Hours for the parts department are wrong. I drove 30 minutes to pick up a part only to find out the parts department closed half an hour earlier than advertised. The staff there were really nice and tried to help, but there was nothing they could do.
Cal was absolutely fantastic. No only did we get a price that was over 1K less than our local dealers, we go the exact color we were looking for. This car was for my daughter so we planned on driving in and picking it up 3.5hrs on the weekend. When I told Cal that we would have to delay due to my daughters illness, he volunteered to deliver it. Unbelievable service and integrity all the way around! Great job Cal!
Purchased a vehicle, brand new, that needed an inspection. After putting a huge amount down I imagined the vehicle would be priority in the shop… nope. They had 3 hours last night and I’m still waiting, 3 hrs so far this morning, for them to take their time on something I’ve already paid for. The sense of urgency is poor and lack of consideration to paying customer is high. Still waiting …

Very happy with our Subaru purchasing experience here at RK Subaru. Prior to this, we have always had to walk away from “deals” in this area and seek elsewhere for our car needs. We went to the dealer with the assumption that we would not be purchasing here, however, we were pleasantly surprised with both the low pressure and also the ability to negotiate even in the current car buying climate especially considering there were 2 others that were “in line” to buy the car if we passed. We were shocked that we were able to get it at the price we did. We ended up leaving with a brand new vehicle - our first brand new car in 17 years. Just a pure car selling business. Nothing more. I bought multiple cars over the years but this is the lowest satisfying experience of them all. This dealership will be my last preference going forward. Forget about referring friends and family to this business.Update (7/19/2021): It would have been appropriate has someone tried to hear me and attempted to help me when at the dealership. Anyway, that boat has passed for me unfortunately. Real Customer service is evaluated after the contract papers are signed. Not before...It is what it is...I got my car and I love it. I am moving on.
I have leased three Subarus, two from RK. At this point, I couldn’t imagine having anything other than Subaru, or going anywhere other than RK. My most recent visit with my husband resulted in my leasing a new Legacy. Kris Wilson was our salesman, and he was wonderful! He was straightforward and very helpful in getting us a car that we were truly happy with. I would recommend that anyone thinking about leasing or buying a Subaru go to RK and ask for Kris. The whole process was made easy for us, and all of our questions were answered - no run around. The finance manager is wonderful as well, and he made a huge stack of paperwork 10x less painful! My husband and I are huge RK fans now thanks to the exceptional service that we received!
Chance was my car salesman and he was extremely patient and helpful with the entire car buying process. *And he was determined to find me the right car. I felt like I had an advocate, not a pushy sales rep who was only trying to closing a deal. I originally went to the Chevy side wanting a Trailblazer, but I had a few reservations. I ended up purchasing a Subaru Forester and I am so glad I did. This particular SUV has never been on my radar as something I wanted to buy, but as I told him my issues with other vehicles I’ve owned and my current lifestyle, he suggested I take a peek. Nick Wilson was also very helpful and helped me get my windows tinted. The Subaru finance person (I can’t remember his name, sorry!!!) and Wendy were also awesome to work with. I definitely recommend a visit to RK Chevrolet/Subaru in Va Beach if you’re looking for a new car/truck!

My husband and I went to two Priority dealerships before coming to RK Subaru. At the Priority Honda, the salesperson recommended that we buy a Nissan Rogue and at the Priority Toyota, our sales person left us unattended when he knew he had a sale and was looking for another kill while we sat at the dealership. The Camry we bought did not work for us as we preferred an SUV. We called several dealerships and we felt that sales manager, Chris Wilson was genuinely sincere in wanting to help us - Checkered Flag Toyota flatly told us there is nothing they can do for us. Upon our arrival at the RK Subaru, we were met by Heather Elliott. From the start, Heather was so different from the sales people at Priority. She was professional, patient, willing to work with us to meet our needs and always had a smile on her face. She searched the Subaru inventory to get the right vehiclefor us. She found the CrossTrek and she was in touch with us while waiting and gave us updates. The whole Team at RK Subaru was professional, accommodating and made us feel valued as customers. Duane, one of the managers, also took time to see us and ask how we were doing. We did not get this level of service at any of the Priority dealerships we went. We strongly recommend RK Subaru and Heather Elliott when buying a new or used vehicle. We will definitely be back when its time for my husband to replace his Honda Pilot with a Subaru!

