I truly enjoyed flying Delta airlines the staff is amazing the aircraft are tight and spacious at the same time and they are always on time thank you Delta airline for getting me there safely and returning me back safely

My daughter was profiled at security check sent to put lotion in her suitcase rechecked again by the same person had hands put in her face and sent back to her suitcase in the end result some of her belongings were thrown out because by the second send back the suitcase already had been put on the plane. She has just graduated with her Bachelors this is a reward trip to herself with some friends she will be meeting up with. Not the first time flying experience she expected. I pray the flight is better than security check upset Mom.

Best airline to fly in my opinion. Ive taking all others. Southwest used to be my favorite. But they only fly to certain places. Had to use Delta because of a American Airline mistake. And been a Delta flyer ever since.

I used our SkyMiles to book a flight to San Diego from Norfolk. First calls with what sounded like out of US agents were not that good. Called the customer service line and received a call back from Thalia who is based out of Jamaica. Our interaction was on track. My wife who was on the call was also impressed with Thalia’s professionalism, patience and positive attitude. She is ten stars in my book.

I spend half my life on airplanes and flying is inherently a horrible and demoralizing experience. With that said they try. Profits are clearly at the forefront of what they do but they do it better than any other airline. 8/10 would fly again.

Absolutely the worst airline in the sky. Avoid them like the plague. They try to convince you that FAA rules require this or TSA requires that, but its a complete lie. I fly commercial constantly, and Southwest and American have policies that are much less draconian. This is a horrible airline.

Worst airline. There were only 15 people on the MD-88 and they would let us move seats to get more comfortable. What a joke...nice customer service. I will never chose Delta over another airline again.

Delta is the worst I would not flight ever and dont recommend to no one to flight with them when my brother got there 2 hours earlier to catch his flight there was nobody at the counter and my brother call the airline and the person in the phone said is nothing she can do so she tells him he can catch the next flight for $325 more this people are no different than a scammer. I wouldnt pay nothing extra if theres no one in the counter and they make me loose my flight thats their fault

Formerly employed. Great service, but try to take the 1st or last flights of the day. Very heavy in demand due to the high demand of flights.

Havent flown with this airline but have worked with the staff here. They seem pretty friendly.

Delta is the worst. I had purchased round trip tickets from BOS to ORF and back. A family emergency came up prior and I had to buy a separate flight to TX. I was there for a couple days and came straight over to ORF from there. I went to fly home to BOS- and they had cancelled my ticket all together. NO refund. NO exchange. NO notification email. NO HELP GETTING ANOTHER FLIGHT!!! I bought my ticket home with another airline. Delta- again- is the absolute worst with no customer service, just complete incompetence.
