Everytime I try to use the vending machine it either gets stuck or just eats my money. Well this time took the cake. I put $5 bill in and selected an air fresher. Dropped down. Cool. Then it gives me all my change back in dimes.....no big deal Ill just use them for the other thing I wanted to get. Nope. Just kept returning them so Im stuck with $4 in dimes and I still have t even vacuumed my car yet .

I had no idea that the credit card would keep charging after the initial 6.00 . I kept using the scrubber thinking it would shut off and it did not until I went to look at it and I was already up to $10.. I didnt see that post anywhere that it keeps charging if you use a credit card..

The soap the brushes sprays everything is awesome. The problem I had was the $20 they charge my credit card for a six dollar transaction. You don’t get a receipt so I have to dispute the charges.

I got a sink with stronger water pressure!! Believe me!! Trash water fountain water. Will take forever just to wash!!

Great self serve car wash. lots of suds. best power wash. includes Rainex as an option.stalls have opaque dividers, so that no one should feel isolated or hidden while washing their car. i’m a female and appreciate this feature.

The switch to work changing hose selection didnt work properly. The man works g there said it was loose and giggle it. If you know its broke fix it or put a sign up. If he wasnt there my money would have been wasted. Not going back there!

The pressure kept on dropping during the wash. Then the 8 minutes on my card dropped from 8 to 4 to1. Got the soap off and left will have to take it somewhere else to finish cleaning it.

The facility was clean, I felt safe and the equipment was kept in great condition, next to new. No need to worry once the sun went down, the facility lit up the night with all of its lights. It was near everything and in a convenient location. I helped manage a car wash in texas. Its a lot of work and things break down if you dont keep them up. Good job

Fairly new so equipment is modern. However, this 67yr old woman selected foaming brush. I used the brush close to dial1time box. I thought it was broken cause no foam. When I finally made it around to front & saw all this pink foam Cushing every where. MUST POST LOCATION OF THIS FOAMING BRUSH. Sometimes a senior citizen needs to spray off their car.

Card machine didnt work. Luckily, I had cash on me. Other than that, no issues.

Paid with my credit card and started to wash. No high pressure on any setting. Noticed another booth was working properly so I moved my car over a Bay. Same thing. Wasted $12 and made my car worse. Seemed like some were working and others were not. Also first vacuum I tried wouldnt take my money.

Foam brush not spewing soap and pressure wash sprayed soap intermittently the whole time even when on “rinse.” I feel like it was a race against the clock with tools that weren’t on your side. Wasted $15 and didn’t even finish the car.

Good pricing,and options to vacuum and wash car separately with timings.Vaccum pumps werent much powerful,but foams and tire cleaner and power wash was good enough for the money paid.Average of 10-15$ for a complete vacuum and wash.

Doesnt clean my car. Still leaves dirt streaks along side of car. The amount of dirt it leaves on my car I would be afraid to dry it after washing cuz it will scratch your paint job. And Ive used the brushes and everything they have and still stays dirty. They dont use good quality soap and they never clean their brushes. Even had the machine take my money a d I called and left a message twice and nobody ever called me back. To me that means they dont care about the people they just want our money. Trust me go somewhere else to wash your car. (Seriously)
