Do not, i repeat, DO NOT use Moulton tax services. I am unsure if its a coincidence but ever since they partnered with H&R Block, the quality of service and the tax preparers knowledge is next to nil. Our tax preparer incorrectly filed our taxes, saying we OWED $4000 when in fact we were due a very large tax return of $21,000. It took my sister, a novice, to realize a mistake had been made. Because of the tax preparers incompetence, months later, this still hasnt been resolved. We havent received our refund check from the incorrect filing where we were told we owed, which is holding up our ability to refile to get the money we are due. Our tax preparer was also rude once she was made aware an addendum was needed, again due to HER incompetence. I reached out to the owner, John Moulton, by phone and by email, he didnt return either message. You are better off preparing your own taxes versus using their services

My wife & I used this service & for the most part were pleased, but then things started getting done incorrectly & we could not get resolved! They overcharged & my wife contacted several times to get a refund & never heard back & never received a refund. Cant make a complaint to the Board of Certified Accountants because they are a Tax Service & not CPAs. Warning. Use @ your own risk.

Worst experience ever and a waste of money and time, we filled out Puerto Rican taxes last year with an HR Block office that disappeared as soon we did our taxes leaving us in hads of moulton office to finish the job, we even paid an insurance and just this year we realize those taxes were never filled and they just said the will call back and they never do. I’ll never recommend someone do anything in here, such a big headache.

They mailed my check when I asked for direct deposit and they did not get me a maximum refund. Don’t go there. They really don’t know that much about taxes.

They haven’t returned one phone call or email after I have made multiple attempts over the past 12 months ! They have my file and won’t return my calls so I can at least pick it up!
