Went yesterday to get my trucks wheels a balance check, an alignment check and a tire rotation. I fully expected and had no problem at all paying for those services. I was very surprised to have the gentleman come out and tell me it was done, and it their was no charge . free. I am blow away. What a great place to go ! Highly recommended . Thank again guys !

My overall experience with R&R tire was nothing short of stellar. I was connected with Craig Bartholomew in online sales. He was polite, prompt and respectful. He ask what tire I was interested in for my truck. I told him and he and not only diid he found me a great deal, but he found the best one. Went to RnR after my last inspection at the dealership noted that I needed four new tires. They found me a great set of used tires that were “like new” quality and I honestly couldn’t tell they were used. Customer service was excellent and they helped to quickly get my car back on the road.

I had wheels installed in Norfolk but had a problem with 2 of my wheel studs and the manager Sean told me to stop by the Virginia Beach location and he fixed it for me and it took no time at all!! Im so thankful for Rnr Virginia Beach!!

So far I am very happy with their business, this is the second vehicle they do a lift, mount wheels/tires and perform alignment. There are options out there, but I believe they have my business from here on out. I was helped by Craig in the past and recently by Sean...both good guys that run a good business. Good prices and good customer service. I highly recommend this place for all of your tire and wheel needs, street and off-road use, and of course they do lifts to a wide variety of vehicles. To date they have lifted a Subaru and a Jeep with absolutely no problems and they tell you to come back after a week or two for a wellness check of their work. High quality definitely reflected in their product. Keep it up!!

I wish I would have gotten their names. Me and my husband were heading out of town and our tire has been going low on air for months now and we went in and they fixed our tire in no time and got us on the road! They were so incredibly helpful and nice! Will definitely be going back there for all of our tire needs!!!!

Im really big on reviews. Going to businesses with good ones and staying away from businesses with bad ones. You cant make everybody happy and I get that but I had a great experience today. I came in with a number in mind and cash in hand. Mike was helping me by telling me prices and style options. I was there for maybe 20 minutes, bought rims and tires, stayed within my budget and had them mounted immediately. Very very professional and courteous. Like I said, reviews are a big deal to me. Im giving these guys a 5 and thats not easy for me to do normally. Great job and thanks Mike!

Amazing service! Amazing team! I was in and out in about 30 minutes after spending the WHOLE day at different shops in the area that couldn’t get my tires off, Sean and his team were able to get them off and have me back on the road in less than half an hour. 10/10 recommend. Ty is an awesome representative, they have good deals here and I think worth the business!Edit: the staff is only friendly and caring when youre buying, any inquires after purchase, youre dealing with negative attitude driven people.Edit again: frame damage caused on recent alignment with new upper control arms installed, upper management is amazing and will take care of you if its their mess-up, not many companies do this, so its refreshing to see a company honor their work. For this sole reason, Id recommend RNR because you know youll be taken care of, and any mistakes, if any, will be corrected.

I have to say I will never go anywhere else off top. I treated myself to a 2019 Tahoe and my gift to myself was adding tires and a lift. As much as I work I literally didnt have time to drive around place to place to figure out exactly what I wanted. I happen to look at RNR and realized how much Sean name came up in the comments. I left my trust in the customers feed back. I called the store first thing that next morning solely off of his customers reviews. I told him what I wanted and explained to him I work 6 days a week 12hr days. Do yall know this man sent pictures to my phone to help me choose which lift I wanted and what kind of rims I wanted?!?! When I say above and beyond literally he picked everything for my Tahoe and I told him I trusted him 100%...he also helped me with the price budget I had for my upgrades by offering lower priced items that I would still love. Seemed like a good staff and good people. i was quoted $3200 for a set of wheels and tires. when i decided to shop around myself, i found literally the exact same wheels and tires for just over $2000. Maybe i found a good deal? 🤷‍♀️...

Hello, I had recently bought a Jeep out of state that had McGaurd wheel locks on it. I took the vehicle to discount tire to put new tires on it. They couldnt get them off after they said it would be a problem. I went to RNR the same day, they got them off in less then 10mins and didnt charge me anything. Dont go anywhere else. I shouldnt went to RNR from the beginning.

GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE AT RNR!! I brought in my 1999 Nissan Pathfinder with 203,000 miles since I was getting a terrible vibration at 55+ MPH. This is a vehicle that runs fine other than this vibration and I had a couple shops tell me to just get the wheels balanced. I tried that initial solution at the other shop and it did nothing to solve my vibration. I knew it was more than a wheel balancing so I brought it to RNR for an estimate. They took it out on the highway for an initial test drive and diagnosed that my calipers were shot and continuing to engage the rotors. I agreed completely with that since I had noticed heat buildup on the hubs and this made logical sense. I interacted with Chevy at the front desk and also Gerald the mechanic in the garage. Both Chevy and Gerald were extremely helpful and courteous as they explained everything to me so I could make an informed decision. I went ahead and authorized new front end calipers, rotors, pads, and repacking the wheel bearings. This fixed my terrible vibration completely and the SUV drives like new again (even with 203,000 miles). They also gave me a Black Friday discount and added a little more discount for my military service. I am completely satisfied with the work they did on my vehicle and I thought they gave me a fair price for all the work they competed. Highly recommended!

I broke the valve stem on my jeep tire. I stopped in to drop the tire off because they were so busy. the shop manager took my wheel and replaced the valve right then. i was out the door in 10 minutes and on the road. More than I was expecting and an incredibly low cost. I highly recommend these guys for any truck wheels and tires.

Wow, these people are so nice and professional. I brought in my car without an appointment because I had a leak in a tire. After some quick information exchange the professional woman at the counter said to give them 20 minutes.About five minutes later I received a text with a quick report/inspection of my vehicle. About 15 minutes later the technician was standing in front of me with my keys letting me know there was a screw in the tire which he had removed and repaired without charge.I was more than happy to pay for the service but they said no, they do tire repairs for free!When I need new tires I will certainly be going back to RNR!

I don’t know anything about tires but if I need one installed I’m going to Walmart for the cheap one I know and trust, and bringing it straight to RNR for installation every time! the extra $3 that installation costs at RNR has saved me hours of my time and these people are genuinely nice every time I come in. The speed and customer service that RNR provides at this location has locked me in as a permanent customer for any tire problems I’ll have in the future!

Got my first set of rims here ! I absolutely love them . They were a bit expensive but you get lifetime rotations, balance & fix a flats . definitely came in handy when I blew my tire . They fixed it free ! I’ll stick with rnr for my next set also .
