Been renting a mailbox there for 17 years.Never a problem.Order tons of stuff off internet for my business.They handle all my packages with no problems.Even ordered engines and they took care of that.Ladies have been working there for yearss

This is the MOST incompetent staff and unknowledgeable I have ever been in. All I need was a simple pickup and they did even know how to release the package . Took 20 mins and cause major backlog . Dont come here untill they are retrained prperly

This lady was absolutely the worst. Its 3 ladies in there and not 1 was helpful. They have absolutely friendlinessabout them.She adviced me to go online at least 3 times for what Im thinking about. I wasted gas on this place when I should have read the reviews. #Horrible

I am waiting on a package from dhl that went to mail depot. When I called them they said call dhl and dhl said a status could not be provided

The team here is amazing! I’ve been coming here for years but today takes the cake. My daughter wanted to mail a box of food to a homeless person. I went in earlier today and they agreed to help me. Dorothy was perfect. They were expecting us, she made the label, measured the box, had my daughter (6 years old) sign the receipt and assured to her it would go to someone who needed the food. The whole team went out of their to help grow her giving spirit. Thank you all!!

I give Dorthy and her shift a high 5 because they are pleasant, professional, courteous. When I walk in they make me feel welcomed. I have been coming here for 10 years or so. Thanks Dorothy being active duty this service is amazing!Now, on the other hand I went in one day very perky and excited to see Dorothy and her crew and guess what she had just left...The lady that waited on me was very rude, she took the smile right off my face. I felt very uncomfortable.I asked for Dorothy and she said she just left...I said Dorothy is always friendly. I noticed a few customers can in after me....she pleasantly called out a customer by name with a warm greeting.I felt as through she became aware that I was not pleased with her because at the end she tried to be friendly....to late. Sometime in customer service a warm friendly greeting goes a long way.If Dorothy and the other 2 ladies that work with her arent there.....I will wait until they come back.,

I recently called to check if your location still offers DHL as a shipping service per DHL.com. The person answering said no.Ok, which is it, do you or dont you offer DHL to ship domestic/internationally?According to DHL.com, your site is an authorized DHL shipper is what I mean. So, according to you here and now, you are not.

Real genuine Personal service. Love that I can come in half prepared and get boxes, envelopes, tape, stamps or even bubble wrap and get my packages sent without standing in line at the post office for 40 minutes.

I have been using this mail Depot location for years now, almost on a weekly basis, so I would consider myself a regular customer who contributes to their business success. I have noticed over the last 6 to 12 months that as I go in, the attitude that Im greeted with at the desk is less than welcoming. Today I just dropped an Amazon return, in my own bag, with the shipping label in the bag, and when the desk clerk finally came out from the back to help me after I stood there waiting for a while she had a mega attitude all over her face, and said okay what do you want me to do with this? I responded, I need to please return this, the label is in the bag. She then proceeded to verbally scoff and I responded with is there something Im doing wrong? Her response was, well, you could put it together for us.--with mega attitude in her voice. Now, I am not some super sensitive person or someone who writes nasty reviews all over Google, in fact I typically only rate positive experiences, but I felt compelled to put this out there. You are a package store. Your job is to label, package and ship items for your customers. Maybe she needs to read her job description again, but I found this interaction so appalling that I will be taking my Amazon business to the Amazon locker at the end of my street and no longer driving further to this store to keep giving them business as I had been. Absolutely disappointing. I wasnt looking for some amazing interaction at a mail store, but this was so disgustingly uncomfortable and rude that it deserves to be blasted out so others can avoid that experience. Thanks for starting my Friday off so kindly middle-age lady with white blonde hair and glasses at the mail Depot on VB Blvd at little neck next to PetSmart.And p.s. I dont ever seal the return package bc they usually cut the labels and put half in and the other half they scan....or maybe Im supposed to reach over and grab her scanner and do that too 🙄-sincerely,A former customer.

Jus let left this Mail Depot at 10:24 AM on 11/25/2019 and the lady that maybe in her mid 30s and has dark straight hair with a medium build was very short and temperamental with me. Maybe it’s because it’s a Monday but it was very bad customer service.

Absolutely Terrible. So incredibly Rude! How do they stay in business? Never go here. Dont let this lady ruin your day!
