The two gentlemen have not missed a visit all summer long. They are kind and responsive to additional services. The yard looks better that prior years.

I love my crew! These guys make lawn care look easy and everything is always so clean and crisp afterwards! I have dogs and never have to worry about them leaving the gate open after they’re done mowing and edging. Great price, always on time, always willing to work with you and go the extra mile, and they aren’t one of those companies that charge an extra dollar for every little thing. Recommend to all if you’re too busy to manage your own lawn, or whatever your situation. Great company and great service!

This company is HORRIBLE!!! The crew never shows up I’ve had to change crews 3 different times and only been with them for 1 MONTH! There super unprofessional & rude! They keep pushing my mowing date back and my grass is getting really long I kept calling and they didn’t care to help me! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! & for anyone that’s interested in this company I suggest look else where. They charged me $54 to trim 1 bush and didn’t even make a difference! I asked to speak to a Manager and I can’t even get in touch with them. If I can give this company ZERO stars I would!

They had me scheduled for services for an entire month and no one has showed up. I even changed my services from weekly to biweekly then monthly and still no crew. Do not use them!!!!!

Please don’t fall for this like we did.They had to reschedule our initial mowing due to weather, which is totally fine. So they changed it from Monday to Wednesday. Wouldn’t usually be a big deal, but we had to have the yard looking nice for listing pictures on Wednesday. When they weren’t responsive about confirming a time for mowing, I called to cancel.They have a no cancellation within 48hr policy. This apparently still applies when they shift your scheduled time 48hrs, making it impossible to cancel.It’s just a scam. Stay away.

Lawnstarter services has been a cost effective method to find lawn care for my house. Crew has done a good job, has been timely with no issues. I recommend Lawnstarter if you need a reliable method to obtain residential lawn care at a reasonable price.

Never experienced anything like it in my life. We signed up, the scheduled us right away, then cancelled, moved the date, cancelled, skipped, assigned a new crew, scheduled, cancelled, etc. they cancelled or moved the date 9 times!! One month later lawn still wasn’t mowed even once. Had to move on and find a more dependable local company. New company had our lawn mowed in 24 hours!!!

They have literally never shown up when they were supposed to. I’ll get a text that they’re on their way so I’ll ensure the kids and the dogs stay inside and then they don’t show up and without even messaging me to let me know, they will reschedule to a different day.

Lawnstarters has provided my yard maintenance for the past two years. I have been very happy with their work and professionalism. On at least two occasions, they notified me that they did not think my grass needed to be cut. My service was rescheduled for the following week.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I highly recommend not using this. It seems like a such a quick, easy thing, but its the exact opposite. Crews will consistently not show up, but only occasionally cancel on you, which prevents a new crew from even being able to be assigned to your yard. Lawnstarter support is non existent and the crews will not respond to your messages either. They lock you into a 3 cut contract, but you cannot consistently get your grass cut or count on the service whatsoever and are left with uncertainty about when your grass will be cut and if you should find somebody else, because eventually youll still have to pay for all three cuts one way or another! Then they want to charge a long grass fee, but it is THEIR FAULT that your grass hasnt been cut in 3-4 weeks, when you signed up for every two weeks. This service is absolutely horrendous and I highly recommend just taking the time to find a local, reliable lawn care service.

Scheduled my lawn to be cut for either Thursday or Friday, eventually got a message from the crew member saying they would be here on that following Monday to cut the lawn. It rained that Thursday. Monday comes around I messaged the guy and he doesnt reply, so I placed a call to inquire about what timeframe he would be showing up and customer service confirmed with me that he would infact be showing up that day, that they would put in the notes to contact me and that they worked sunrise to sunset to give them time to show up. 9mins before sunset I get an email saying they were rescheduling for the next day due to unexpected problem. So today I call and talk to two different people who both state they would put in the notes for him to reach out to me. 5 oclock rolls around there still hasnt been anyone thats reached out, talked to customer service two more times then received another email saying they were rescheduling to wed-thur due to an unexpected problem. So incase you were wondering they have a tall grass fee in which they charge 100%. Since they shouldve arrived Thursday or Friday of last week and it rained, by the time they would actually show up if ever they would be charging me that fee since THEY decided to not show up. If there were any kind of communication from their end it would be a different thing but weve had to reach out every time and only after did I get the yeah were not coming email right before dark. Do not use this company.

Theyve been great. Were ready to take care of our yard ourselves now but while we needed the help these guys were absolutely great and it was really nice to not have to worry about the yard. Edward normally did our yard and always did a great job. If we ever need to, well definitely hire this company again.

