We were very lucky to have found such an amazing team at Bold Realty!!! The housing market was so fast and furious, that we had an agent from another agency that just could not keep up for us and we were loosing out on homes left and right, and we were running out of time. I sent out emails to several different realtors on a Sunday, as my husband who was only in town a few days a week trying to find houses was in town. Tom from Bold realty reached out to us immediately and met with my husband an hour later on a Sunday!! Tom and his team are real go getters, they know their stuff and they listen to you, and have your back the whole way! This company puts their clients first, and bend over backwards for their clients, from start to finish, the do not try and pressure you into buying more expensive homes they stay with in the budget you give them. At the final walk through Zack and Tom did a thorough walk through with us and Jade made sure we had all of our paperwork in order for a smooth closing.