Let me start off by saying I have never been to a dealership where I have experienced such a high level of service in my history of purchasing a vehicle. RK Subaru and the staff there have been phenomenal. What I thought was going to be a one day buying process turn into three and I’m not even mad at it. The sales team weren’t pushy they made me feel at home and even after the purchasing experience have been nothing short of helpful and considerate and caring. They made sure that I got the vehicle that I liked and wanted and then it was gonna be suitable for the needs of myself and my family. Having worked with Dwayne Richard and Lynn I truly felt like I was part of a family and they were guiding me in the right direction of what I should do. I had a relatively horrible experience with another Subaru dealership (first team) oh and they were sure to take ownership even though it wasn’t related to them and apologized on their behalf. The fact that they were willing to apologize for something that they didn’t do speaks volumes about the staff and how they feel about Subaru as a company. If you’re looking to buy a car and you want nothing short of an experience be sure to go to RK Subaru. They have the best prices the best staff and by far the best vehicle selection in my own personal opinion. And if big brother Subaru is reading this this dealership deserves some major kudos.I wish I had gone to this dealership years ago.

From the time I wrote the review to being contacted by Mr. Bates was less than 2 hours. Thank you sir.Went in possibly to purchase a new Subaru from Anthony. First off he was awesome, showed us everything we asked for, told us exactly what wanted to know and was not pushy. We told him we were going to go and discuss our options and get back to him.Now the reason for the two stars, as we went to leave to discuss our options Dwayne came over and decided to give us his sales pitch. All he did was brand bash Dodge, GM and Ford. Tried to do pushy sales tactics and then talk in circles. In all actuality what he managed to do was talk us out of purchasing a new Subaru from this dealership. We had made up our mind to purchase before the end of the year but needed to decide between a Subaru and Jeep Grand Cherokee. Needless to say, if we decide on a Subaru it will not be from RK.

Fine dealership, nice workforce. If you go and test drive a car and decide its the not the one for you...be ready for some serious high pressure sales techniques. They laid it thick, so be ready! Do your homework, I was able to educate them on a few points (my guess is they were playing dumb on the negative reviews on the vehicle), but either way. Good luck!

Normally, we think of going to a car dealership as in incredible inconvenience to replacing a vehicle, which should be a pretty simple task. You’re swarmed by salesman like sharks in the ocean as soon as your feet hit the pavement, and you’re fed the typical nonsense about their “no haggle pricing” and how much they’re better than the other dealers. RK Subaru is a different experience because they prove it with their actions and customer service instead of a sales pitch. Our salesperson was Winndie Darrow, who helped my wife and I through navigating which vehicle would best suit our needs patiently and thoroughly. She didn’t push us to a more expensive vehicle or more options just for the sake of it - she took our wishes and satisfaction into account at every step of the process. She showed a level of professionalism and attention to detail that set that dealer experience apart from the dozens of others I’ve been to over the years. The finance and sales managers were also incredibly helpful and honest in their roles during the buying process and made sure paperwork took only the time it needed to. I’d highly recommend RK Subaru to anyone looking for a more refreshing and laid back car buying process.
We had a amazing experience at rk subaru and rk chevrolet. We met winndie darrow upon arrival. She immediately jumped on our search for a new vehicle. After finding out we were already in a horrible auto lease situation. She didnt stop at any point. She kept trying bring in here manager chris, they began to jump hurdles and exhausted every option. But still kept looking for way to help me an my family get out of the bad situation we were in and into somthing better for us and our future. We ventured over to rk chevrolet where we met Nick Austin. They continued to work together till they finally made it happen. The whole process took 3 days but like i said we were in a really bad position. They stuck it out 2 nights after closing and finally on the 3rd night we drove off in out brand new 2021 chevy Equinox ls. So excited and relieved to have a better looking financial future. 1st off, I love the car. I am very happy with how I was treated throughout the whole process. My salesman Kris delt with me over a weeks period as I pondered the decision. He made every effort to help me find exactly what I was looking for. At the end, they managed to get the car I wanted. The finance guy Justin also made the long ordeal less stressful and broke everything down for me, while making me feel less stressed! I did have one issue, but it was handle great by Nick the sales manager and Rich the detailer. Thank you again to everyone for everything.