In need of care as we are busy planning our wedding. I signed up on a Friday August 27th and saw that Monday Aug 30th was available for someone to come out to cut our grass. Once i signed up, i received a message saying they will come out Wednesday Sept 1st as i’m in shock because i was give. the option to sign up for Monday. I downloaded the app and saw my window was Wednesday-Thursday so i gave it another day. I called on Thursday afternoon because they havent come and the representative reached out to them and assured me they will come by sundown. It is Friday and I called again and another representative told me my window is now Sept 5th-6th. Not only did Lawn Starter wasted by time but now I will have to pay extra for another company to cut my grass. Unprofessional. Unresponsive. Doesn’t show up. Worst customer service ever. Do NOT recommend this company.

Last year I had no issues…this year I had a different crew and they kept putting me off…I finally canceled service today because they haven’t done my yard in over a month! Only reason they didn’t get one star is that they did a decent job when they showed up.

Too many disappointments to list but the last job where some of my requested services weren’t met and no response from the contractor after I left a voicemail was the last straw. Find another reliable service because these people aren’t.

There is no way I would recommend this company to anyone. We are moving out of our rental and wanted to have the lawn done prior to the realtor coming to take photos of the property and showings. We scheduled for a Monday with photos on Wednesday. We got a message Monday morning saying they had moved the mow to Wednesday due to weather, which is totally understandable. However, they did not bother to get our input on when the mow was rescheduled for. I reached out to the crew assigned to us and let them know we had to have the lawn done by 1:30pm due to the photos being scheduled for that afternoon. Gary Cooepr was our guy and he replied saying it would be no problem at all to be done by then. Wednesday morning, around 10am, we hadnt heard anything and my husband called Lawn Starter to get an ETA. They were essentially incompetent. They had no idea when or who was coming to our house and told him to just message them through the app (which I had already done with no reply from Gary, hence the call). At 12pm, still no word so my husband had to rush to mow the lawn himself. He was able to get it done with minutes to spare before the realtor arrived. No suprise, the lawn crew NEVER EVEN SHOWED. No reply to our messages. Nothing.So, TLDR: if you want a lawn care company who will take your credit card info but not actually show up to mow your lawn, this is the place for you!

I was scheduled for a lawn service for Wednesday, :the crew as they call it never showed up. I called Wednesday night trying to cancel because I found a reliable company. The representatives which are not from the US, you get a different one everytime..this place sounds like one of those sweat shop call center places In different countries! The representatives I got barely spoke English but told me I cannot cancel because my window time is Tues thru Wed and if at the end of the day wed if the crew doesnt show up I can cancel. Thursday came and went and of course no crew I called to cancel my account and services. The next call center person I got again barely spoke English and again told me I cannot cancel my services because my window is from wed thru Thursday! I explained to him thats not true. My original appointment was for wed and was told my window was from Tuesday thru Wed and if they still didnt show I can cancel. They would not let me cancel. I turned to the app and tried to cancel.there and it told me I need to receive 3 services to be cancelled. I called customer service again and was transferred to what sounded like Russia! Spoke with a Russian women and she told me the exact same thing, that my window has not passed and I cant cancel. According to this new customer service rep, my window is from Wed thru Thurs!!!! These people keep moving the window up every day! Finally I gave up after asking to speak to a manager a lead anyone, so I called my bank and cancelled my card. This place sounds like a scam beware!

I have tried to contact this place about when they were suppose to come service my lawn. Never showed up. Never got a response. Do not recommend. Find someone who will communicate better and SHOW UP ON TIME.

I have signed up for service almost three weeks ago, and still, have not received the first lawn service. Ive had two crews assigned to me. The first one just never showed up, no notifications, heard absolutely nothing from the company. I called the C.S. number, waited for over 30 minutes, selected the option to get a call back, and never heard anything. The following day I called in acting as a new customer and was connected within 5 minutes. I explained my situation, the sales representative was kind enough to get someone from C.S. dept. On the phone with us both. The agent apologized, assigned me a new crew, told me the new crew would be out between Wednesday and Friday and Id receive an email within 24 hours. They also agreed to waived the high grass fee foe the inconvenience. I got the confirmation email, and thats about it. I have received several messages from the crew explaining they could not make it due to personal reasons, but this is two weeks of rescheduling. I am on hold for customer service now while Im typing this message actually, and its currently been a 25 minute hold. Im a local business owner in the area, and so far from my experience, I will be advising my clients to look for lawn services elsewhere.

