They removed a large tree that was overhanging my shed. Their crew was respectful, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. They had absolutely no problems removing the tree. It was impressive to watch the climber dissect the tree. All in all, great service. I Highly recommend Oak and Iron Tree Co.

Expert tree service from start to finish. They went above & beyond what we asked of them. They were honest, professional, and knowledgeable - answering all of our questions. They gave us a free estimate, and after having several other tree companies give us estimates, we decided to go with Oak and Iron Tree Co. Truly an incredible experience! I had 2 trees cut down and these guys were fast, professional and super nice. I will be calling them again in the Spring to trim some of my other trees! Definitely recommend them!

Alright so first off, Oak and Iron was my first and only quote on the job I needed done. The reason why I didnt bother looking for another company was because they provided every service I was looking for. Joshua and Alexander, about my age. Younger guys but they definitely know what theyre doing. Very professional, reliable, communicative, the list goes on. Alexander and an associate removed my tree and grinded the stump in about an hour and a half and had it all cleaned up. It looked phenomenal. The next day Joshua came with another associate and planted my new tree and provided me with guidance on the next few months for maintenance on it. They did an excellent job planting the tree and cleaning up. I highly recommend Oak and Iron to anyone whether youre wanting a tree removed of some hedges trimmed. These guys can do it all. Thanks again guys.

Awful. The absolute worst service I’ve experienced. Very unprofessional.First, I was told that my tree would be a 3 hour job and would be done in one day. It was a Friday and they worked for about 4 hours and just barely got one side of the tree’s branches cut. Alexander said they would be back on Monday to finish it. They left their bobcat in my yard over the weekend, and a large box roughly 30ft in front of my house. First delay, and I was very understanding and didn’t mind. Monday comes along and I was told they wanted to push it back til Tuesday to give my yard time to dry a bit. There was a light rain over the weekend and I told him I’m not worried about the yard, I know I’m going to have to level it out and seed it when it’s all done. However, I was understanding again and said that’s fine. It’s still Monday and I get another call saying he already rescheduled it for Wednesday. However, the forecast called for rain all day on Wednesday, so of course it couldn’t be done that day. On that Tuesday, they came to my house without notifying me and jumped over the gate to my back yard, damaging it in the process to get their bobcat. I had to realign it.Finally, on the following Friday from when it was supposed to be done, the tree was taken down. It took maybe 6-7 hours that day. This time they managed to destroy a small section of concrete, where I would normally put my trash and recycling bin. They didn’t say anything to me, I guess they just hoped I wouldn’t notice. I had to pull the rest of the concrete out myself, because it was beyond repair. I was patient, reasonable, and understanding. Then, a week later they come to ground the stump. They came in the evening and did a very poor job. I didn’t have a chance to clear the wood chips and see it at the time. I had already leveled, seeded and removed the concrete they destroyed on the yard that leads to where the tree was before I had the chance to clear the wood chips. I finally get the chance to clear out the wood chips and to my dismay, I find a large part of the stump remaining, along with many roots that were above ground level. Alexander offered to come out and finish, but I had already fixed the yard they would have to go through to finish the job, and I wasn’t willing to spend more money on top soil, seed, fertilizer and spend the time doing it all over again. Plus, the new grass was already starting to grow in and the weather was starting to get colder, which would have impeded the growth had I done it all over.So, I had to chop and saw the stump/roots down as best I could to cover it with top soil and make it look decent, which took me 3 hours. It probably would have taken them 15 mins to finish the job right. It took 3 weeks for them to remove the large box that sat out front of my house crowding the parking. And what’s more ridiculous, I still have 15-20 foot logs sitting out front of my house on the side of the street that have been there for more than a month now. Absolutely terrible. I’ve had coworkers and friends looking to have a tree removed and asked me if I would recommend the company that removed mine. Absolutely not. Save yourself a headache and find another company. Alexander’s response to all this(copy and paste of text message): “Well I will take that as some constructive criticism and strive to make sure your experience is not repeated.as far as the logs go. I will call the company and see if there is some problem with them obtaining these or what is the issue”. It’s been over a month! Over a month that these logs have been sitting in front of my house. I paid him, not this other company. A professional would have found another company or resolved the issue by now. A true waste of money and a lot of unnecessary labor left to me.

He can remove your oak but has a ton to iron out if he ever wants this business to last. It took 5 weeks and a towing company to remove his bobcat from my property. I wish I gave someone else my $3000.
