Lisa was amazing! This was a difficult transaction... My daughter was a first time home buyer, working on a 21 year olds budget, and looking for a home from 800 miles away. Lisa juggled finding properties with my youngest daughter as buyer, my eldest daughter viewing the homes, my wife and I, and my mother... Always with grace, responsive, and enthusiastic, in spite of the small budget.In the end she found a wonderful home, a short sale, on budget, in a nice area, and saw us through to a quick and effortless close.You couldnt ask for more.

There is so much that I can say about Doug Van Liew. He helped our family find our dream home. He helped us in every way possible. Doug showed us that there is hope for people like us, having financial difficulties. He showed us that it is possible to buy a home even when the odds are against us. I went to the class and the doors were locked and the host did not show up. I did not receive any notice that the class would be cancelled...so not much to say. Im disappointed...

Kristina Price was an absolute professional, I highly recommend working with her. We decided to sell our house for sale by owner (FSBO) in the Virginia Beach area. In the 1 month our house was on the market we experienced several potential buying agents, to include 3 offers. However, FSBO self representation opened the opportunity for other realtors to try and exploit our position and were difficult to work with and seemed to be eager to take advantage of us. Kristina Price was totally different. She was polite, professional, and got the deal done in just a couple of days. She was available to answer our questions and help move the deal along quickly, non of which she was obligated to do because she represented the buyers. I am certain it’s not often the seller will write a review for the buyers real estate agent but she really did put the effort in and made it a very smooth transaction.