THOUGHT we got a sweet deal for $19 first mow. Lawn crew showed up 4 days later than they were supposed to, grass had doubled in height. Charged us $42 for tall grass. They also charged us $60 for cleanup and never discussed anything with us, we dont even know what they cleaned up. Our laundry room is out back, they didnt close the door when they blew the grass, blew grass all over the inside of the laundry room, clothes, machine, everything. Even with a $21 credit when we complained, it cost us $80 all told for our first mow, and this is a small lawn in Chics beach. For $19 first mow! we sure paid a lot to have to clean up after them. Communication over pricing was awful. Cannot reach customer service via the phone no matter what. So unprofessional, what an unbelievable mess.

Do not use this company! How do you immediately cancel this service? We cant reach anyone. We tried to cancel online after property damage left before, our metal fence is broken. Also no one is showing up for the 2nd job. Online it says we HAVE TO get two more cuts before they can stop. We want it canceled now. Big mistake hiring these people. They were great at first. But continually changed my crew.Finally got a crew,, but he keeps rescheduling me, I have an open house on Sunday and the grass looks terrible. I booked the service, was given a date and it rained on that day so it was rescheduled. Since that date it has been a week, it has been assigned to multiple different people and everytime it pushes back the date to mow by a few days. I have not been able to get I. Contact with anyone. One of the people assigned to the job, I attempted to message through the app and he was beyond rude. 100% do not recommend!!

My first online review of any company. No one ever showed up to mow our yard. The service date kept changing without my knowledge, unprofessional. They require a minimum of 3 cuts but I can’t even get the first one done. Yard is now completely overgrown. Buyer beware.

So the crew (Edward koefmann) was supposed to be here on Wednesday, April 28th. He messaged that there was trouble with the trailer and he would be out on Saturday. Never showed. Today (Sunday) we got a message that the work couldnt be completed because of derby in the yard. There is NO debry in our yard. We also left 2 messages on Saturday to find out when they are coming. We NEVER received a response. I called at 11:30 Sunday and left a message. After hours of not hearing back I called again. Ive been on hold for more than 4 hours. This is NOT cool!!!! We loved you all last year, but this is ridiculous.

I have had and am currently having thee worst experience with this company. From them self scheduling workers to my place(I was only looking for a quote), those workers doing a poor job, and lastly, trying to withdraw funds from my account without authorization. I didnt request service from anyone yet my card was used for an unauthorized service. Will be taking them to court.

Once they’ve got your $, they are extremely hard to get ahold of to report when a crew they send out is unprofessional, shady, tries to increase the cost, fails to complete the mowing job, and causes serious property damage. I spent most the day on hold trying to get ahold of someone about all of this. If something can go wrong with lawn mowing, it will. When you are signing up it asks if you want the clippings bagged, you answer yes but they don’t put it on your order and you learn afterward that is an extra $50 per mow.

The first time I started using the service I had a few hiccups in terms of the people that were assigned to care for my lawn, but that issue was quickly resolved. These guys will hook you up with local lawn mowing dudes looking to get started, and I have to say, for the price, they do a pretty damn good job. Especially for William ( I think his brand is Apex Mowing). Either way, two consistent months of really good work at a great price. Just remember that to communicate your issues with support -- They actually listen!!

Found this as a top result on Google. Once they got my credit card information, they stopped taking my calls or calling me back. We are two days past the quoted window for the job, and no one has shown up or contacted me. I cant cancel the service through the app and dont even want them to do the service anymore. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I just canceled my service with Lawnstarter. Three different crews assigned to my lawn in 2 months and they cancelled 3 different times. My lawn isnt huge or complicated but people just simply wouldnt show up when they said. I called two days in a row and was told both times they didnt know when anyone would be coming and that no one was scheduled to come. Thats really bad customer service. Im very very disappointed and would have remained a customer for a long time if this had been handled better.

Horrible!! Do not use!! Crew did not show up for first service. Could not get through to customer service so I cancelled. Over a week goes by after canceling and I come home to a stranger in my back yard.

Service was going fine at first, but kept getting crew swapped or rescheduled, to the point my lawn would be mowed 2 weeks after it was scheduled. This past time, the crew showed up and wanted to charge $130 MORE than my normal fee because the grass was long. I refused, he mowed half the front lawn and left it. Still charged me nearly the full fee, which I am still fighting with the company to get refunded. Save yourself the headache. Lawn Starter may be cheap, but its not worth the hassle.

