I was very impressed with this company for several reasons. A real person answered the phone and immediately transferred me to someone who could help me (thank you Tracy). Tracy heard and understood my particular need for transportation (I have a special needs adult child). She assisted me with getting set up with their app. Then she arranged for transportation. The awesome driver (Robert) showed up on time and was willing to listen to my input. Robert has a wonderful demeanor and was very kind and respectful to my son. I just couldn’t ask for better. Thank you Charity Transportation for making my life a little easier.

We used their ride scheduling app Youit, was told there would be a surcharge for Friday night usage and that the app would give us an accurate quote for the ride to include the surcharge. After we used their services I was charged $150.00 for each way and 10.00 for a toll. The entire ride cost $712.00. Had I known the surcharge was $150 each way.......I would NOT have used their services.Update: everything in my state is true and factual....I have bank statement and receipts.....YES WE SPOKE IN GREAT LENGTHS and was credited $49.00 of the $712.00!!!! .....Really....you dare try to say I am lying!!!!!

My friends and I vacationed at the Wyndham Virginia Beach Oceanfront. While we were there, I was in need of a wheelchair accessible van in order to get to places. I googled “Accessible vans in Virginia Beach” and Charity Transport appeared in my search. I called and spoke with Tracy. She was such a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable about the areas that were accessible in Virginia, and did her very best to make sure we were safe. Tracy is a great driver and she really goes above and beyond for all of her clients. She made our vacation enjoyable and relaxing. I highly recommend her to my friends that need special transportation while staying in Virginia.

Way overpriced! $92 for a ride from the airport in a wheelchair van!

My friends and I currently took a trip to Virginia Beach, VA. One friend utilizes a motorized wheelchair. We were in need of an accessible mode of transportation and I am so glad Charity Transport came up in our search. Tracy is welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She ensured all of our activities were wheelchair accessible and suggested some great things to do during our stay. She was always on time and willing to help. Our transportation throughout our stay was smooth sailing thanks to her!

Tracy was my driver, she was very professional and polite. She showed up on time and made sure my wheelchair was properly secured. Tracy always told me what she was doing as she was doing it so I wouldnt get scared . I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

Wonderful office great people and awesome travel experience

As a first time user of handicap transportation services, I didn’t know what to expect. What I can say is I was blown away by the A+ 5 star service I received. I felt safe and secure the entire time. Highly recommend

This company is very unprofessional & rude and does not put their employees first and wants to use all of their employees to do things that does not even have anything to do with the company. The owner is very unorganized and disrespectful. The owner also does Things out of feelings and emotions and does not keep in contact with her employees, please be warned you will work and not be compensated for your work done. The owner will take money from your check after you have worked & will reflect on no show no call and not even inform you as to what is being done.

Was planning on taking my 83 yr old mother to an antique show, to get her out of the house, she’s wheelchair bound........for a round trip of 20 miles, the cost would’ve been $488!!! Absolutely absurd!

They were quick to take the money but overbooked and left us at doctors office for over 90 minutes told them had an 88 diabetic waiting they didn’t care
