I’ve been here twice and received A-1, Professional service both times. They keep you updated every few hours via text which was great. I definitely recommend Chandler’s Precision if you own a Jaguar.

Got the name of this shop on a recommendation from a neighbor and reading the reviews sealed the deal. These guys are outstanding! Came in with a laundry list of recommendations from the dealer for service and after a thorough evaluation, it was determined that less than half were necessary. I left the car with them and they got it all done in less than a day. Incredible service, excellent communication, very fair pricing, and HONEST! Thats worth every penny. This shop has a great reputation in the area for a reason.

Dave R.1 week agoI called to see if I could get a pre-purchase inspection done on my first Jaguar ever. With one-day notice they were able to fit me in at lunch time. The shop was very busy but they started on my car promptly upon arrival. We discussed my known concerns followed with a test drive by Chandler. He then brought it into the shop where he used computer analysis and visual inspection to determine additional concerns. After he completed the inspection, he have me a one on one explanation of his findings as well as recommendations. This thorough inspection allowed me negotiation power for my purchase. I cant recommend Chandler strongly enough. Very polite, knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and reasonably priced.

Bottom line: UNBELIEVABLY PROFESSIONAL AT THE RIGHT PRICE. After leaving the gym on a cold January day, i came to the unfortunate event of my truck not starting. Luckily, I noticed Mr. Chandler and one his associates were out in the parking lot providing jumps to move some vehicles. I had asked for a jump assuming he was just helping someone out. However, Instead of getting a jump, Mr. Chandler quickly diagnosed the issue as something other than the batter. He immediately jumped under the truck to inspect the starter; to which he knew was seized. Coming from California, I thought this issue would cost at least $1000 plus dollars and take over 10 days to fix. Mr. Chandler had the part there by close-of-business and at a cost of $300 dollars.Thank you again!

Hey guys wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had with Chandler. Its hard as a female to find a great mechanic that treats you with respect. He fixed my front brake pads rotors and my brake power booster. Im someone that needs to see how everything works. He had no problem putting my car on a lift and explained everything and that really impressed me. The shop is clean, modern, and again as a female I found it very comfortable to wait for my car. He did an amazing job and I plan on using him again and trust him to work on my family and friends cars as well. Also his prices are fair as I called around. Great work Chandler!

I had several maintenance items serviced by Chandler. Everything went perfect. Very professional, honest and fair priced. I was verbally told what he would do, he did it and then listed that he did it with the services done in a timely manner. Did a very through and complete check of the vehicle and gave his opinion if anything else was of a concern that I had not addressed in my service request. All was A OK. Very clean and well organized office and shop.

I loved it. Owned and operated (as well as head mechanic) by Mr. Chandler who is on-premises all the time. They do great work, have very reasonable prices, and are just super friendly and fantastic in offering sound advice and great pricing.The shop has parking in front as well as the larger parking area in that area of the complex. It can get busy but you can always find a place to park. If bringing your vehicle in for service they can arrange for a place to park right up at the shop. You can also drop your vehicle off during out of hours by pre-arrangement. Highly Recommended.

Chandler is extremely honest and an awesome mechanic. He has worked on my car several times, the latest was front brakes and a headlight issue. He went over my whole car and explained to me what work needed to be done and used a mirror to show me the worn out pads . As a female it is refreshing to have a mechanic who is honest and doesnt talk down to you . Would definitely recommend and will be going there for my car service needs from now on!
