When I called to make an appt they had a nice deal on for an unlimited amount of vents. They were decently far out and put me on a waitlist which I did get two call about (just unfortunately I was too busy on those days and couldnt move it) so it was nice to know that they actually call their waitlist.The guys who came were very nice, friendly, answered all my questions, made some suggestions, and were very fast and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves so nothing was extra dusty afterwards.

Ive used Pure Aire for a couple of years. From the call, to scheduling an appointment, to the service - all is extremely professional. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Technicians were great, prompt and thorough. They cleaned all the vents and returns and I had them clean my dryer vent as well. Im in a condo on the 2nd floor. My dryer vent goes into the attic and comes out through the roof. The techs went into the attic and thoroughly cleaned the hose. While in the attic, they checked to make sure everything was OK and no damage. The techs were very careful with their equipment and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. Price very reasonable. Im very please and that is why I will continue to use Pure Aire for all my duct and dryer vent cleaning.

I purchased a townhouse in Galloway NJ.My unit was totally renovated but the builder did not take into consideration that the unit was built in 1988. I noticed debris coating everything in the home which shouldnt be for a closed system.I called got a very nice man that quoted me a fair price and when they came out no up chargesThe men that did the work were professional and curtious and It was a great experience. I used these guys to clean the dryer vent of my condo and I thought they did a great job until the next day when my dryer wouldnt heat up to dry my clothes. Had to spend an additional $277 and a lot if time to fix it so I wouldnt have to pay a repairman.

They came out and did the $ 299 cleaning. I was very happy after receiving prices of over $ 400. Great service and price. Couldnt of asked for a better job have them scheduled to do my shore home.

A bathroom vent needed to be cleaned out because of a birds nest. They put a rush on it and came within a couple of days. They were very thorough, even checking the attic for potential damage. Pure Air also installed a bird guard. Great service, can only recommend!
