I am updating a recently posted lower starred review to report that the service I am now receiving is much improved and I am very satisfied with the person/persons handling my matches.It was a rocky start but issues were corrected and I am contacted regularly to keep me informed of what is being done on my behalf. I believe there will be success in the search for my meant-to-be match. The sign of a good company is not that it doesn’t make errors but that the errors made are corrected and that seems the case. Looking forward to posting more good things moving forward.

My friend paid thousands of dollars and got 4 matches in over a year and none were the good fit she was promised plus she had to hound the personnel just to get token lip service from the company. It was such a waste of a lot of money. I tried to warn her. Then this week she gets a letter that they are out of business! She should sue for her money back. Yet the calls she made show phones disconnected and web site taken down really fast. She got taken.

I have lost complete faith in this service. the only thing scarier then meeting someone online and going on a 1st date have been the experience of putting my trust into someone else to find the right person and going on a completely blind date date with someone. I have been set up with people I have no compatability with and one man was still legally married. I dont have it in me to try again. I feel traumatized about dating at all now and feel as though I was scammed.

Zero stars is a must. I checked the website and there is a note that said Goodbye. How unprofessional, they steal your money and leave not a call or email and least of all no referral. I think they have change to Virginia Elite.
