I have been with Aerotek for almost 2 years and I love it! My recruiter, Erin, is the absolute best! Kim has been awesome as well and I love the fact that I can always get in contact with either of them if I have any questions or concerns.

I interviewed to be an entry level recruiter with Aerotek of Virginia Beach on June 8th. The recruiter was based out of Texas and was flexible and called me after work. The interview was decent and she told me she would follow up with me at the end of the week. She didn’t end up following up with me until the next week on June 15th letting me know she wanted to speak to me about the position and I promptly emailed her back that same day. No response. 3 days went by and still no response. So on June 18th I emailed her yet again and I never received a response. I had a terrible experience and it’s important that recruiters follow up with their candidates and keep them updated.

I must say that the VA Beach Aerotek office is the best temp agency around. They pair you up with jobs that you are qualified to work. Not only do the get you the job but they check in on you every week, and if you have a question they have a quick turn around time in responding to you. I worked with a Daniel Folkes. He is the best. He stuck with me through the entire process. I am now permanent on my job after work 5.5 months. I will recommend Aerotek VA office to anyone that is looking for a job. Professional and great quality of jobs.

Presented himself kind, straightforward and ready to help that turned out to not be the case. No response to email follow up or call back. Happened once before at another location as well.

Deanna found the perfect job for me and Im finally working again for the first time in 7 months since I moved to the Hampton Roads area in January 2020. I love that she provided me with all the information I needed for the interview and basically handed me a job that Im super excited about. I got a call from Deanna informing me of a couple of job offers. I met up with her, she seem very reassuring upon sharing the details of the companies that fit my experiences. After a week, I did not hear back and decided to email her. No response in 4 days. Emailed her again after not hearing back to only be informed that the position were filled by the company. This is the second time I went to this hiring agency, first time being in a different state with very similar experience. I appreciate a simple follow up, but I felt like I had to do the work on finding out myself.

The panel interview was productive and quick although I was a bit nervous Deanna our interviewer made me feel comfortable. She was personable, very professional and knowledgeable. She is a huge asset to your company. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for jobs.

Aerotek recruiter Keith Johnston is nothing but a liar and a fraud. A while back when I was working on assignment for Aerotek Keith Johnston called me up one day to let me know the company I was working for was laying me off and he would call me Monday morning at 10am about available jobs Aerotek had a available.Well 10am Monday morning came he didnt call back like he said he would so I called him a few minutes after 10am on his work and cell phone number he never answered nor called back.Stay away from this lying fraud and Aerotek in general.

Throughout the interview Michael was easy going and professional, he asked me allot of questions and outlined the work they were looking to fit people into. As far as staffing services go this is definitely not a manpower service as Aerotek caters to the ship building repair and overhaul industry and for anyone that knows this industry the work is dependent upon contracts so it can take some time for the work to roll into the yards and that means you either wait or you put yourself out there for other work through the agency.

Erin Staton Was Phenomenal!! She was patient with me, made sure the work environment fit me. She Kepted me updated on every job opportunity, she created a bond with me that I absolutely loved!!!!!! I will defiantly referred the Virginia Beach location to friends and family.. Erin thank you for guiding me in the right directions and not giving up on me even tho I was picky at times.... I loved this team and will recommend this office to anyone!!! Thank you team!!!

As a recent college graduate, I found myself in need of some help finding my first big girl job. I cant tell you how happy I am that I chose Aerotek to help me in this process. I do have to say the position I was hired for is an excellent fit. However, during this 7 months, I have talked to erin maybe 6 times and ONLY because I either emailed or called her first. Today Im sitting with 3 days on my contract. Erin told me in March that the company Im working for wanted to extend my contract for another month (which they did) and then convert me to a permanent employee. I have called and emailed Erin twice in the past week and still dont have an answer. This is a very unprofessional way to interact with a professional who is waiting for an answer. 3 days is cutting it close.