The company and the scheduling system is very professional when it comes to communication via email and app. Steve’s crew did good on most days that’s the only reason why I would give this company any stars. The last time they came out, they did not mow the back of my house due to standing water (which I understand) and they rescheduled my revisits a few times for some reasons not specified. I have called a few times to figure out what’s going on and ended up getting put on hold “to figure it out on their end” and getting hung up on without a call back from them. I would recommend going to another company that’s local to get better customer service.Update: My original review was a 1 Star, but I have just received an email for an update and finally resolved my issue. That’s all I needed.

I signed up for biweekly mowing and they did a great job for a little while. But this last cycle they decided not to mow saying they didn’t think it was necessary. Which may have been true for the front but not the back which grows faster. Now it’s entering week 3 since they last mowed and they scheduled themselves to come out not till next week. My yard looks ridiculous and overgrown. I don’t think that it should be up to the crew to decide if mowing is needed. I’m paying for a service and expect to receive that service.

First guy they sent was doing good, then all of a sudden he did not show. I messaged him and he said he was on his way. He never showed, grass was so long had to go out and do it myself, even thou I have arthritis. They assigned another crew who promptly said they had to reschedule due to unforseen circumstances so grass is getting long again. UPDATE: Now Sunday and still no grass cutting. Called Lawn Starter the customer rep said she talked to them and they plan to be out today. So guess it was a big lie. Never use this company they lie to you. Cancelled my service.

We had Mike and he was great. They switched us to Vaughn and he kept rescheduling us for over 1.5 weeks. He kept saying it was for inclement weather but the past 2 times, it hasnt been raining. He was supposed to come today (Wednesday) and then cancelled until Friday. Everytime he cancelled, he would push it 2-3 days out. I called LawnStarter customer service and although very professional on phone they always said they couldnt get anyone out earlier than he had rescheduled. To me, thats unacceptable. If my lawn isnt mowed within 2-3 days of its assigned date, I should automatically get assigned a new team that can get the job done. Do not recommend.

I was really hopeful that they would be great, since all the reviews were good;however, the first time they cut the yard it did not look professional. They did no edging around patio and yard was uneven in spots. They missed patches of grass along the fence, just poor quality. The second time around they cut the front and did not touch the backyard but billed me the full amount. Have reached out to the crew with no response. I do not recommend this company.

I’ve used LawnStarter on two different properties, and both times resulted in property damage with no compensation and no refund. The first time I was charged over $200 instead of the $39 that I was supposed to be charged, and I received no information ahead of time that I would be charged that amount. The crews they use are no insured and nothing could be fixed without taking legal action. This time the crew showed up a day before they were supposed to without any notification, they destroyed large areas of my new sod with a riding mower on its lowest setting (and yes, my property profile stated that the sod was only a month old) and then they attempted to do the mow the lawn with edgers which destroyed the sod further. They then left the job 1/4th completed and what they completed was all damaged. I filed a claim twice and have heard nothing, I asked for a refund and they refuse to give me one. They won’t give me the contact information to talk to anyone above the customer service rep and their immediate supervisor. So I essentially paid someone to destroy my lawn. They aren’t accredited by the BBB and have an F rating. I gave them a second chance and they burned me again. This time I’m getting a lawyer.

Unity my service provider from Lawn Starter called to let me know of an incident on my property breaking the glass is my front storm door. By the time I called he had called my real estate agent, his insurance company and had everything taken care of that the storm door glass would be taken care of by his insurance company. It made me as the property owner feel relieved to have someone responsible looking after my property since Im so far away.

Great job cutting the lawn. Way better than the last lawn service I used, better price for the service as well. I am very pleased and will continue to utilize this company for my lawn care needs!

Antonios came on time, even opened the gate, since I did not know they had arrived. Would have liked a call first. I noticed that some of the edges of the lawn were not cut close and I thought the weed eater would get that but it was missed, also missed some other areas. Well, maybe they will get it the next time, otherwise it beats cutting it myself.

First cut went decent. They missed major patches and just gave us a credit on the mow. Then we were scheduled for a cut and they didn’t show. Said they will be out in two days on Thursday. Didn’t show yet again. No information and no notice. Just...didn’t show up. So we decided to cancel and let our neighborhood know to stay away from Lawn Starter. Unprofessional, and terrible customer service. I’d go somewhere else if you’re looking for lawn service.Edit: July 6th. I wish I could give them negative stars. After I cut my grass on the 4th, we cancelled the service and even called and told them to cancel. It showed up in the app as cancelled. Guess what? They show up today and cut grass that I cut 2 days ago and charged us for it. Even after everything was cancelled. So. We can’t even stop them from charging us. If they don’t rectify it, we’ll have to get our family lawyer involved.

