Going through Jackson Hewitt was no different than doing it myself online, except that JH charges 300 dollars. I had to tell them to add credits to my return that they didnt even ask about, such as buying a new home and having an energy efficient new roof installed. I have received my state return but am unable to even track my federal return because of some mistake theyve made. I have been unable to reach anyone to help me with finding out the status of my refund or why the IRS hasnt received it yet.

I love JH they are professional, quick, and knowledgeable. I thought I couldn’t be more impressed but today Melinda proved me wrong. I was in and out in thirty minutes. She was super friendly and QUICK!!! Did I mention quick. Less than a hour I already have a portion of my refund and the fees are super low!!!

Marilyn is the best, very professional and knowledgeable, I appreciate her patients with me and because of her I’ll become a regular customer for sure.

Coming from someone who dreads getting the taxes Done every year I have to say there is no place else I’ll ever do it. Melinda makes the whole process seamless and painless. She explains thing in a way that anyone could understand and is always so friendly. If you don’t come to her for your tax needs you are definitely missing out. 5 stars all around

The team at this location is amazing! Been going here for years and they all remember me each year. I started with Cheryl many many many years ago at a different location and followed her to this one and when she is not there I work with any of the ladies there and love them to death! Always a great visit each year and they get me my best refund!!!! They know their jobs!!!

This location is awesome. All the preparers are so nice and knowledgeable. Brittany and Melinda have been doing my taxes for the last few years, and I dont have a complaint. I definitely recommend this location.

While in the office we were told Jackson Hewitts services would be roughly $300. once we went back to review our paperwork we noticed they charged us $700 dollars!
