Since Ive moved to Hampton Roads area Ive been looking for a quality flat top. To say Ive been to many barbers in this area would be a major understatement. Ive been going to Prime now for a couple of years and he consistently delivers a great flat top. And 1) Im a perfectionist when it comes to my flat top, and 2) my hair is definitely not perfect for one. Yet Prime gets it done. He is a skilled master barber. If youre looking for touchy-feely experience with a ton of conversation, he may not be your guy. But for a good old barbershop hair cut he excels.