My husband and I scheduled for someone to come mow the front and back of our house. We were rescheduled 3 times due to “weather” when it wasn’t even raining. I couldn’t get ahold of the crew, they would not get back in touch with me. So I called customer service on multiple occasions trying to figure out what was happening (now my grass has grown to the point I had to go over it with the push mower because it was getting way too long) we were told different things by all the customer service people and were rescheduled 3 more times. I finally told them I was done and had to come home after a long day of work and do the whole thing myself. This company is unprofessional, I would not recommend them to my enemy. This was the worst customer experience I have EVER had.

Will do the consultation, only IF they get a contract for the backyard first. Why would I sign a contract if they can’t guarantee they can grow the front lawn!? So they said they couldn’t help me. Will never recommend to friends or family. Only call them if you want the most basics of lawn care and NOTHING else.

I tried calling a couple services last spring for lawn maintenance. Not much of a response. This service provides landscapers customers and a dependable means to communicate. I got a great landscaper Mario! Lawn, bushes and tree trim all look great. He has been dependable.

Lawn always looks nice. If you’re picky about how you want your grass cut, all you have to do is be specific. Workers pick up after themselves and even pick up any trash I may have in the yard. You can easily pause or skip scheduled mowing or even adjust mowing frequency.

I searched for a company to maintain my elderly mothers lawn because she can no longer do it herself. Shes is Virgina while Im in Colorado. I started with grass cutting. Other services are available too. Im very happy with this company. No issues. Reliable.

I decided to change from my previous landscaper to LawnStarter. This was a very good choice for myself. I love the fact I can communicate with my landscaper via the app. Their response is very quick and timely. The customer service has been great. LawnStarter does a great job on my lawn. The prices are affordable and they are reliable. I have even recommended them to my best friend. I highly recommend!

Do not reply to messages via their app... customer service is non existent... if you schedule them for a Sunday and it rains the following Monday theyll delay their visit a week... then no show the next weekend

Lawn Starter found me a crew that did a great job on my yard. I wasnt happy with my first crew and their customer service reps worked hard to find me a mew crew quickly. The prices are very reasonable.

I have been with lawn starter for approx. 1 month. first mow went ok, 2nd mow was ok but had to come back to finish. I finally was told Tom was my crew person, then I was passed on to Edward. then there was a scheduling problem not from me, and it seemed no one at lawn starter was aware of. my lawn has not been mowed since before Easter and no crew has been out. Yesterday, Tom came out, took pictures and said grass was too high & approval was required for them to continue, with additional price of nearly $150.00 for overgrowth and other needed services that THEY suggest. it is not my fault no One came out for weeks and now the grass has grown, so they want me to basically pay a catchup price for their lack of communication and negligence due to the teams not knowning no one was servicing my property. I am disappointed, frustrated and feel this issue should be rectified and not at my cost.

Service started ruff then once we got on the same page on what I desired they performed excellent,then the vendor out of the blue quit and the next server never showed up, continued rescheduling leaving the lawn unsightly for weeks.

Just recently started with Lawnstarter Lawn Care (Milton is our lawn guy) and he’s done an awesome job. He has arrived on the scheduled day and is fast and efficient and gets the job done right...mowing, edging and leaving our lawn looking great! The best part is the price....can’t be beat! Plus its easy to sign up, schedule service and pay. Would definitely recommend.

Would not give any stars if possible. Terrible service. Their crew moved brick markers and ran those flowers over. Moved a rather large log that protected some more flowers and mowed over those as well. Customer service refused to replace the flowers and only refunded the cost of the cut. Poor service all around. Would not recommend or use again.

So far it has been hit and miss. I don’t like that there is a 2 day window of the crew coming out because I have to leave my gate unlocked for an unknown amount of time. Are they coming today or not? Otherwise it is nice that the lawn gets taken care of without me having to worry about it. The first crew though, didn’t edge and missed spots all over and then communication was horrible but then a LawnStarter assigned a new crew. He was better but kept putting off work. I was just assigned a new crew bc he was too slammed. This new crew just popped by and knocked it out on the regularly scheduled day. I don’t know where or how they find these people but for the price, it’s rather worth it.

