Libbeys did a fantastic job. We just bought a home with significant rust staining and they were able to efficiently remove every bit of it. They were transparent about the possibility of only being able to get 75% off depending on the severity of the staining, but they over-delivered and got 100%! We’ve used Libbey’s Power Washing twice now to power wash the exterior of our house. Once in 2019 and again this month (June 2021) and we’ll use them every time we need power washing done. They’re easy to get a hold of and they show up on time. Once they’re here they work quick and do a great job. When they came in 2019 I had a ton of plants on the porch that I didn’t move, they made sure to extra rinse them with plain water so the chlorine didn’t hurt them. That was super thoughtful. Paying was easy and the guys are super friendly. I’m not sure I could ask for anything else, use this company.

I highly recommend Libbey’s! We used them last year to clean out our gutters and power wash the entire house. They were very prompt with scheduling, on time, not over priced and the two guys that came out were very professional and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and we were very impressed with the work they did, so much so that we are having them come back out in a couple weeks to power wash and clean out the gutters again!!

I had the Libbey’s team do a soft washing on two properties I own in Virginia Beach. We had to schedule it almost a month out as they were already booked out that far. It was worth the wait. Scheduling was easy and efficient with e-mail and text confirmations. They sent out reminder notices a couple days prior and then a text the day of when they began and finished their work. Libbey’s sent an electronic invoice after the work was completed along with pictures of their work. All of this was especially helpful since I happened to be out of town that day. Delighted with their work and professionalism. Will definitely use them again.

Had a very good experience. Easy to use. Left message, they contacted me back quickly, I provided my addy and they gave a quote for pressure wash of my home. Sent quote via text and email. Set date for wash, and on day of wash the Libbeys sent me a text advising when the service started. My wife inquired about a wash of the shed and they did so for free. I don’t think it’s something they would normally do but it was a great gesture. They also pressure washed the dirt off my mailbox…I didn’t even ask for that. I’m very pleased and I will be selecting them again

Typically you get what you pay for except with this company....you get WAY more. They came in lower....much lower than the competition and most of them wouldnt touch a roof...which was not a problem for these guys. They did EVERYTHING and more for a lot less and the quality was outstanding. What a great local company!

We had a low pressure roof and whole house wash from Libbys. The results were AMAZING! Our two story brick colonial looks like a new house! The roof was streaked with black algae, the brick grout turning green in spots, gutters and eaves blackening with mildew, vinyl wrap on windows, brick chimney also blackening. The high humidity in this area is a problem for all homes, not just the ones with vinyl siding. The Libbys process restored everything like new, almost like a magic wand! My windows sparkle, my roof looks new, the entire house is refresher! They are kind, friendly and communicate well. Cost is very reasonable and results for this service is guaranteed for THREE YEARS! I found Libbeys Powerwash Company through the Valpak mail package. Set an appointment with Ms. Danisha and was set for a Thursday, she was also able to get us a day earlier which was very convenient for us. Mike came out and cleaned our vinyl sidings and no build up was left under the lip. It took a total of 2 hrs. I recommend everyone in the Virginia Beach and Chesapeake area to use Libbeys. They very professional in the work they do.

Originally 4 star but they made an extra effort to keep my business!Things I liked:-Price was fair being based off square footage.-I didn’t have to be home for the job to get done.-Discounts for doing house and driveway at the same time. As well as military discount.-Customer service was great.Things I disliked:-Dried on residue left on spots of the house.-Was able to still see spots that weren’t entirely cleaned.-Pathway light was left broken. (Luckily it broke at the base and I was able to use a stake to fix. Only cost $6.)***updated*** Libby’s offered to come back and spot clean. Within a few days they were back and were happy to finish the job. They even offered to pay for the light.***100% recommend

I’m about to tell you about the only exterior cleaning company you’re ever going to need.This place is INCREDIBLE.My house and vinyl fence were green, actually green, so I knew I needed some major assistance. I called the number listed online and that’s when I first spoke to Danisha. Her voice was like angels singing. She’s helpful, so pleasant, all around wonderful. We made my appointment for the next available date (did I mention the wait time was so short. This place works FAST.) I got emails and text notifications every step of the way, including Danisha calling me the day of to tell me that Mike was on his way.Now, let me tell you about Mike!! He’s an exterior cleaning superstar. Super punctual, incredibly pleasant, communicated what he was doing and confirmed what was being cleaned before he even started. I don’t know how he did it, but he washed everything so quietly I had to peek out of my windows to see where he was! I had emailed the company for an estimate and the owner got back with me right away. He promptly responded to emails in between the time of scheduling and the service, when I wanted to change or add a few things. On the day of the service, they were on time and did a fantastic job! We had our pool deck, driveway and patios pressure washed. When they came this morning, they didn’t see the patio on the side of the house because it is in an odd spot. I emailed the owner about it and they were back at our home this afternoon to take care of it. We even had some brick pavers that were unable to be pressure washed, so they applied a solution to them to dissolve the black mildew stains and it worked like a charm. Couldn’t be happier with the service! Not to mention it was at a very reasonable rate!