I moved to VA. from CA. about 3 years ago, driving my Outback with plants and two cats all the way across country. I began having R.K. Subaru service my Outback, and every visit was wonderful, nice people and a very clean shop. Naturally when I decided to buy another Outback, but the Touring model this time, I went on line with R.K. Subaru. As it turned out, no dealer in 100 mile radius had a Touring model, but my Sales Rep., Leander Poarch, assured me that he would find one that met all my requirements. Leander stayed in touch and found my new Outback for me, at the price I wanted. Everything went perfectly from there. One of the very best buying experiences I have ever had, and I know they will take great care of my new car for me. I highly recommend Leander Poarch if you are looking to purchase a Subaru. It has been about 16 years since i dealt with a car purchase and I was pleasantly surprised to run into one of your outgoing and professional salesman, Steve Montgomery, who helped me with my overall wonderful sales experience at RK Subaru. He was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I had a budget that I needed to stay with and he tried his best to work out what would best benefit me with my circumstances! The other good thing is that I didn’t feel I was being “pressured to buy”! Steve was pretty straightforward and he was very knowledgeable and funny too!I ended purchasing my 2017 Subaru Outback and look forward to getting my servicing done through RK Subaru and their great Sales and Service team.
Great genuine people, ask for John Conrad! I came to RK Subaru to look at the 2020 outbacks and ended up buying a new 2021 outback since they were very competitively priced and with the, mpg, safety and new car warranties you can’t beat it!
I had a bit of a frustrating experience. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday for some warranty issues. I was told at drop off, which took over an hour between dropping off and getting rental car, that it would likely be there through Thursday, but that I would get a call end of day Wednesday. I didnt get a call until Thursday after 5pm. Was told I would get another call by Saturday, I never received a call. I called Monday morning, got bounced around several times and then they had to take a message. I received a prompt call back and later that day my car was ready. When I got home I realized I left my garage door opener. I called and was sent to an extension, I left a message. Tuesday afternoon, no call back, call again and leave a message. Finally get a call back from Amy. She says no garage door opener and that only she had access to the car if I dropped it under the awning, I explained it was left with the gentleman in service. She said she will speak with him and call me back. Never calls me back. Call service area on Thursday and the lady says they have it. Very poor communication with customers and with one another. Everyone with the exception of Amy was very friendly and I have received good service on my Subaru. But the communication issues are very frustrating. Im glad I continued to follow up, so i do not need to up and program a new one.

**Update**Was contacted by the manager and refunded the original service charge. Thank you for making it right!No issue with the dealership, sales team, or parts department. DO NOT GO HERE FOR MAINTENANCE! Service department had my wife wait 4 hours and tried to charge us $750 telling us that the active grille shutters on our 2018 Subaru Outback were so dirty they couldn’t be fixed. I told her to bring it home so I could look at it, turns out that there was a single rock that had jammed the louvers. Really shows the terrible integrity of this Maintenance Department.
My husband & I purchased an incredibly low mileage 2 year old Outback from RK a few weeks back. We had originally walked onto their used car lot, then drifted over to the Subaru side. While there, we had the pleasure of working with not one, but two great salespeople (Heather and Kris). Our transaction may have taken a bit longer than we anticipated and we may have had to go back & forth a few extra times on pricing, but eventually the RK management stepped over to the dark-side and met us on our pricing (plus a GREAT finance rate!) and everyone left very happy. We have already been on three road trips for travel soccer with our Outback and are very pleased with our purchase.

This dealership seemed friendly enough, though the day we arrived looking to purchase a car, we noticed multiple individuals not following Covid protocols. Maybe it was the day and time of our arrival, however we have to take the protocols extremely seriously and after spending some time there, we did not feel comfortable within the atmosphere.
My car ran out of gas and they pushed my car into the lot and made sure I was good thank you Richard Ramos, Anthony, Kris and Cal! They were all very nice and helpful I recommend this place for sure!
In 2019 Cal Green sold me my first Subaru and the transaction was a pleasure. He was patient and answered all my questions...even helped set up Android Auto for me. He wasnt satisfied until I drove off the lot with a great, big grin on my face.So, yesterday with a great offer to upgrade to a 2020 model at a lower APR, down to RK I went! Another great experience! I pick up my new car tomorrow!The Service Department has been easy to deal with and my routine maintenance has been completed on time. I recommend RK to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru.
This was my first non scheduled maintenance visit to the service department. It was an excellent experience. They were able to get me in the same day, and the efficiency was incredible. I didnt stay to wait for the car; and I spent less than 5 minutes at the dealership, drop off and pick up included.
In 2017 I bought a Subaru Impreza at RK. My salesperson was Subaru Steve. He gave me what I wanted, all the information that I needed, availability, and multiple test drives. I experienced zero pressure from him. The service department has been friendly, responsive and honest. If and when I am in the market for another Subaru I will check out Subaru Steve first.
Professional, courteous, efficient, and effective. RK had a loaner ready for me to pick up when I dropped off my Forester. A job that may have taken 8 hours was completed by noon. Staff kept me informed of the repair status throughout the day. I cant say enough good things about RK. Their staff members are terrific!
I never received a copy of my contract and I have tried to get it multiple times. I bought my car back in November. They kept asking for an arm and a leg from me for weeks to get the paperwork finished.

