Zach is awesome. Hes worked on several of my vehicles for years and years. Hes fair, honest and dependable. If Ive ever had an issue with something, he handles it immediately. Ive never had to second guess them or their work. Just to be clear, when I say ever have an issue, to be clear, yes Ive had an issue or something else arise on a vehicle, which is only a man made machine. Ive never had an issue with ANY employee there and never had to question their integrity or motives. Zach and his dad Larry are as upfront and honest as you can get. What else could you ask for?

By far THE BEST shop experience I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, I was unable to catch the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was done in 5 minutes flat and sent me on my way. Ive had a great experience here, unlike other places they deliver service as promised in a timely manner at fair prices. And unlike other places they avoid unnecessary extra repairs which has been my experience in the past. I went to this place to get an oil change .it took me about 40 min to get thier and I arrived at about 8:30am. I walked into the place (not a single person in the lounge area) the worker comes out and I ask how long will it be for an oil change. I hand him a free oil change/state inspection voucher curtosey of car direct on shore drive for buying a vehicle thier ....as soon as I start to hand him that paper he says I need to make an appointment for an oil change ......you mean to tell me I need to make an appointment for a 15min oil change with no customers waiting in the lounge. I rather pay BIG ALs to take care of it.

My daughter was a victim of a car hit & run accident which was fully covered between Geico & GAP (national auto care). GEICO took pictures of the car after the accident & label the car as a total loss, and had no problems paying national auto care the majority of the money due on the left over car payment..... and I was told that GAP ( national auto care) would cover the remaining balance. What I wasnt aspecting was a letter in the mail for a large amount of request in which I provided, but the request list seem to get more demanding. SMDH, should have been ZERO STAR!! I sure it better GAP courage then dealing with NATIONAL AUTO CARE!!
