Referred to by Philips for warranty repair. They came out to look at my TV; said that they needed a part and then left. No word for a month, so I called. They said that the part was on order. Month after month passed, I kept calling and they said the same thing. Had to call Philips back to get another repair shop in Chesapeake. If you are referred here, ask for someone else.

The old man that works there seems like he is overwhelm with the high demand of his work. I walk in and there are TVs every where covered in dust. If I didnt call him back every other day my TV may have been forgotten. The price on the other hand is good. But even if the price was fair it still adds up to the fact that now my tv wont work again and its only been a month since I took it to him. I think it maybe the same issue. I am reluctant to return just because my tv should not be having this issue its only 3yrs old. WTF