Not usually one to do reviews, but after my experience today, I felt it was appropriate. I took my 2002 WRX into service today for an oil change. RK called me and gave me some bad news. They found and issue (self-inflicted) and told me they couldnt continue. Totally understandable! When I went to pick my car up, I was sad about the condition of my motor. But after driving away from the service shop, I felt better just from the customer service. I was treated like I was buying a fully loaded Forester even after them knowing I basically wasnt going to have any work done. I will always be a Subaru owner just based off of reliability and performance. After today, I have another reason to be a Subaru owner for life. Thank you all at RK Subaru for the love you put into your cars and owners.
Great experience here at rk auto Subaru bought a 2018 Subaru wrx John helped me through the whole process of test driving and buying the car. John was very helpful because this is my first manual car that I’ve driven and took the time to take me to a empty parking lot to teach me tips on driving a manual.
Wes Slane was SO helpful and friendly, he wasnt pushy or pressuring us to do anything, but he was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars, packages and upgrades we were looking into! He gave us all the information we couldve wanted and it helped us make a super easy decision, we walked off the lot with a new car in less than 3 hours, the whole process was laid back and made us feel confident in making such a big decision. Hannah Cooper in Finance was also incredibly kind and sweet, she helped us through all the paperwork and took time to explain everything if we had any questions or concerns. Ive only dealt with their parts department, but I love them. I usually hate dealerships, have had nothing but bad experiences with them my whole life. I do all of my own service and repairs on vehicles, so I usually shop online for parts because dealer prices are stupidly high most places. I like to use OEM parts in my Subarus though, and RK is the first dealership I have found that doesnt have insane markups. Their OEM parts prices are usually competitive with what I can find online. Even if they dont have things in stock, I often order parts online to pick up from them and it still ends up being cheaper and faster than other sources. The parts guys are super friendly and helpful, and I appreciate that they are real Subaru enthusiasts. Im glad to give them my business and wish more dealerships would follow their example.
OMG this place is AWESOME! Ivan (Sales Rep) and Greg (Manager) really helped me out. This was my first time buying a car and they made the process easy. I was unsure on what car I wanted and Ivan was very patient with me while I test drove various cars multiple times. From initial response to my online inquiry through AMX, throughout the test driving process, to the final close of the sale, I was very pleased with the attention to detail and high level of customer service provided. My wife and I had been thinking about buying a new Subaru Forester to replace our 11 year old VW for quite sometime now. We decided to begin our search at RK Subaru one early Sunday morning. There really werent a lot to choose from, but the Ice Silver was what we looked at. We were met with a salesperson, who was very nice and not at all pushy. As we dont buy vehicles very often, we werent expecting such a kind response to our inquiries. She brought out the keys, took a short test drive, and decided to buy the Forester upon returning to the dealer. The whole process was wonderful, and mostly painless because we knew that we wanted this particular model. We selected RK because of the proximity to where we live. We are enjoying our time so far with our Forester, even though we havent driven on any long trips yet. With all of the information that we receive from both Subaru and RK, Im sure we will continue to enjoy our Subaru and our relationship with the dealership. First, I want to give a big thank you to Mr. Gregory Reynolds’s, GM. (5 Stars to Greg only)My experience with RK Subaru all started with my son, a young inexperience car buyer who went to RK Used Auto Sales to look at a used 2013 Subaru after a hit n run driver caused his previous car to be totaled out. He’s excited to get another vehicle, and he ended up signing paperwork for “as is”. He didn’t realize at the time what this meant and when he finally received the car it was total disappointment. My son showed this car to a friend who was getting ready to go to RK to look at vehicle to buy. His friend quickly changed his mind about buying a vehicle from RK and ended up purchasing elsewhere. His friend couldn’t believe that this dealership would sell my son a vehicle that looked this bad. The car did have a Covid cleaning, but that was all. The battery looked like it could cause the car to not start and the overall appearance and price for what he had spent was not what I expected from RK. My first thought was that how much money he had spent on this vehicle. This made me very upset so I went to the dealership to talk to them about it. I was directed to Greg who explained that since he signed “as is” nothing else was legally required from them. But, Greg turned around the situation, understanding that my son was inexperienced in buying a car. Greg had the battery acid cleaned up, the engine pressure washed, the heavy oxidation removed from headlights, tried to get rid of scratches in back window and inside and out detailed, included two oil changes and a state inspection. I see why Greg is the General Manager, he understands the value of customer service and cares about the reputation of this company. Plus, since I had to wait while my sons car was being cleaned up Greg let me test drive a 2020 Outback so I wouldn’t have to wait at the dealership. When I returned to pick up my son’s car, Greg had his 2013 Subaru parked outside in front of the show room, it was a unexpected surprise. Because of Gregs actions of going above and beyond for customer service for my son and me I feel confident that I would highly still consider purchasing a new Subaru in the future from this dealership. My son is very happy with the outcome of his purchase and finally has his well deserved excitement of his car. I personally believe when a company sends out a vehicle in this shape that it hurts a business’s reputation. It should be mandatory or at least offered to the customer to have a complete cleaning and detailing of a vehicle for the sake of a company’s reputation of their business and for customer satisfaction. I only have 4 stars, because of the used sales department not giving my son any type of warranty included with the purchase price and selling the vehicle “as is”. If it wasn’t for Greg I would of gave 1 Star.
I can say that I had by far the best car buying experience in my life at RK Subaru. I initially went to RK Chevy to look at a vehicle and ended up asking Justin (the RK Chevy Rep) if I could look at the Legacy also. Despite being a Chevy Rep he got the keys, we went on a test ride and I was sold. He drew up the initial paperwork ordered the car and when I came to pick up the car and sign documents Subaru Steve got involved. The transition was too seamless to be real. I got to the dealership after 2pm and was driving off before 5pm. When its time for me to get another vehicle and Im still in Virgina this is going to be my first and probably only stop. Justin and Subaru Steve, you guys were awesome!!!
Reading through the reviews I have to suspect some are padding. I recently attempted to purchase a car from the dealership and made an offer which they accepted. The car was supoosedly put to the side. I applied for the 0% interest as advertised which I knew I qualified for before I called. The sales manager Nick came back with a higher rate which he could not explain aside from the interest rate I had pre-approved for was not available. He was not willing to investigate. As the rate was still low I moved forward and he was mailing me the paperwork as I am currently out of VB( Ive done this several times.) I sent a copy of my ID and anything else that was requested. Note- I am already a Subaru customer this year. A week later when nothing had arrived I wrote and let him know and he then told me I had to do a video chat on my Facebook with him. Never notified me, never told me the paperwork was not coming, nothing; just replied with that. I have asked them to keep all of the transaction in writing and I believe the unprofessional behavior is some type of ego game to make me submit to one on one upsales attempts. I am pursuing every avenue available to me to have this complaint heard. FYI, the service experience changes sharply once you leave the area and frankly the prices are lower out of HR.edit 11/2/17- I called the owner of the dealership as requested and he stated I had never sent in my ID. I showed the e-mail with a copy of my ID that was sent to his sales manager. He stated his sales manager failed to give it to him. His salesperson also told Subaru the same thing and I provided them with the same evidence. The owner told me he beleives it is not me as he has a pic from another source. I point out my hair is a bit longer and I am now 7 years older, but it is clearly me. He then asks for a copy of my passport which I provide within minutes. NOW he wants me investigated by Special Agent Stone to prove I am me. I suggested he just go by my office which is close to him and he declined. I am from the area and have ties everywhere but the real focus seems to be me submitting to them. He has no explanation for the interest rate thing either although it is advertised on his website. I actually think that is an error that is being swept under the rug. I have been talking to Subaru and they are baffled and they said the dealership does not return their calls.Ill keep you all updated. At this point it is a comedy.Edit- 11/11/17There has been no resolution, no contact, and I seriously doubt any investigation by the Special Agent Stone. It is ok to laugh. Mr Klein has offered nada. I have been on the edge of officially quitting Subaru due to the behavior of the dealers. I ended up buying a 17 VW Alltrack which a the time was a better value by far but each has their strengths. The VW dealer wanted to actually sell cars without some ridiculous and subjective investigation due to the owners personal experience with his identity being stolen. To ask questions to secure identity is reasonable and prudent but this was not that. When the dealership would not return their calls they apologized and offered me a parts credit of $500. Rk told them I refused to provide ID but of course I had a written record of the transaction and I suggest if you have no other option than RK you keep everything in writing.

