Improvement completed the work in a professional and timely manner and most importantly they have stood by that work ever since. I have had them come to my home to look at a few other issues recently and they were very honest and didnt try to sell me on work I did not require. I would recommend Reitzel to anyone in need of roof work or other general contractor requirements.

In all the years I have owned a home this has been the most pleasurable experience that cost me a lot of money. The workmanship was superb, the workers friendly and they went the extra mile to ensure that all the nails removed from the roof and rear door were picked up daily. Reitzel Home Improvement was there for us when we had a tree branch damage the corner of the roof, and again when we had water damage to a wall.

The work we received was adequate, though somewhat overpriced. We acknowledge they had trouble contacting us a few times, and are thankful for those efforts. They were overall below average from a customer service standpoint, and unprofessional in a few instances.

As a Property Manager who manages a lot of properties, I use Marc and his crew ALL the time, not only for my clients but personally. He is reliable, dependable, quick to give estimates, and he does a great job (often doing more than was contracted, WITHOUT charging anymore than his quoted price). Yesterday I told him about a disabled senior who had a roof leak, he went right over to her house and fixed the issues for her without charging her, needless to say she is extremely thankfuI and appreciative. I first met Marc Reitzel while I was out for a walk and he and his crew were replacing a roof down the street from me. I stopped to ask him for a card and also asked him some questions related to leaking inside my home, outside drainage and roofing issues. Marc not only took time to answer me but came quickly to do a free estimate. My jobs were done in two phases.They replaced my gutters and fixed a front overhang window. A couple of days later we had a rainstorm and inside my home was leaking again. We had a prediction of more severe storms and I was concerned. I called Marc and he came out, took that huge ladder off his truck and climbed up and checked every possible way it would be leaking. He did some caulking on the brick on the front of my house, which was not even in our contract and it hasnt leaked since. He made a point of getting here to repair before the heaviest rains hit. I will always be thankful to him for that caring attitude and business ethic. I told him then that I would be replacing the roof in the spring and as soon as I could, I called him to set it up. He came out on time, when he said he would. The crew was scheduled within the week. They had to reschedule one day because of snow but the foreman called early to let me know that. They came the very next day and did an excellent job on my new roof. Ive had many contractors since moving to the east coast, but never gave any a contract when they didnt do what they said they would do. Marc and his crew were very timely, respectful and thorough. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for any home improvement project.

These guys will over price you for your roof but their siding and gutter services are pretty good.

Mark and his crew did a good job in re-attaching a section of gutter on the 2nd floor roof. They even patched a section of shingles that were missing at no extra charge. Reasonably priced and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and relatives.

I generally dont trust contractors; however, these guys are true professionals. They came when they said they would, worked 7am to 7:30pm, and did a stellar job. The roof looks fabulous. A roofing job can leave your property in poor shape; however, almost all the nails were removed and all the trash was hauled away.The property was left in great shape. They quickly fixed a a gutter that was accidentally damaged, prior to discussing payment. In fact, the owner did not pressure me for payment and was very professional through the entire project. This is my second time using this company and I would definitely use them again. If youre looking for the best outcome, give Reitzel Home Improvement the job!

They did an excellent job with minor repairs for our roof. Also the price is cheaper than other companies we called for an estimate. They also fixed our issues on time even though the weather is not cooperating.

Called and requested an estimate for roof replacement and siding/trim. Appointment was set for 11 to Noon 15 August. Representative called at 1030 and asked if I would be available now. Told him that I would be there in 15 minutes. When we called to make the appointment we informed them that the house was under contract and that we would be closing within about 2 weeks. When I arrived at the house, the Reitzel truck was pulling out of the driveway. He stopped when I flagged him and stated that the boss did not want to bid the job. Told me to call him after we bought the house. Why waste my time. I am ready to put the roof/siding on once we close. I do not want to have to wait to get estimates afterwards. Do not use this company, very unreliable.

We have lived several places over the years and had Marc Reitzel and his team of pros help with pre-existing roof problems, as well as remove and replace an old roof. Our current home had a chronic leak that everyone in our neighborhood had ALSO experienced in the same place location (same design). He FINALLY fixed the problem and we have not had any leaks since. He even said the roof was not ready to be replaced yet! REITZEL is a small, one-owner company that has integrity, expertise and will repair or replace your roof right the first time. We will never call anyone else! You shouldn’t either! They are worth every dollar! Don’t buy the low bidder....get the BEST ROOFER: REITZEL!

Work done correct it seems but person overseeing was rude. Gave higher than expected estimates on future repairs so wont probably be using them.

Best value and highest quality- had an excellent experience on a complete new roofing system, including GAF HD Architectural shingles, matching GAF Liberty low slope base and cap sheet, and some vinyl siding. Most highly recommend Reitzel Home Improvement.

We had some minor issues with some of our windows being painted shut and some paint chips out in the yard. These guys came right out and took care of it in a matter of minutes. They were extremely polite and very professional.

This companys attitude is very bad! The quality is very low! I felt cheated after I found them! Trust me not to use this company! Otherwise you will regret it!
