Ryan Ferguson and his paralegal, Gretchen, have been my absolute saving graces during my extremely protracted and acrimonious custody and child support dispute. Mr. Ferguson is the epitome of a consummate professional. He is beyond knowledgeable, passionate, responsive, dedicated, and absolutely dominates in the courtroom. My ex has been through several attorneys and has brought forth an absorbent number of motions against me, and Mr. Ferguson has beaten every single one. I have sent several of my friends and family members to Mr. Ferguson and they, too, have all had exceptional results. I truly cant say enough good things or recommend him more highly. I am beyond grateful for all that Ryan and Gretchen have done for me and my children. While I hope that this is the end of my court saga, I take peace in knowing that Mr. Ferguson will be on my side in the future if needed.

I’d give zero stars if it were possible. Tierney in the collections department is the RUDEST person I’ve had the displeasure of speaking to. A debt from 2012 was being sent to my 85 year old grandmother’s house for YEARS without my knowledge. When I first called to set up payment in 2017, I was told payment plans didn’t exist and had to be paid in full. I couldn’t afford that as a young woman just starting out in the financial world. Yesterday, I paid $2,600 in full. I was not given any kind of receipt and was told that my wages wouldn’t be garnished. Come to work today to find out that they lied and my wages are being garnished! Thankfully, I work for a company who employs honest people. My payroll department explained to me how lawyers offices lie and use scare tactics to have you run to them and pay them. Then they leave out the little detail that it takes 30 days to process anyway! So now I’ll get my next check garnished AND have to wait another 2 months to get MY money back.I call Tierney to ask for a receipt of payment to be emailed or mailed to me. She (with an attitude of course) told me “what do you mean receipts? we don’t send receipts we send stop letters.” You’re telling me that you don’t send receipts of payment...for the person who paid it... with THEIR money?? lol you’ve got to be kidding me! I asked to speak to her manager and she then proceeded to tell me to have a nice day and hung up on me. I called the office again and another operator hung up on me. If this is the way you’d like to conduct business, you need to re-evaluate some things.So basically to sum up this long story; beware of this place. Don’t be like me - do your research first.

This firm is horrible. If you are paying them on a collections judgement, you better make sure you get a copy of the letter they send to release your judgement. Its been over a year for me, Im trying to buy a house and the judgement was still showing up. You can NEVER get a hold of a human when you call either...they only respond to emails which is unacceptable.

Retained Ryan Ferguson for a drug charge. I cant say he didnt help me. Got a deffered sentence and no felony on my record. But was the rudest person I have ever met. Very unprofessional. Wouldnt recommend even if it were free. Stay away from this place

Tyric Luca was working with Results Unlimited in regards to a garnishment. The company sent notification to an address I hadnt lived at in 7 years. The phone number Tyric left with my HR department started with zeros so I was unable to contact him directly. I was given Tyrics number from Newport News Court and his number goes straight to voicemail and he NEVER returned my call. After being notified that I filed for bankruptcy, he still picked up MY money from the court. At this point I will be pursuing legal action. I would give zero stars just like the zeros in the phone number that was given to me as a contact.

Received a letter stating I had a traffic charge pending, and they offered help for as low as $99. This was strange, because I had not received any correspondence from Northampton County, let alone having ever traveled there. I called the Northampton County District Court myself, and was told there were no charges pending in my name.