WOW! What an unusually GREAT experience!I started shopping for cars a few weeks ago. The first day I went to RK Subaru, I met Anthony. I told him I was NOT going to buy that day. No matter. He spent over an hour with me, explaining the difference in models, the many features, and let me sit in one. He answered all my questions and was extremely patient and kind. That alone was impressive and unusual.I visited some other dealers, drove some other vehicles, but I always kept coming back to how nice Anthony had been, and how wonderful the Forester had felt. By the time the Christmas sales ads came on TV, I knew what I wanted.When I came back to RK Subaru, Anthony was busy at that moment, and I was help by Cal. What a kind and gentle soul. SO informative and patient. I asked to see a couple of different Foresters. Each time I asked questions, and Cal had the answer. I got a very reasonable quote. I came back the next day with my husband. We took the car for a few hours drive and he loved it too.When we came back Anthony was there to help us complete our sale. He made sure I was set up on My Subaru and Starlink. He even called my insurance company for me. Every conceivable question I had was answered by him. Justin in finance also got us a great rate, and explained everything about the warranty. There was Never any strong arm tactics or running back and forth to get different managers. They always respected your intelligence.When I took it home I enjoyed learning about all the new features. Cal reached out to me a few days later to ask if I had any questions. I love driving my new Forester.Everyone at RK truly appreciates their customers and each other. It is the most relaxed, intelligent, and caring car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this dealership, and a Subaru Forester to anyone.
We bought a 2019 Subaru Outback from here first day driving it home we notice the fuel pump is bad. Bring it back to get it serviced and 4 hours later we get the car back. We wanted the car detailed and they left stuff all over the dash and center console. Save yourself and go to another dealer
I looked for a 3 row midsize SUV for over a year. I had my van for 16 years and was ready to move on. After waiting so long to buy a new car, I wanted to be sure I bought the right one for me. For about a year, I drove various models and in the end, came back to the 2021 Subaru Ascent. At RK Subaru, my husband and I were soon greeted by a nice gentlemen named Dwayne who, unlike so many other sales persons at other dealerships, knew his Subaru cars inside and out. We left to make our final decision and returned later that evening to execute the sale. Since Dwayne was with another customer at the time, we were met by the manager, Gregory Reynolds. As Greg started us out with the paper work, the three of us had a great conversation. It was like meeting a new freind. We picked up the car the next day and met Joshua, who was friendly and funny during the warranty service discussion. Later, I drove away in my beautiful blue new Subaru Ascent. Our experince was perfectly orchestrated by the personnel at RK Subaru. We definitely felt the Subaru love. Thanks so much to everyone at RK Subaru.
This is the second time Ive purchased a car and it was a positive experience. Karley was great. She showed me all the models I was interested in and was knowledgeable about all the features interior and exterior. I wasnt rushed at all and am confident in my decision for the Subaru Crosstrek. I love it. SubaruSteve was great too. He delivered my vehicle to me going in depth with the bells and whistles of the vehicle before I left the parking lot. I highly recommend this Subaru location. I recently got a Subaru and the customer service here was very nice. As someone who has worked in customer service before, I know how hard it can be sometimes but they went above and beyond. Cal really helped me out and I was very thankful for him in my car buying experience. I would definitely recommend coming here.
I just recently purchased a 2018 Subaru WRX on March 31st and my experience was nothing but the best! Shantelle and Ray worked with me every step of the way and were very accommodating throughout the whole process. This was my first experience with buying a brand new car and they made it very easy and stress free.
From making an appointment to checking in, service time and checking out is exceptional. Service advisors constantly giving you updates, checking on your well being and satisfaction. They also keep you updated on future services needed. This is the best service center I have ever been to.
Update: Doug, the manager, called and was extremely apologetic. After I explained that my car was making a new noise, he told me to bring it in at my earliest convenience so they could diagnosis the issue and put me in a loaner car for the time being. When I went today, Jordan was extremely helpful. John, the technician, rode with me to hear the noise and took my car in right away. They fixed the problem within 20 minutes and showed me exactly what the issue was (a simple missing bolt). We took one more drive before I left to make sure the car was no longer making the noise. John was very personable and took his time to explain what the issue was. I appreciated John and Jordans hospitality and eagerness to fix the issue. Thank you for taking the time to make things right.I dropped off my car for service on Saturday and was told it would be ready on Monday. I asked if I could pick it up Wednesday and she said sure. Great. I go out there Wednesday to be told it’s not ready. They said they were waiting on parts. I understand many shipments are being delayed because of the current pandemic but a phone call updating me would have been nice, considering I don’t live close by. They told me they think it should definitely be ready by end of the day today (Thursday). I called and left several messages and just now (30 minutes before closing) got in contact with them for my car to still not be ready until tomorrow morning. When I was trying to confirm that it will actually be ready tomorrow and started to explain that I dropped it off nearly a week ago, she cut me off mid-sentence and told me it will be ready tomorrow. I found it to be rude. I wouldn’t have had an issue if someone just communicated to me that it was going to take longer than expected but I never received a single phone call. The communication at this facility is non-existent.
We have a 2002 Honda Odyssey minivan and a 2019 Subaru Outback, and we get them both detailed at RK Subaru. They do a great job every time, and both our cars look FANTASTIC. If you want to keep your car looking great all year, get it detailed 3 - 4 times a year at RK Subaru!