Its was a gorgeous day and I asked my neighbors about the weather and it did not rain for weeks.. I got the some texts that work was completed and it wasnt. i saw that it was just not done.. Im upset that for weeks i was paying for nothing..Im sorry..to write this but it happened. 2 stars is for those b4 that did an awesome job..

I started using this service last year. The quality of work was good and usually on schedule. This year however is different. My lawn has been rescheduled with different crews several times and IF I get serviced, the quality has been barely acceptable. As of Sunday June 17, my lawn has not been cut in more than two weeks and they just postponed my cut for another week. This is the second time my grass has grown to knee high between cuts. This is not acceptable!

They did a fantastic job with our yardit looks great and great price too.

I have been dissatisfied with my prior lawn service. They were not thorough and would cut the grass when it was raining so it was a terrible job and left marks. When I tried to communicate, there was no communication whatsoever. I tried LawnStarter and I cannot be more happy with the service Im getting. The company cares whether Im satisfied or not and contacts me via email to ask if I am satisfied. I had both mowing service and weed pulling-lawn cleanup, and both men did outstanding jobs. The price is reasonable too.

LawnStarter is the neatest concept of a business. I came home to a beautifully manicured lawn after Reyna with LawnStarter was there on Wednesday. The grass was cut, the stones and pavers were edged, all the clippings were cleaned up and other than that you would never have known anyone had come. All the patio, lawn furniture and planters were put back in place as well. I am more than pleased with him and this service.

I had been looking for lawn service for quite some time. Lots of responses from people interested but no one showed or they wouldnt commit. I was referred to LawnStarter by someone and it is the best and easiest service to use. Alvin and his crew have been great to work with and my lawn looks awesome.

Lawn starter is a great affordable company! I signed up about a month ago and was matched with Sherman! He is very detailed oriented and friendly! He will tell you what hes doing and what needs to be done! If you are looking for great lawn care, lawn starter is the service for you!

The first cutting was great. the second was rescheduled multiple times but eventually was cut on 8/2 while it was overgrown. The third cutting has yet to happen. It has been rescheduled again multiple times for three weeks, although one was for weather. On August 18 the crew showed up to the house and about fifteen minutes later I received an email that said the current crew could no longer service my property. I have them on video sitting in front of my house for fifteen minutes and then driving away. I contacted the company and they said Id get a new crew but the assigned the same crew. Still waiting for it to be done. I was told it would be done today or tomorrow and wouldnt be charged an overgrown fee. We shall see what happens. Not dependable service by any means.

Lawnstarter is the best thing since sliced bread...If your just starting out ..trying to grow your business...or business as usual...before you go to a lead service sign up for lawnstarter you cant go wrong

LawnStarter is one of the most terrible lawn care businesses out there. I had a service scheduled last week before Memorial Day weekend and the crew marked it as complete. The property is a vacation rental so it’s imperative that the lawn looks good for guests coming from out of town. I went over Friday to check it before my check ins arrived and the grass was NOT done!! But they marked it as complete. So, I take pictures and submit. I tried calling customer service but all you ever get is a recording to leave your name and issue and they will email back. Which is a whole other problem!! So the mowing was rescheduled for this week. The crew marked it as complete yesterday and when I went over today, the grass was Still not done!!! I am actually quite angry that for two weeks these people are saying they cut my grass and didn’t. Luckily the guest that stayed last weekend said he understood and didn’t write a bad review of the property. But I can’t have another group check in with the grass up to their knees. So my husband is just going to cut it himself. Sad moral of the story is, you hire a company to handle something you honestly don’t have time for, and they don’t have the integrity to ensure the job gets done. Until I found LawnStarter, my lawn service was inconsistent with my selected provider. I am currently in my second service with LawnStarter and the service has been amazing. My representative, Ashley, has kept me in the loop and did an amazing job with the team on landscaping today. I am very pleased with the work and look forward to future business.

Shawn and his team are both respectful and responsible. This is our family home which our I trusted to me and my siblings after her passing. I believe Mom would be pleased with the care Shawn and his team provide. My older sister and brother reside on location. They are pleased with LawnStarter.

I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. This company has gone downhill over the last few years. I have been told for weeks now that a crew is coming and nobody ever shows up or gets in contact with me. I email support and they say they are sorry and assure me someone is coming but they never do. Stay away from this company.

Lawn starter has made my lawn service very simple. With fair prices you get easy reminders, dependable work, photos and a chance to review the work before being charged. They have an app which allows for everything to be managed on my phone.

No complaints at all. They work fast and the job is well done. Price is reasonable. Would recommend.
