I came in to be interviewed for a job, only to be told they werent sure if it was even still available and they would get back to me. It was a very frustrating experience, especially as someone who lives 40 minutes away from the location, so nearly 2 hours of my day was wasted. Everyones time is precious and emails and phones do exist. If this was just a nice way to let me down, I wouldve much preferred just being told I wasnt a good fit. This was definitely the most unprofessional experience during my job search. EDIT: Would just like to clarify that I was dressed appropriately. Ive never had an issue with my presentation. All I was asked is if my resume was up to date and then I was told they werent sure if the job was still available. I was then rushed out of the building like they had a lunch date and they were running late. It was very bizarre. I left in a daze because I honestly couldnt believe it.

Applied for a job, had an interview and was offered a position within 2 business days. Great experience. Shoutout to Avidan Itzhak for the opportunity and timely responsiveness!

Tried to find places of employment and supposedly was going to get help, but after my interview and giving my resume was told I would get a call back never did. Then I tried calling and was told that I will receive a phone call back never did. Im starting to think they just didnt want to help me.

Remedy is the best agency Ive been to. If you need a job asap they will waste no time in getting you hired. Brandi was my temp agent and she is the best do ever do it so when u go in to remedy make sure u ask for and if you cant get her your still in good hands.

I have worked with several agencies and this one has been one of the most professional, and best experiences I have had. The staff truly does try to help with your individual needs in regards to what type of work opportunities your looking for. Not to mention they are pretty up to date, online applications, an app to look for employment, and almost any documentation you need to have done is all online. Temp work, long term, and temp to hire available. If you are looking for work in the Hampton Roads area, you dont want to miss out on this agency.

It was my first experience with a staffing agency and working as a temp. I accepted a temp to hire position, and when I first started I thought it was great and had no complaints but as time went on that changed. After the 3 month mark of my position, I was contacted by my recruiter and was told that the company was pleased with me and still would like to hire me but wanted to see some minor changes - okay, no problem. Im now on to the 6th month mark where I have not heard a single update on anything and Im working for this company for 6 months with no benefits (from the company, not remedy - I did not use remedy as the benefits options they had I was already using elsewhere), no PTO/vacation, no sick days, underpaid, etc and one day in the morning I wake up to a TEXT MESSAGE from my recruiter simply stating my position is over and I dont need to go to work the next day. I can fully respect the companies decision to not hire me - that is not my problem - the problem is how disrespectful and unprofessional Remedy handled the situation. A TEXT MESSAGE is not an appropriate way to let someone know that they no longer have a job. About an hour, hour and a half after the text message I received a follow up email, but still completely unacceptable, pick up the phone at the very least if you arent going to do it in person. They only sent the email to confirm that I received the message to not show up at work the next day and followed the email up with calls afterwards until I finally responded. The call should have come first, even then it wasnt to let me know it was just confirming I got the text message, totally unacceptable. Then my recruiter has the audacity to ask me to have her set me up with another position when she not only sent a text message but also didnt give me any sort of an update of my position. If she had given me updates I couldve been more prepared - whether that meant adjusting how I was working with company, or start looking for a new job, but was instead completely blindsided - especially when this same recruiter was working with the temp who was working with me at the time and ultimately was hired by the company, so they knew what was going on. Then after I find a new job, they need a standard employment verification from my past 3 employers and I sent it both to Remedy and the company as I was unsure who would really need to do that but as Remedy was the one paying me, it should really be them verifying. However, I was told that neither Remedy nor the company would cooperate and therefore, almost kept me from moving on with my life and keeping me stuck with them. After this experience, I will never ever recommend this company nor go through a staffing agency again. I would give zero stars if I could.

It was through the grace of God that allowed me to meet my representative Anita Grissom. She has truly been an inspiration and really helped me get employment. She was kind, understanding, caring and always professional. I appreciate everything she has done to make my experience at Remedy Intelligent Staffing a success. THANK YOU

I would not recommend anyone go to this staffing agency. Total waste of time and gas. They did not try to help me find a job AT ALL. They look at you crazy and talk to you like you’re dumb. Luckily they’re not the only staffing agency around! You’re better off with tidewater or priority staffing.

This is the worst temp agency I have ever worked for. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and are not knowledgeable about their own policies. I began my paperwork and received my pay card on November 04, 2016. My assignment started the following Wednesday. I was unable to activate my pay card and enter my time online. I made several calls to my misguided recruiter as well as the receptionist with no responses. Thus, I sent several emails, again, no response. Just last week, the administrator emailed me regarding my issues. I needed follow up questions answered but she did not reply to my emails. Consequently, I placed a phone call this morning. While trying to get answers about my issue, she kept interrupting. She said I have a lot to do today and I am behind. Needless to say, my issue is still not completely resolved. I will say one good thing about this agency. It has decent opportunities with reputable companies. But overall, they are more concerned about the incentives they receive from contract placements than the people they assign to these positions. An absolutely UNPLEASANT experience.

Waste of time. The people here are a complete joke, they dont return phone calls and will lie to you with no problem. Im still waiting on Monique or Brandi to return my calls from two weeks ago!

I wish I didnt have to give them a single star. The Staff are very unprofessional and extremely rude. I called back to speak with her supervisor and he was even worse than she were when she called my phone. Then I received a text stating the company was no longer interested and Im no longer eligible to be employed with Remedy because I called and complained about the way she was speaking to me! Find a job elsewhere, this was a complete waste of time and gas with the running back and fourth. I was very shocked at the way I was treated.

You guys get a one star just for all the same basic responses. Nothing has changed, no one likes your performance and theres no telling how rude the staff is.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. This staff in va beach is very unprofessional they dont really care about helping people. I heard they send people to a warehouse with rats everywhere. I think the only ones who actually care are Anita and Jennifer but unfortunately Jennifer left and i can see why, the office is chaos! Even if u have a great resume with good work history they still dont try their best to fit u with a position that suits u. If u want a professional staffing company that actually cares find another one this one isnt it.

Remedy staff are liers. They claim I decided not to continue my search for employment when Ive had minimal contact with Remedy regarding employment. Ive submitted my resume for employment but no feedback nor selected to go further with employment opportunities. They suck bigly.

A complete joke and waste of time and gas!!!!They send you a text message stating to come in for and interview get there fill out the application take the drug test send you to an orientation ( even ask you at the orientation how soon can you start and you tell them immediately) and then give you a pay card only to not call you then say they will call you on Monday so you can start NEVER CALLED (and had the audacity to even mail me a permanent pay card!!!!!Thank God I was hired permanently else where!