Tyreek and Jazmyne are two great people that stayed patient with me while I sorted through their inventory and completely understood that I was going to buy just the first they thing they showed me. However the people above them were rude!The first day I was there the finance guy said to me I was took picky and that’s just not the way you talk to a customer who can take their money else where. I’m there to pick out a long lasting vehicle not to put a quick buck in their pockets!I left then came back the next day with my decision on what vehicle I wanted and then another man came to me didn’t introduce himself or anything just was trying to get me to change my mind on a vehicle I had already spend two days narrowing down which three I was willing to buy from them. I left frustrated because I wasted my whole day there just for them to tell me they couldn’t sell me the car and the reason was because I was not related to the person who was finance the car! Even after I asked if that person came to the place to do all the paper work and then once I left I get a call saying that the manager was sorry she can do the payment I want if I come back she didn’t even call me her self she had Tyreek call me and at that point I felt bad for the two young sales people trying to help me because their superiors ruined a 33k sale for them!!Follow up to this post I had the manager of rk Subaru Mr Greg Reynolds call me after seeing this review and apologize what all had happen while I was at RK Used Chevy and he made all the puzzle pieces fit as to why the used dealers could not sell me a new car which I figured they weren’t allowed to next time I hope they see that referring a customer to the new vehicle department is better then completely missing out on a sale

