The guys at Cox Communications was very nice. Had a item to pick up and we had to wait in line for over 40 minutes. Besides the long wait Ill definitely be coming back.

Well service started with them trying to figure out why they couldnt get me cable, the box never worked... that was fine I mostly watch Netflix. But then I had to go and I had PC orders to move I turn everything in. I made my last payments and I thought I was good. A month later a collection agency calls me saying that I owe Cox money. Turns out my payment was returned to navy federal(I had money in the account) for no reason. I wish yall better luck.

Cox is literally the worst internet ever. Half as good as fios, but cost more. If it wasn’t the only one that serviced here I wouldn’t have it. I’m seriously contemplating moving just so I don’t have to deal with the slow upload speeds and constant outages.

If your tired of gowifi this is the best option. Way more bang for your buck.

Stood up by COX not once but twice, COX said we had an appointment times, when we called after the technician missed the appointment times COX said it was an all day window 8 am to 8 PM, which was not the case. When the technician did arrive on the third appointment time, I was told, I was lucky that he showed up at all, and he damaged my property, when I asked if he would fix the damage he created, his reply was to tell me, first to make another appointment, and that it wasnt damaged because it could be easily repaired. My response was then fix it, while your here, and he said no the line isnt damaged. He cut the line to my office. I asked if its not damaged then why dont they sell them in the store like that, and would you buy one like that, and his response was that I can fix it.

Good customer service, fast, and they even walk you to the door when finish providing the service. They should have more seating area for customers.

Absolutely the worst service and especially internet. If they advertise up to 50mbps what they really mean is averaging 12mbps Ive had this awful service for 2.5 years and cant switch to anything in southern VA beach because nothing else is offered in my area. If there is any other provider.. ANY.. Choose them. I chat with Cox once a month about terrible internet and service and nothing ever gets done. Just the worst, run.

Horrible customer service. Worst company EVER. Poor communications with customer...they came to my house twice to install internet and refysed to install service even though i git an authorization letter from my rental office giving Cox permission to install the internet...which is what their so-called tech person said he needed the first time to install service. They do not call to follow up...ive spent two hours just to speak with a manager who will help. If you can find another provider i STRONGLY suggest looking for a more organized and CUSTOMER FOCUSED company. Save yourself all the STRESS and DRAMA of dealing with COX Communications.

Staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. Parking is little problematic but manageable.

I really wish there was an option for negative stars. This company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. I am surprised they are still in business. If it wasnt for where I live I would gladly chose anyone else over this mess of a company. Where to begin, well the Internet usually goes down at least once a week. The cable also goes down frequently and they think for a second its OK to charge what they do being the horrible company they are. If you have any choice at all other than cox you should go with them because cox will only give you migraines and over priced services.

We still have yet to get Verizon in my area and cox has its monopoly. The customer service is horrible. They said Tuesday that my modem ate my Internet, said they would be out here Wednesday from 8 to 10 am. So at 1230 when I heard nothing I called them. They said a tech would call in 20 mins. So @ 2pm I called them back. They said they went to the wrong house and asked for a description of my house. They never came Wednesday. I called at 8 am on Thursday morning and they couldnt get me until Friday (happens to b my grandmas funeral) so they can come Saturday. Im not holding my breath. And they guy I spoke with today was as rude as they come. And even used the description of my house I gave them yesterday against me, today in the phone call. Decribed my house and told me they were there after they told me at 2pm yesterday they went to the wrong house?!?! Come on Verizon we need you where I am.
