Steve saved my client a whole lot of trouble and heartache... And then, a whole lot of money. The house my client was buying was listed with a newer roof but the home inspector said that it looked old. The agent said that it had been replaced 3 months ago, but for peace of mind, I called Steve and had him do a roof certification. Steve told me that the roof had been installed incorrectly and that it was burning because the re-roof wasnt vented properly. His quote for a complete tear off and installation was fair and actually a great price. His crew arrived on time and finished before expected. They went above and beyond and did a fantastic job. Steve is a honest and good guy! He does what he says, and says what he does. My new siding looks amazing! He also did my new roof! The siding took a little while to get in, but that wasnt Steves fault, but when it came in, it went on smoothly and looked great. I will definitely be going to him again for future home improvements.
