VIP Style Limousine went beyond my expectations. Chris was a joy to work with and returned my calls promptly. After planning my husband’s birthday celebration, I decided to give this company a try… and I am glad I did. For the event our colors were white and pink. Chris had white and pink balloons on the party bus. It was a thrill to see that Chris also wore a white suit with pink shirt to match our party. If you’re looking for an experience of a lifetime please hire this company. My guests are still raving about the party bus and they want to use his service again, soon.

We rented the Escalade for my sons wedding and it was perfect. Chris was very professional, on time at every point in the day and the vehicle was just beautiful. My son and his new wife were just thrilled with having it part of their day as it made it even more special. I would definitely use VIP Style Limousines again!!

VIP Style Limousines really exceeded my expectations for my daughter 18th birthday celebration. Chris was so kind and went out his way to answer all my thousand questions being my first time renting a limo. Oh my goodness I had no idea the red carpet was part of my booking until the beautiful limo pulled up. My daughter is still bragging about her wonderful night. Penny their driver was so kind and patient. A group of teenagers can be a hand full but you could definitely tell she is an expert at her job. If you are on the fence book VIP Style Limo you will not be disappointed. Last but not least their Limo is simply beautiful. My daughter said they felt like celebrities stepping out the limo with everyone watching.

A friend of mine actually got a limo with this place...For one the limo driver was 15 min LATE! When he got there he didnt even get out to open the door.The inside of the limo is definitely not what I cal v.i.p its basic.My friend paid way too much for such a horrible ride. Wouldnt do that again and Im thankful I didnt pay!!!!!

I booked and paid for transportation for my rehearsal dinner and wedding for Oct 1st & 2nd, 2015. In the next 24 hours after booking, I had to cancel due to unexpected costs. There was never any signed paperwork, contract, cancellation policy, timeline, etc. Red Flag! Chris was quick to send me a receipt via email for the charge. After speaking with Chris and apologizing for a refund, he was very rude and said he would have to charge me fees that he incurred from his credit card company. I asked Chris to send me an email with the refund confirmation and he said he would. The next day, I never received a follow up, so I called to ask the status on the refund. He said verbatim, I dont know, why dont you call the bank and ask them. Right then I knew I was dealing with someone who did not care about customer service and would illegally keep my money. Granted- he couldve turned this whole thing around and just been polite, understanding and ask that we choose his services in the future when funds are available. As a local business owner- I was shocked at his attitude and the disrespect towards the situation. Good news- I contacted my bank and disputed the charge and I have been fully refunded from their bank. Granted, I never heard back from Chris again. He said he would follow up on both requests. Zero response. IN the mean time, my family got wind of the situation and provided costs to reserve with another Limosine company- GoldStar in Norfolk. They have provided contracts and timeline, extremely organized. Chris- never underestimate a refund client, you just cost your company a bad reputation and lost out on money that you couldve reeled back in when funds became available for me as your customer. I will let everyone know to never book with your company.