Once upon a time, there was a man who had a truck. He LOVED that truck and took it everywhere he went. As the years rolled by, his truck started to need work here and there. So after two years of researching what the man wanted, he went to RK Chevrolet, where he was put in the capable hands of Cal Green. Mr. Green showed the man a 2020 Subaru Outback. During the test drive, Mr. Green showed the man all the features of this Subaru using lots of patience, kindness and knowledge.The truck is now a wonderful memory and the man now has a new Outback to take everywhere he goes.Thank you Cal for going above and beyond helping the man!
I had read a little bit about this dealer before going car shopping. When I went shopping there, I was pleasantly surprised.Our sales consultant Joe, was very courteous, and listened to us very well. He went out, and picked out the perfect car that were specific to our specifications... We test drove it and we are strongly leaning to buying this car...He, in addition, made it a personal experience... Allowing us to experience his experiences and why he sells cars and even his own car buying experience... It was a fun experience and also gave a lot of insight into our possible choice...I look forward to doing business with them again in the near future.

Friendly, helpful, excellent prices! I had to order some parts for my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek that is in transit and called RK Subaru because their dealership came up 1st when I was doing my research for the parts. I was worried about making the phone call because a lot of times, parts departments are not willing to help. BUT Jason from RK Subaru answered the phone and put all my concerns at ease! He was friendly, helpful and got the price down on 1 of the items I was looking for.
