Called and they never answered the phone...3 times. Priced too high and they up the price whenever they feel like it. The units arent even nice unless its the new ones they built after the fire

To say this place is a nightmare is an understatement. I literally was stolen from by an employee of this establishment. He quoted me a wrong price and then changed the price of my unit without my knowledge and then TRIED TO BACK DATE the paper. Not only that but numerous people actually live here. I believe the employee is ACTUALLY THE MANAGER OF THIS PLACE- RON AND IF SO THIS PLACE IS BEYOND A JOKE. There is no security for your belongings nor your hard earned money you pay these people . DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE. The BBB has been contacted and I will update this review with their response.

Just gona say it. Prorates are great, storage is extremely worth it! 105$ bucks a month with that special offer was amazing for the tight spot. Megan at the front desk was extremely professional and helpful, in person and on phone! I definitely thank her! The Jets are just the sound of freedom... But youll get used to it 😉👍

I love this place! Ive rented from them 3 times, and Im about to rent from them again this weekend. Theyre very accommodating, and you can even reserve your truck or van online and pick it up after hours using a mobile app.The last time I rented from them, I was unable to get into my storage unit in order to unload my truck, and I was going to be late returning it. They allowed me to turn the truck in late with no penalties, and they even called me to follow up afterwards to make sure that everything had gone smoothly for me!I definitely recommend them!

I have been a customer for over 17 years here and out of all the managers I’ve seen come and go, I must say Sophia the newest Property Manager has done an amazing job with getting the place the to where it should have been from the start! Sophia is such a sweetheart that always has a smile on her face when I come to the office. Oceana you gotta keeper with Sophia, she is an amazing addition to Oceana and it’s great to see such a fresh and happy face. I will most definitely be staying at Oceana, the convience, the amazing customer service and price can’t beat it !Thanks OCEANA! You rock!!

Been renting from them since 2004!Edited 03/25/2019The management has made an INCREDIBLE POSITIVE CHANGE with the addition of manager David & Santo, groundskeeper Bernardo all truly take care of us loyal customers. I truly hope this crew stays indefinitely because they are a tremendous help, extremely easy going friendly understanding staff.I would highly recommend Oceana Storage to everyone including the fact they also rent out Uhaul now as well!!!

They let bands practice, have reasonable hours, and the prices arent bad. They offer electricity in many of their units at no charge.

Very polite and professional. The office was neat an organized. The truck was clean and ready for pick up. I will use them for future rental needs.

Unit broken into and they dont have full video coverage of the whole area like I was told. Nice people but get insurance because it may be broken into.

Underhanded and dishonest management. They just want to steal your stuff!!! Avoid at all costs. Only tenants they respect are the guys working on their cars all day or the people who live in their units.
